Ive been a customer of yours for so long but today.Today,10/30/2021 I went to the 9882 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33434 store and I had the worst experience of my whole life. I was walking around, and stopped by the fragrance section everything was pretty good.I was with my mom and my sister until I realized the security woman was staring at my family and I, and it was not simply looking at us, it went to the point I started feeling harassed because she stopped and started looking at our faces, making the situation totally uncomfortable. I asked her why she was looking at us, she didnt know English very well, and responded something in Spanish that I could not understand. I spoke to my family lawyer and I am considering to sue.I spoke to the manager, at the checkout and she gave a ridiculous explanation and tried to apologize but the worst is that she tried to say that the security woman harassing my family was her job. There were plenty of customers in the store, she chose to do her job harassing my family and I? She was following us around the store. I have been a customer for years, by the way I am a platinum customer but it was the last time Ive EVER bought something from Ulta. My family and I entered the store speaking Portuguese so I highly think that her following us was racially motivated.If I could give 0 stars I would

Store was clean and well maintained. The girl who helped me shop was knowledgeable but unfortunately they didnt have a couple of the products I was looking for. Went to the Hillsboro store instead and found exactly what I needed! Still was not a bad experience overall.

Best experience I have had at Ulta!! Rebecca in the salon area literally walked me around the store to find a good conditioner for my curly hair. She spent a GOOD 10+ minutes with me explaining her recommendations and patiently reading the back labels with me. Thank you Rebecca!! (Clean and well organized store!)

I am happy with the products I got but I felt very weird going in there. Luckily I am An esthetician and I know Half of the products because no one asked me if I needed Help. Not that I needed Help but it was just oblivious they didn’t want to help me. I don’t think I will return to that specific Ulta. Not saying that they are all bad but that one in particular gave me weird vibes.

I forgot who did my brows there a few weeks ago, I got a tint and wax done. The girl who did my brows said it would last up to 3 weeks and so it has and I just wanted to say thank you and I’m still happy with them. I will definitely be coming back to see her and I highly recommend her.

This is a wonderland for face, hair and nails. They have so many products its almost overwhelming. The employees are friendly and helpful. They also have any hair appliance worth having.

Update, months after i posted the review, no one even cared to contact me to see what had happened...Management there are RUDE, they dont take care of their employees, do you all know that when you tip at the brow bar they take the tips out of the employee paycheck? So basically they save money on payroll!!This location can never kept a benefit brow girl, isnt that weird?

I have done my brows and tint here with Jennifer for some time now! She’s super sweet and very attentive to your preference. And she does such an amazing Job every single time! I highly recommend her!!!!

This store is clean, organized, and not as busy as some of the others. I went Christmas eve and I only had to wait in a line of maybe 3 or 4 people. Which I think is excellent. They held an item for me and it was right up front when I got there.

I do my eyebrows here every few weeks and Jen is amazing. The only reason I come is for Jen and she has been giving me excellent customer service for the last 4 years. I travel from Wellington to Boca just do my brows with her. Everyone should check Jen out.. trust me you’ll have a spiritual awakening with your eyebrows because I do when I come here!!

I’ve been getting my brows waxed by Jen at the Ulta in Boca, and she does an amazing job every time. She’s a perfectionist and very precise in what she does. She’s also very friendly and gives wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Jen!

I have to write about Jen. She’s my brow specialist. This is my second time getting my brows done with her. Not only is she amazing at what she does; she’s just so sweet, fun to chat with yet very professional. Great manners, she’s very clean and organized. I won’t be working in the area and there is an Ulta down the street from my residence but I am going to gladly travel to Boca to continue getting my brows done with Jen. Hope you see this Jen, you’re a keeper girlie.

Sales floor Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable! For my next visit either a facial or wax! I heard the woman that does the facials, is super good! Cant wait 😀

The worst Ulta Ive ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude its unbelievable. Ive never had a bad experience at any Ulta but this one is just awful.

I Utilize this store because its 1.3 miles from home. Most associates are pleasant. I was a makeup artist for years and I know this is part of the sale. However, I dont like the attitude of some of the workers. (Urban Decay on 6/8/19) One associated seemed like I was bothering her. I asked her were the hair color lot pens were (they had been moved) she said they did NOT Carry them....I bought 20 there before and found them on my own.... OH No! I asked her opinion on how to apply and she acted like I was bothering her on her day off ... she had that I need to walk away stance. I found myself apologizing for BOTHERING Her!!!! ( What the 🤬I must be losing my mind in here😳) because I started to feel very uncomfortable- BAD VIBES 😳. I am guilty of spending A lot of money on products. She was very cheerful and helpful to younger girls in her product line. They purchased face makeup to match their tan... 1 product between them....while I spent over $300. 🤯Tip.. if you treat me as a VALUABLE customer you could of gotten over $4-500 out of me. BIG Mistake..HUGE!!!! 😝

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Jenn for a little over a year. She is so precise and takes her time to make your eyebrows look the way you want them to. I started going to her at the Wellington location and followed her to the Boca location because she is that GOOD! Definitely worth a 30 minute drive to have perfect eyebrows!

