Mold and Mildew, no extra charge.....Picked up pressure treated plywood. When the forklift operator brought it to my vehicle, I noticed that it was covered with what I thought was black soot and dirt. After returning home with it, I brushed it with a push broom and a rag to remove what I thought was dust and dirt. The next morning, the plywood was covered with a white haze that seemed to be coming from inside the grain. So I called the lumber yard and explained what was happening. They told me to spray it with bleach or vinegar. I decided to let the plywood sit another day to see what would happen next. The white fuzzy material all turned black. So I called a mold expert and was told that it might take several applications of chemical treatment and a wire brush to kill the mold in this plywood, as it appeared to be growing deep inside the grain. I was advised to return it to where it was purchased. So I brought it back and upon arriving I explained that something was growing inside the plywood and it could not be used. Without any reply, I was passed a form to sign and given a pink copy to give to the help outside. Then I was told to get the copy signed and bring it back to the office after it was unloaded. Not another word was spoken when I returned, other than asking me for my credit card and to sign another form. To my surprise, it was decided that I would pay a 10% restocking charge to return this mold filled plywood. RESTOCKING FEE!!!!! This stuff needed to go directly into a DUMPSTER.After raising a little hell with this guy, all my money was refunded. Never an apology or any excuses from anyone at this place. BUY YOUR PRESSURE TREATED PLYWOOD AT LOWES.

I’m local deck/dock builder and this is my first time leaving a negative review. I have been buying my decking from a Fort lauderdale lumber yard for the past few years and Recently, I decided to call Jones and found out they had a better price on a certain brand of decking so I decided to give them a try. It was a very unsatisfactory experience to say the least. The deck boards that I usually get within 2-3 days took 9 days to come in. During these 9 days I would call Taylor to find out about my order only to get transferred to their yard guy who never picks up the phone. I had to call at least 5 times to get a “it should be here tomorrow” (which wasn’t). I ended up with a very furious customer since I kept passing on the “will be here tomorrow” message and couldn’t keep my word. There are plenty of local lumber yards that will treat you with importance. I recommend taking your business somewhere else. If they try to make things right I will edit this review!

Very dishonest! I ordered interior doors for my home. They came in and were wrong. I sent them back and reordered them. They came in wrong a second time! I called them and told them and they said that they can’t reorder them again! They sent a truck to pick them up and refuse to refund my money! $1830.00. I’m currently in touch with Florida Atty General as this is criminal! Beware of this company!!
