Excellent Publix in Boca Raton! The store is always well stocked, clean and staffed with friendly, helpful staff. The sushi here is also extremely good! 😊👍

I like this Publix well enough. The parking can be a bit crazy at times.

Great Publix! Cant complain! Theyre appropriately staffed and theyre always incredibly friendly. Whenever I have trouble finding something, theres always someone nearby whos more than willing to walk me to what Im looking for.Even when its packed you dont really feel it like other grocery stores because they have so many people working there. I know that stock was an issue when the pandemic began, but theyve really gone above and beyond to try to stay ahead of it and keep a steady inventory coming through.

The female manager is one of the best I encountered at all the Publix I have visited from Melbourne Beach to Miami. Its always clean and well managed. I would have given a 5 stars but the deli staff is rude.

I usually wouldnt write a review, but JEAN was amazing and went above and beyond to bring a customer who had forgotten some items, all the way into the parking lot! He was also so nice and friendly - definitely manager material! This is the type of customer service that makes you want to come back to Publix.

Parking is not fun here, and I never feel welcomed here for some reason-just the vibe I get here.

Definitely 5 stars! I like in front of this Publix so I always go there, and every time I go, Im very well taken care of. The staff are very attentive, helpful and polite, the market is super organized, with good products and good promotions!

Publix has a wonderful pharmacy, very prompt, assistive and assuring. The store is large, clean and well lit with helpful staff. Of late the prices of the groceries have spiked and it is not certain when the uncertainty caused by COVID-19 would end. This has happened with other food markets in the area. Having a Publix near by is always a good thing.

You can renew your car registration at a DMV kiosk. In 10 minutes I had a registration and sticker. How great is that.

Immaculate Publix location. The main thing that brought me here was the kiosk to renew my car registration and it made the process extremely easy!

This is a VERY good Publix with great selections, but I almost think the Publix just east of I95 on PALMETTO PK RD. Might have little better selections of things. What can you say?, it is BOCA. HOW BAD CAN IT BE?

The manager at this store Scott was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with from Publix. He is kind, humorous and will help you with any problem regards to shopping at his store. Thank you to him and his crew in Boca.

This was the second time maybe being to this Publix location and I have never had any issues here. Its Its cute little Publix that gives me an old school feeling to it. Which I love. I can always find everything ok and the workers always ask if you need help or found everything ok. I dont live that close but when I am in tbr area and might need something I will stop here for sure. Keep training your people the way you are because it sure is working. Publix is by far one of the best grocery stores to shop at! Their shelves are 99.9% always full and I love how clean their store is and anytime I pull something off the shelf I always make sure to pull the next box/can/etc forward to help keep the store looking sharp!!

I hate to do it but I have to reduce this to one star. Online ordering is a joke. I give extra time. Not ready. Then they tell you they never received the ticket and that I didnt send it correctly when I have the response ticket. Terrible. Defeats the purpose of online ordering when you have to wait no matter what.

Great atmosphere inside of the supermarket. Upscale area, free parking was a plus. Enjoyed talking with super friendly staff. Valet to the car available so loaded up for the entire month.

Might be the best Publix store Ive shopped in while living in FL.Unfortunately cant say the same for the pharmacy in this store. On several occasions while attempting to fill prescriptions I was treated very rudely by the staff as well as the pharmacist!

Today I visited store between 7 - 7:30 AM and found couple of publix workers not wearing mask properly (keeping mask to chin and neck not on nose/mouth) .. also I see a teenager walking around without mask (not even any face covering) ... very upset with the way publix not taking second wake seriously !!

The deli omg there are 7 people working the deli one person slicing I had one lady in front of me who got like 6 different things so it took forever. Finally after 12 minutes another employee says are you all set! Are you serious you have seen me standing there for 12 minutes now you ask! Managers manage please

Today I went to the store due to a coupon I saw earlier on Coca Cola Products. The coupon said buy 2 get 1 free on coca cola products, so I went to the store to get AHA soda as it is a coca cola product. At self check out the lady tells me without even checking the coupon that it only applied to products such as sprite, and I asked why since sprite doesnt say coke on it, but it is a coca cola product. Then again without even checking the online coupon, she said it only applied to soda, and I pointed it out that it was soda. To not argue I paid the full price, but will not be coming back to your store. If she had at least checked the coupon and given me a reasonable explanation, but it looks like you post coupons out there just to get people in. Yes, you got me in, but I will not come back and told my wife the same.