I ordered some products over 2 months ago that have yet to arrive. On May 11th I received and email saying that the products were shipped and on their way, however it has not updated since then and its now June 12th which is now a MONTH since I received the email saying it had been shipped. They refuse to issue me a refund because they say the product has left their warehouse. NEVER order from them online again. At least with Amazon you get your products and they issue you a refund if they dont deliver.

Nice ladies, very clean store and most of everything is available & stocked . Compared to other Ulta Beauty locations, this is definitely the most organized with adult women working that are educated on the products vs 20 year old girls who are not as experienced as they think 🤫

GO TO THE HILLSBORO ULTA INSTEAD. I went here to return items and they returned my money to a gift card which I threw away (obviously because it’s a gift card). They then told me WORD FOR WORD “I guess you lose $50” When i explained how i threw away the card. They didn’t even try to give me store credit or anything. I took my Things back and went to the Hillsboro ulta, and NICEST PEOPLE EVER. They gave me my FULL REFUND on a ulta card after the boca Girls told me they couldn’t do anything. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. They could learn from Hillsboro ulta, MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. Never shopping here again.

Great store for all your cosmetic needs and has a salon too in the back. Reasonable prices. Has lots of sales. Use their flyer to get discounts and join the app for special promos.

I like this store. Very hard not to buy something whenever I go there. Have to always limit the cash I bring with me, lol.I love how I could try items on the spot, get an advice and bring items back if I am not satisfied after buying them and trying them home, with almost all the items.

My go-to for better-than-average products you wont find in regular drugstores. Staff greets you upon entering. Pleasant and professional staff always willing to assist.

I much prefer the location on Hillsboro and Powerline but this is still a really good location. I find the staff at the Deerfield location to be nicer and more helpful. Anyways, theres easy parking despite the fact that the plaza is really busy most of the time. Such a great selection of everything but the coupon is really hard to use and the easiest way is to just use it on Ulta branded products.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I love all Ulta stores, but this one has the best staff Ive met. Niki helped color check my mom :)

If you have their credit card and sign up for their emails you get coupons online and in the mail too.This particular store seems to be the same as all the others ones I have been in. I dont typically require a lot of help but there is plenty of staff around when you need them. The store is laid out neatly and it is easy to find the products by type and brand. I dont buy a lot of makeup but when I do you will find me at Ulta.

I walked in here to get a contour stick and Beth approached me right away .she was very nice . Knowledgeable and super helpful . Her upbeat personality makes you want to shop lol . The store was also very nice and clean . I would definitely come back and if you need help ask for Beth ....

Selection was amazing but the staff was not very knowledgeable. I find Sephoras staff to be more accommodating. This is a stand alone location with better parking than mall parking, so it is more convenient if you dont want to go to a mall.

So unhappy with the brow bar service! Ive gone twice to see Illiana and the first time she laughed and kept making jokes about how it looks like I do my brows myself. Today I went in and first of all I had an appointment and she kept asking wait what did you want done?... like if I made an appointment you should be prepared and know. Then she asked me if I used any acne medications which i replied no... she asked me once again and i answered no (again). A minute later she laughed mockingly with a suspicious look and said are you sure you dont use acne medication?. Yes I have breakouts but I dont use the medication and I had the same problem with her last time!!! She ONCE again said who did your brows before? you? while laughing and I told her that she was the last one to do my brows and she continued to say thats not true and finally laughed while saying okay then. FINALLY i wore a bright red sweatshirt from Aerie and she dropped the dye on it!!! She barely reacted and took a bit to clean it so now I have a large brown stain on a $50 sweatshirt!!! Not happy at all

Terrible service. My hairdresser for 20 years move to Pompano Ulta. I went there yesterday for a hair cut and bought $400 worth of cosmetics. The cashier there accidentally charged an extra buy 1 get 50% off item without the second one. I went to Ulta in Boca that is where I live. They were so unwilling to correct my transaction. I have the receipt and everything and they claim 1) without checking they may not carry the products here and 2) they dont have the video to see ??? I said they could call the Pompano office to check but she just plainly refused! Well you lost a customer here for your unwillingness to be helpful. I called up pompano office they said all ulta should honor the transactions, however, they said Boca Ulta is known to be unfriendly and uncooperative. I would have put no start but cant post without putting any star!

