Never had an issue. But it appears they have closed for good. The store has recently been gutted.

This place has the worst service ever for optometry. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here. There are much better optometrists out there that will work hard to satisfy you and your needs. I told them I have specific needs to one eye and that I have super dry eyes and they did not care and continue to prescribe me old contact lenses brands that I knew did not work for me. PLUS - their receptionists are SUPER RUDE and do not care for you. They will overcharge you and are not about patient care whatsoever. Take your money and insurance elsewhere please I warn you.

Thorough. Not trying to herd you through. Made me feel comfortable. Profedsional. Had my last years exam results and compared to this years. Well trained staff. Took my insurance and compared to promotions they had and came up with best package...including one free pair.

The new owners were kind to us. Barbara is fantastic. The staff is genuinely concern about me. Thank you four eyes.

I got my prescription updated and some new glasses and was very pleased having gone here.

Dr Marotte is awesome. All my family sees him once a year. Hes very thorough, and a true professional.

Dr. Marotte is a great pleasure to work with. I had gone through many places that need to to diagnose my complex vision. I ended up going to Dr. Marotte as he by far was accurate and presented the better options with being very conscious to my budget.

Im surprised that I am the first review! Dr. Marrotte is by far the best optometrist I have ever had. I have been going to Dr. Marrotte for over 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. He is always funny, caring and proactive the whole time. Stop going to Lenscrafters and treat your eyes to a real professional!He also recently acquired some state of the art equipment that no one else in the state of Florida has! It goes beyond vision when your eyes can tell him early signs of other health issues. 5 stars!

Dr.Jannifer Pajer is great. Very professional.The staff is very friendly.

I Have been waiting one month for my glasses. They came in last week with a cracked lens. They do not know when they are coming back. Awful
