I visited Busy Body Gyms to Go (Boca Raton) a few months ago to purchase a recumbent bike. Josh (store manager) helped me out in selecting an equipment. After a few weeks, I felt I need to get it replaced as I was not comfortable while using it. While the set up didnt go as initially planned, Josh stepped in and made sure everything ran smoothly. I just want to thank the staff behind the scenes that coordinated the delivery and set up of my new indoor gym. This consisted of a lot of large component parts and a lot of moving parts which were diligently assembled and tested to their maximum performance. We purchased a multi-functional gym called M3 Inspire from Josh at Busy Body Gyms To Go. We have had it about 2 months now and could not be happier with our decision. We opted for delivery without assembly. The assembly instructions are very detailed. Not difficult to assemble if you are good with written instructions. However, very time consuming. Our skills level is probably above average and took about 8 hours. No problems, just over 40 pages of parts and instructions. Josh was absolutely fantastic. We do not like high pressure sales people and he was just the opposite. Very informative, polite, and friendly. Answered all our questions. Has followed up with us several times since our purchase just to make sure we are happy with our purchase and have no issues. I would recommend purchasing anything from Josh. I am confident he will stand behind anything he sells. The equipment we bought is high quality and made to last.

I was told a product was like new, just out of the box when in fact it was pre-owned. Price match denied, and negotiated price retracted. Even though they went back to it, it wasnt enough to salvage the sale after lying about the condition of the product. They should have honored the price match to save the sale. Customer service and recon definitely needs work.

When I came to the store the guy had a terrible attitude. He did not want to get up to help me find what I needed. Was being very short and rude. Would not recommend this place.

Very tidy and spacious show room displaying various systems and more if you ask the staff to browse online what you can order from their collections. Joshua helped me several times patiently and hes definitely a pleasant and knowledgeable one who gives good advice and offer. I got two wonderful machines there with great price, thanks to Josh.

Im not a write a review guy, but i just wanted describe what a great experience i had at Busy Body Gym equipment in Boca Raton. I live in a condo and trying to find a home gym equipment with the small space I had to work with is not easy. I found the Inspire BL1 I then went to the store where Josh actually found a video of how it operates online. We both watched it and I then made my decision to buy it. Josh was great in going over the buying and assembly process explaining everything. I am now enjoying and working out on my new home gym and I would recommend the Boca Busy Body and particularly Josh for any of your home gym needs.

I live in the British Virgin Islands. Ive been a Busy Body Gyms To Go customer a few times. A month ago, I needed a recumbent bike to workout during the COVID lockdown. My sales rep was Josh Turkenitz. I wanted a particular brand of bike which happened to be out of stock. Josh recommended a Matrix bike instead. I had never heard of Matrix, but the reviews were great, and I trust Busy Body. I purchased the bike. The transaction went smoothly and the bike was delivered promptly to my shipper in Miami. I got the bike a week later.The quality of the Matrix R50 recumbent bike is amazing - solid, quiet, packed with awesome tech features. Best bike I have ever used.Busy Body is a great company and Josh was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgable, honest and efficient. I bought my bike sight unseen based on the trust I have for this company and Josh. Cant recommend them highly enough.

However, because fitness is very important to me, I want to acknowledge the great experience I had at Busy Body Gyms To Go in Boca Raton, and the awesome counseling service I received from the Area Sales Manager, Josh Turkenitz. Recent life circumstances have dictated that I need to work out at home, as I no longer have time to get to the gym. I was looking for high end equipment, and the Busy Body store in Boca has an extremely wide selection. So much so, that it was difficult to decide on which cardio machine would be the best fit for my home. Josh made this decision process so much easier. He graciously took the time to go over everything in detail, and answer all of my questions. Most importantly, he showed sincere interest in the goals I was trying to achieve, and asked pertinent questions through out our conversation. The end result was that he was able to suggest the machine that was a perfect fit, and suits my needs!!!! I purchased a Helix Lateral Trainer, and I am already loving it!!!! The gym I belonged to for years never had one, and Josh introduced to me all of its benefits. The exceptional service didnt end there, Josh followed up after delivery to confirm that all went well, and even sent me a hand written thank you note!!!! We purchased a Precor EFX 427 elliptical for $4,306.75 on May 15, 2018. The unit was delivered without box and manuals. Upon inquiring we were told that it was briefly displayed on the show floor but is a new system. From the first day the unit ran noisy, made screeching sounds and the motion is not smooth. We finally called Precor directly to set up a service call. When we presented our serial number, we were informed that this is a 2014 (!) model, three years out of warranty and we would have to pay for service. Joshua Turkenitz ended up helping us to return the machine and we were able to settle this amicably.