My mom and I liked this location. Most of the time we are treated very well. In an occasion that I was not present. My mom needed help to pick a foundation (keep in mind my mom is a medium to dark complexion). This young male Asian looking rep, told her we dont have foundation of your shade, only fair that is just plain racist!! Its a beauty store!!! Of course you have it!!

I love getting my brow tweezed by Jen! She’s amazing and she cares for your skin as well. I’ve been going to her for over a year now. When I get my brow tweezed by Jen, I don’t break out which is amazing. I recommend that you ask for Jen when getting your eyebrows waxed, tweezed, or tinted.

I love this store but its a bit of a drive from my area and pretty pricey. I guess its the pain of being beautiful lol

I wanted to get the Flower Beauty highlight and strobing palette, which is sold out almost everywhere. Asking about the item the answers are usually all the same (at all Ulta Stores, not only this one). Instead of trying to help to find a store which carries Flower Beauty and the item, the answer was either were sorry or you can order online. This is not that helpful because they dont even consider Im visiting from Europe and cannot use the mailing option. I visited various stores and checked online first, if the store carries FB (one employee at another store said only brands like Lancome will be available to pre check if available in store which turned out to be wrong). I wished the knowledge of things would be better, if items are not available the answers feel not very thoughtful towards the customer. I finally got the palette at the Pompano store at Federal HW, last item!!! The selection could be better if an item is almost sold out everywhere, why not ordered sooner? Its just annoying visiting so many stores and not getting helpful and educated information. Thanks to Pompano Ulta at least I was able to grab it.

1st of all, parking is tight and it’s a nightmare trying to get back on 441 most of the time because of the short green light and all the cars waiting (there’s a Publix and home store in the same plaza).Secondly, I went there 3 times and dealt with an untrained young girl who couldn’t help me find the right shade of foundation (because I’m not white ?), then a rude woman at checkout and finally a male manager with full makeup who took “attitude” to another level. Will never go back to that Boca location since they don’t understand customer service. The Deerfield location has much nicer employees and better traffic flow.

AWFUL EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE! I called to ask about pricing and I got the worst attitude from April, one of the salon technicians. I have gotten my hair done there and their work really depends on their mood, which is completely terrible! I am very upset and do not want to spend my money on their salon.

Their return policy is screwed. If you had to replace your debit/credit card that your originally purchased an ulta item with and you go return a product. They will not return the credit back to your replacement card. Go somewhere else. The clerk told me legally they are not allowed to. I called bs immediately. Dont tell me that bs sweetheart. Ive worked retail damn near my whole life.

I came to this ulta with high expectations, usually pleased with ulta locations. Yet not even 5 minutes in to arriving at the place I was treated rudely. My daughter was looking for the famous tarte concealer that everyone is crazy about, I asked for help picking the right shade. I was ignored by one of the Clinique staff. She said that she could help me find the Tarte staff so I waited. Once she came she just gave me the concealer she wearing and left. Shoving it in my daughters face; “here wear this”. Once that happened a group of staff members surrounded us and came around us as if we were to steal something. Not only did we feel uncomfortable, but we felt rushed and unattended. The place was not busy, so I cannot even phantom when it is. This is truly a disappointment on so many levels. Due to my high standards of Ulta; I know they have better locations and better staff members. I will never recommend this Ulta to anyone. This was an extremely distasteful experience.

Do not come to this location. No one helps you! Horrible service, bad attitudes. Go to sephora; theyre actually helpful!

Worst salon

We Will never shop here again!! My wife Received a OPI nail polish for Christmas & wanted to exchange the color. Clerk & manager both said Im sorry, without your receipt we can not help you. At Sephora & Clinique if you are not happy with a product they let you exchange it out. Where I come from you ALWAYS make the customer happy which is called customer service. Clearly Ulta does not put their customers first.

The customer service was horrible. There was a line forming and one cashier left the other alone. When I finally got to the checkout, the cashier was so unfriendly and visibly miserable. It made me uncomfortable. I will stick to shopping online from now on, such bad vibes at this place.

Overall ok except the rude cashiers. They dont interact with the customer, only ring up cosmetics and take your money.

So the first time I went it was great this one lady was super sweet and helped me but I had to return one of the items I bought the next day and omg this chick was so rude when I returned it i bought it under my account and she said she couldn’t find my account then gave me attitude and said I needed the receipt and I’m like ummmm I don’t have it and I got it under the account she looked again and found it and after the transaction she just ignored me and I said thank you twice and she just ignored me and looked away like omg sorry you did your job wrong and you got mad
