I have been using Devam for years and they are the only people I trust with my familys jewelry needs. I have purchased custom works from their collection, commissioned one off pieces, as well as, repaired and reconditioned a number of generational family items; every time the results are amazing. I also do not always recommend companies to others but the people at Devam are an exception because of their personal touch! This fact is likely because they dont treat their customers as such, but rather like family! A must stop within the fine jewelry world!!!

I would recommend Puneeta 100% for custom clothing services. My fiancé and I were married this past June and after extensive searching at multiple Indian clothing boutiques in New York and New Jersey I could not find a sherwani that I loved. I was connected with Puneeta and immediately she gave me a sense of confidence and excitement about my wedding sherwani. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted and Puneeta turned my vision into reality. She was easy to work with, communicative and accommodating. Within 1 week of my initial discussion with her in mid March she provided me with multiple embroidered examples of the design for my sherwani. We loved the designs and moved forward. I took my measurements at home and provided them to Puneeta. Despite the incredible challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic and its peak in India in April and May, my sherwani arrived on time nearly 2 months prior to the wedding in early May. The sherwani fit perfectly. Not a single modification was necessary and it looked beautiful at the event. I am confident I could not have found a sherwani like this even if I had been able to travel to India for wedding shopping and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Puneeta!

The last month or two I have been buying silver and gold pieces from Mehul Jhaveri owner of Devam. I have never interacted with a nicer individual, the pieces are works of art. Handmade and you see it and feel it once the piece are in your hand.Every time I needed to contact him he responded within minutes and gave me his personal phone where we message frequently. Sometimes I message him not about a purchase but a question about Jewlery, he doesn’t hesitate to answer and enlighten. The ring was a tad big even after resizing which was not his fault. I should have put in account my fingers swelling from our flight and the heat. He told me to wear the ring for a few weeks and if it is to big or if there is any problems, they will do whatever they need to, to make it right. I am a perfectionist and a micromanager and she put up with all my requests and detailed questions with the most love and consideration.
