Manager is extremely rude and she cursed out me and my friend when we were being as polite as possible

Sigh. They just don’t have a good management structure or customer service. Obviously the online platform is virtually impossible to get shoes on due to their poor anti bot technology. Leaving wanting customers out in the cold. Also, their in store process for new release sneakers is also a dumpster fire of a disaster. I spoke to two reps at this Boca Raton,FL location to confirm raffle dates and times for a sneaker release. I drove 60 minutes round trip just for a shot at my desired sneakers and to do a little shopping in store. When I arrived, I was told that they just decided to close the raffle to the public without notice and after I confirmed dates and time twice. The previous in store raffle I went to I purchased a tee shirt to support the store as I entered a raffle. I was greeted with disdain and a manager who seemed aggrieved to have to be filling out these raffles forms and they were short and unfriendly with my girlfriend and myself. I have shopped at this store for years both in Philadelphia and in Florida. They have gotten progressively worse over time and have shown an inability to adjust to customer needs and market preferences. Sad to say I’m done being a customer for this brand. You shouldn’t waste yourself time or money here. Do not recommend

Ralph did a phenomenal job, someone give this man a raise! I went in this morning and bought some DBreak-Types this morning, Ralph helped me out with sizing, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Next time I need shoes Ill be sure to come back.

Soles is the best athletic shoe store in the mall because the people who work there treat you like family. I always feel so welcome in there and can tell they want you to find something. Their selection is unique and not found at other stores in mall. Not like Lidz or Foot Locker that needs new management or better training and treatment of employees.

Do not buy from this store! I purchased 2 T-shirts for my son for Christmas. One didn’t work. When he went to return it, he was told to come back in a few days because they didn’t have any gift cards. This happened 2 more times! He ended up exchanging the shirt for some shoes so as to not lose the value outside the 14 day return policy. Total scam.

First off this place has a foul Oder when you walk in, it definitely doesn’t smell like a shoe store should.. perhaps more like a used shoe store. Maybe this is due to the disgusting smell of body Oder that lingers about.. I’m guessing this is because the owner hasn’t had the A.C fixed since October. this place is just shady, not even sure the are shoes are 100% the return policies are ridiculous, if you so much as put your shoes on outside the store and try to return them you can’t! I have this dude telling me you wore them I can’t do anything with them.. yeah I wore them! Just long enough to know that They weren’t worth $110.00 I was willing to pay extra to get something more expensive.. he had to take pictures of the shoe, send pictures to the owner, Call the girl that rang me up so he could reprimand her over phone for giving me false return info. This is extremely unprofessional!!! he seemed so upset on the fact that now he’s stuck with a pair a shoes he can’t sell...”as tho they’re his in the first place” well dear sir who ever you are putting up fights for minimal wage.. welcome to BOCA’ and also real companies have a budget for lost,stolen, wasted items, this place doesn’t belong in Boca Town Center.. this is something you’d expect in Pompano not even Boynton this place is trash! Save your time. Save your money. Go to Footlocker, or order online... Trust! Oh but I did walk out with my the Nike AirMax. Cause nowhere on their receipts do they state these ridiculous return policies.. as he said he would rather just tell people. Lol that must be working out real well for ya brah! But I wouldn’t expect anything proper from this place. They can’t even afford A.C.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Was asking about a shoe that was releasing the next day (Yeezys) and they said to wait around the corner for them to maybe release something on their Snapchat about having the shoes in stock the following release day where you would then go in and put your name on the list for a raffle IF they posted something on Snapchat .I then waited outside until closing time as we were not allowed to wait inside the store and they just closed the doors without even saying a word. The manager was a complete jerk about it and some of the kids were waiting around that area of the mall for over 8 hours. He knew the whole time that they never were going to sell any even if they did get some. While making these people wait. Luckily I only wasted an hour of my life here. They will never get another dollar out of me again.

Well-stocked store with very good prices, attention is good and fast in a very comfortable shopping center, the only brand they sell is the Clarks. Price highly recommended value
