I guess I am the first to write a negative review here and it is quite warranted. I reached out to FuelUFast as an alternative to waiting for gas at the dock. My in laws had used them years back when they had a boat. I provided them with my phone number, my office number, and asked if they would need any other phone numbers as I may not be available at the time of the fill. They didnt request any additional numbers. I gave detailed instructions - the boat took gasoline not diesel, the two fills were located in the center of the transom of the boat, the boat address, etc. While at work, I saw a text to call the FuelUFast driver ASAP and a phone number was texted. The driver answered and said he thinks he put gas in the wrong place. I inquired where the gas was pumped, and he explained it was in the side gunwale of the boat in the single blue cap. I asked if he was told the gas fills were in the middle of the back of the transom, not the side gunwale, and he didnt comment. He said I should call the office to discuss the problem. He said he noticed something wasnt right when my bilge pumps started coming on, pumping gas into the intracoastal. He put 7 gallons in before realizing. The water tank was full already, so everything he put in dumped out the tank overflow for what normally should be safe to overflow into the hull - water. He left without filling my gas tanks prior to me contacting him back. I immediately called the number that was texting me and a receptionist answered (with what was apparently an on call cell phone). I asked why the driver had filled the the water tank when I said specifically where the fills were located and also asked why he tried to fill anything, if he wasnt sure, without first reaching someone. She got flustered and told me she needed to speak with the owner. I received a text shortly after and was told someone would be there the following day to professionally clean the water tank. I figured this mistake would never be made again, so asked for them to go ahead and fill the tanks and I will give them another shot. The water tank was supposedly cleaned the next day, then the gas was delivered the day after that (Thursday). I got to the boat Friday and saw footprint marks all over the gunwale where the water fill was and all over the cockpit. I assumed the guy cleaning the tank just had dirty shoes. This was a little annoying because we just had the boat out of the water a week earlier for annual maintenance and detailing. I tried to rinse it off. Nothing. I tried soap. Nothing. I tried a very harsh scrub brush and soap. Nothing. Deck cleaner, muriatic acid, etc - everything I had on the boat and couldnt get an ounce of it off. It appeared to be the rubber from the sole of a shoe or something - we still arent sure what it was. I told them about the problem and they offered a $100 credit. What can I do with a $100 credit if my boat is stained everywhere with something that I cannot get out? We had the guy come by that recently detailed the boat, he worked on it for a few hours, and theres still one shoeprint he couldnt remove. He charged us $400. The water in the tank stunk (it was full, I figured it would be left empty) so we pumped it out with the fresh water hose so that we could refill and hopefully use the tank. As its been raining heavy every day, the two bilge pumps that typically pump out the rain water quit working. Both float switches are sticking. My friend had gas in with his bilge once and it ruined his pump the same exact way, so I know it was from the fuel. We again contacted the company to make everything else right. They offered another $200. We did not accept as their mistake has already cost us a lot of aggravation and well over their $300 total offer. They wont take our calls now. Ive learned that this incident should have been reported to the EPA, so I will be doing so myself as I know they didnt. If things dont go smooth for you with this company, DO NOT expect that to make it right as they should... Pathetic.

Our company is located in Boca Raton, FL and we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. A skeleton staff went to Atlanta to work remotely and a few stayed behind to keep our building running. Our building lost all power and internet and we ran out of fuel in our generators. Our regular supplier left us in the dust and wouldnt or couldnt deliver. We searched desperately for a supplier that could get us at least 1,000 gallons of diesel the same or next day. After contacting no less than 10 different companies, most wouldnt work with us since we werent current clients or made us fill out applications for credit and said it would take time to process. Even those that said they would work fast, did not. I made one last call to Fuel U Fast and got Meghan on the phone right away. All she needed was my name and put us on her wait list. The very next morning, she called me back and said she had the fuel ready to deliver and took my credit card over the phone. 45 minutes later we had the fuel delivered. I was amazed to find out that they were without power and internet themselves and working from their cars. Amazing, amazing job. What a work ethic. Fuel U Fast will be our new fuel supplier from this point forward. Again....we are so grateful for your efforts....great job!!!
