Ive been going to Dr. Elliot for over 24 years. He is the only one who understands my eyes heavy astigmatism. I have been to other Drs in between due to insurance, and they pale in comparison to Dr Elliots knowledge, professionalism, and patient care. The price for a visit and contact lens exam is comparable if not better than competitors in this area. Definitely recommend this Office.

Dr. Elliot is an outstanding professional who makes an eye examination easy and relaxing. The store is clean and well decorated. The selection of frames is phenomenal. His optician, Joan, is friendly and always happy to help. The assistant, Al, is also very pleasant and good at what he does. You cannot go wrong with Eyes on the Bay. Your eyes are in good hands!

Dr. Elliot has been my eye doctor for more than 20 years and I would not go anywhere else.Dr. Elliot and the Eyes on the Bay team go above and beyond to accommodate me and my family: ordering contacts and mailing them to me when I am unable to come into the office, finding appointments that work with a busy schedule, and even doing phone consultations when I had concerns but wasnt in town.Eyes on the Bay is a true gem - this family-owned and operated business makes YOU feel like family while providing expert care you can count on year after year.

Yes it takes time to get an appointment. Yes it is worth the wait! My mother comes from Hawaii just to see Dr. Elliot! Her vacation is scheduled on his availability. I now know why. I have never had such a great experience! I have had glasses my whole life. I recommend Dr. Elliot to anyone...(maybe not if you are rude) I prefer to keep it a secret in that case

Went in for an adjustment on my glasses. 4 employees - not one evensaid hello. There was one customer waiting to pay. Stayed for 5 min., no one came to help me - so I left. Dr. Elliottss sold it to this chain and I haveto say - stay away.

Omg!! This place is a lifesaver!! We drove from Texas for Christmas vacation and l sadly lost my glasses in The ocean. Eyes on the bay was one of the only ones still open and we barely made it. However, even though we made it past their closing time and they had no appointments available until the next year, they unlocked their doors and helped us right away and were very kind, especially Al, the general manager. Thank you guys so much!!!!

I always have a wonderful experience at Eyes on the Bay! The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Elliot has given be superb service for fifteen years.

We were long time customers. But not anymore. Since the practice was sold in 2018 to a large national eye care conglomerate, things are not the same. Now it is all about the money and not about the patient. I recently had a very bad experience where they put profit and greed before patient care. I will be looking for a new eye doctor. If you want to feel ripped off, then this is the place for you.
