I would like to give this company negative stars. We signed a contract for two golf carts to be delivered on 10/30/21. I called Saturday morning to see when they would be delivered. They said they would call me an hour before delivery. I called again at 4:30pm as I had not heard anything and they said they never processed our order and they couldn’t do anything because they did not have anything available. They apologized in the most rude and unprofessional way. This experience was HORRIBLE. They have an obligation to fulfill their end of the contract that was signed, which was to deliver us two golf carts. The manager was the most unprofessional and RUDE person I have ever spoken with. Sadly, they have a monopoly on the market and guess they can get away with this type of customer service. Now I have 4 very upset children.

Super friendly people and super easy process to go through for renting or even buying a cart. I highly recommend going here.
