Foot Locker inside the Boca town center... Easy to find, Very clean store well lit... And even a few deals

Came here to find sneakers for my mother. The styles & quality they offer are limited. They mostly try to carry trendy street styles and not actual athletic sneakers for training or exercise.

This location has a wide selection of products and the customer service at this store is top notch. When I need shoes this is the place that I will be coming to due to how the employees treat customers. Not many places give this level of service. Thanks.

Besides having employees stare me down and watch my every move I guess it wasn’t so bad (I’m being sarcastic). It just sucks to walk in a store and not feel comfortable enough to shop because employees are watching you as if you’re going to steal.

Just pricy sneakers

I believe maybe the lack of someone asking my son and I if we need help was just a glitch in trainings the employee on the floor was young and might have been a newhire. We did go in the evening on a Wednesday and the store was pretty clean and empty. After what looked like the manager noticed I needed some assistance the young man was very courteous and helped my size my sons foot. He was happy to go back and fetch me the correct size after I asked for one that was too big. Our check out experience was very pleasant as the woman was very understanding that I needed to take a call and didnt make me feel as if my manners had come from the stone age by answering while checking out. Im not sure how it is when it is busy on the weekends, but mid week started out Eh and ended very nicely. Thank you for not making my long day worse it is much appreciated.

I went there less the one month ago to bought one pair of shoes for me, and I have asked for size 6.5, what it’s my size, and was ok. Then I went to a cashier to pay, and they give me a box with a pair of shoes inside. For my surprise when I put my shoes on today, on first time after that day, I feel not comfortable, then I saw why, they give 5.5 and not 6.5.... Today I’ll try exchange for 6.5, but I don’t know if they will accept because I get way the box... I hope works.

The female staff did not greet us when we came in. They were flirting with a male customer. Granted one was on the register helping a customer. We quietly waited until we were acknowledged by one of the 5 staff members there. We told him we were picking up shoes that were paid for. He then got the ball rolling. They werent busy and had adequate staff so Im not sure why they were taking so long. One of the pair of shoes purchased looked worn. SMH.

As always at Foot Locker - plenty of hustle and bustle - good service - the back room inventory seemed good.

The worst concept ever in my opinion if you are going for that boutique look and feel lets not have the store connected to one another it needs to be its on it own and not look like a footlocker update the uniform and the staff that knows something about what they are selling and the culture of the sneaker game it is way to corporate looking.

The service was great and the sneakers are fire.

Nice selection, however they did not my first two choices in stock. Maybe they should add some sort of notification that indicates which sizes are available so I dont waste my time.

I never went here never will. They ducked in the 80s and I have not stepped into one since. Dont even know where they are except one in a neighborhood I would not live.
