This company is Terrible with how they manage their orders. I place an order for $430 and paid $15 to 2 day deliver it (since it was a birthday gift) a week later, here I am on the day of my brothers birthday and still havent recieved it. It is now my brothers birthday and I have no gift and have to start scrambling to go find something. i have spent the past hour and a half to get a hold of someone all I get is an answer machine stating their message will not be check till monday. I can not get a hold of anyone in customer service I finally went into the store and they are urge me to buy everything again and return the item when I get it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This company is extremely over priced and unprofessional usually when you pay high end prices you at least get high end service, nope this company is unreliable and completely unprofessional. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I hope this review helps to prevent future frustration and save you money. trust me take your business elsewhere like I will.. I will NEVER order from this company again.. extremely disappointing.....

I spent $440 with this company - I specifically asked for an item that can trim hair, and was just up sold the most expensive shaver. Come to find out it’s not even a good shaver and can’t trim hair.I emailed customer service and they told me I can get a full refund in store - but the store manager “Mickey” at Boca Raton Mall refused to do it.The customer service number doesn’t even work and you have to go through the most roundabout process to even try and get someone.... I have still not been given a refund. So now the company has their item back AND my $400 plus dollars.This company just wants to take your money and run.This company should be shut down.THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES CAN’T REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE

The barber at this location is AMAZING, he does magical things with my husbands beard. I did have an issue with one of the salesmen, but the manager resolved my issue very quickly, and I havent seen that salesmen around lately. The prices are a bit on the high side, but for the items we cant find easily it is worth it.

My husband went into the Art of Shaving located at Town Center in Boca Raton and the employee there needs some serious training. He was looking for an electric razor to aid with shaving his head daily. The employees response was yeah, but you need something with 4 blades, and its too expensive. The $324 price of the razor that the employee mentioned is not too expensive for us at all, but this person took it upon himself to judge my husband based on his appearance. In the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, BIG MISTAKE! We will no longer be patrons of this establishment. My husband has purchased the Braun 9 Series elsewhere.Only shop at Art Of Shaving if you wish to be belittled simply because you are wearing sweat pants while spending the day shopping with your children.