4/5 times I encounter an employee at the deli, it is horrific customer service. When a customer greets you with respect and is polite, there is no need to reply with rudeness. The majority of the team at this Publix deli is rude, combative and aggressive to the point if I see certain employees behind the counter, I dont even bother. Go buy your Boars Head elsewhere as per the reviews on this location that date back years, the deli has apparently always been poorly operated by employees who lack adequate training or people skills as there are plently of folks whove taken the time to not only go to management but post reviews on the very much lacking deli department.

I absolutely love Publix subs but at this location, it’s hit or miss. My first experience here was a hands down 5 stars as the young lady was considerate and helpful in making my sandwich. Unfortunately, today 3/26/20 it was a different story. First, It took me waiting 10 minutes before someone called for the sub line. It’s lunch time, there should be someone there waiting at that time no matter what. Waiting 10 minutes before someone calls is unacceptable. Once Madeline strolls in to make the sub, there was no urgency in her whatsoever. She seems very nice but I don’t think the sub line is where she excels whatsoever. Next, while making my sub, she adds Spicy mustard to my sandwich when I never even asked her to add it. With how long she was taking to make the subs, and the lack of time left on my lunch break all from just waiting, I couldn’t say anything. I was too much in a rush to ask her to remake it. Now I have finally gotten to eat my sandwich, I can say it is horrible. I didn’t want the spicy mustard, nor did I ask for it but settled with it because of how long this process took when it shouldn’t have. I’m seriously debating not coming back here again if she is the one making subs.

Quick and convenient, but VERY overpriced. I use it basically as an oversized convenience store. I do most of my shopping at various other markets which are often 20% to 30% cheaper.

I am Very disappointed, stop at the Deli at the Garden Shop at Boca Raton, there were 5 associates, I was the only customer at the time and they ignore me completely, after 10 minutes I asked them if they could help me, an aggressive clerk answer me loudly “ONE MINUTE “ when I ask for the manager she told me”GO TO THE FRONT “ (this girl was not using her name tag) I thought that customers are first? It was not a good experience and the associated was very rude. I hope I do not have this experience again

Deli is the worst I have ever been slow not enough employees / Im going to another Publix from now on..They need to train the employees a little no a lot more, but its probably not there fault there under staffed... The Manager should be replaced...

Went shopping on 8/22/2020 Deli people were very friendly, lovely girls. Went to meat and the guy working there had a terrible attitude. I just asked to seperate Bratwurst because I only needed 2. He very rudely told me he cant do it.

I have been so disappointed with Publix since the Pandemic started . Today was the worst.I went around 2 pm. The store was packed no social distancing. Nobody caring if people had masks on or not. Half of the employees are walking around with the masks below their noses. No manager in sight, very few people bagging so everyone is touching everything. the cashiers are ringing up waiting for you to bag.They are also out of most sale items but have publix brand available instead. I have noticed this fro the beginning. Publix was always my favorite store but after today i will be searching out other alternatives and sharing with everyone i can. I will encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.

I am a fanatic when it comes to clean windows and doors. If they are dirty I wont even walk in. This store is clean and shine inside out. Friendly personnel. Management always walking throughout the store. Great fresh veggies and fruit, well rotated. I love to check dairy dates and, well rotated. Displays in the isles can be difficult to get through in the smaller stores. Overall very pleased. A little more pricey than competitors from talking to friends. The above is more important to me than price.

Its hard to find gluten free products in this store. Always is running out of them.

Clean, beautiful and everything that you want in a grocery store. The four stars is due to the fact I noticed choice and selection are down. Plus is they have a generator in times of a hurricane (actually I think all grocery stores are supposed to now). Staff is friendly and courteous and I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes to check out. They have a nice deli with lots of selections and prepared meals. Overall this is a great store especially since the renovation.

I think this is the best Publix in Boca. Its very big and very clean. They have all types of assorted cooked foods and salads to go that are not available in the other Publix. If youre in the area, you cant go wrong with this store.
