From a fast food standpoint this place is okay. The sandwiches are delicious but the service is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and helpful. If it was solely a fast food spot I’d rate it 4/5. The 5th star for me was the fact that they sell the ham and turkey, both sliced, and whole. This is a game changer when I have company coming. It’s so easy to grab a whole ham or turkey breast for lunch or dinner. And it’s good. It’s not super fatty or tough and their seasoning is delicious.

My mom pre ordered a oven roasted turkey for Easter for tomorrow which I grabbed on my way home, and we got home and it ended up being smoked. Called this location to see if we can get it replaced since they gave us the wrong one... which the girl proceeded to tell me that they had none, and the “kids” in the front were having a competition of who could get rid of the smoked turkeys even if customers asked for something completely different..... what!? Completely 10000% unprofessional and unacceptable. She tried to talk me into the smoked turkey telling me it tastes good.. ok? But that’s not what my mom ordered... we don’t care if it “tastes good” my mom cannot eat smoked meats... so unprofessional... got into a little back and forth where I proceeded To ask for a manager for a refund or I was Calling corporate. We’ve always gotten from this company for every holiday and have never had people act this way.. should be ashamed at how you present yourself with the excuses you gave without even trying to offer a refund to begin with. Horrible customer service. Will never use this location ever again!!!

Very good if your looking for a quick bite to eat. Very friendly helpful staff .very clean lunchroom feel and the bathrooms are spotless . I would not hesitate to come here again. I had the toasted turkey on multi grain bread my friend had ham on multi grain and it was wonderful and we were full when we left the restaurant. If your near there stop by. You will be pleasantly surprised and pleased.

In and out in no time! Pre-paid is absolutely the way to go! I thought it was going to be insanely busy for the Christmas holiday and maybe it was at some point, but I waited less than 5 minutes and when I went in 2 days before the holiday. I actually got a ham slightly larger than what I reserved! Sure was great knowing I didn’t have to worry since the ham was already paid for! Never did that before, but it sure saved the holiday! My mother said when she went the day before, the registers were down and only took cash, which they didn’t have. Then she has the nerve to just go somewhere else and buy whatever ham she could find. So that was the main reason for going pre-paid! I got the honey baked ham and saved the day! Even used some of the leftovers at a party on Saturday and you better believe it disappeared faster than everything else! Granted everything else was sweets and cookies, but still. It’s good stuff! Prices have certainly increased, but it’s the holidays, gotta do it right! Don’t buy that cheap junk from anywhere else, do it right, one and done!

Myself and JEANPAUL arrived for a little lunch for the first time. The ham was sliced way to thick offering no alternative, to start. The staff was not helpful for first time visitor. Some kind of heavy sugar glaze was squirted on, un aware. The bread was not toasted, as requested. It ended up thrown out rather than debate. This establishment is a quick fix ready made, drive by- don’t confuse it with a specialized quality establishment in a high rent area.

CLEAN STORE, FIRST TIME HAVING IT AND IT WAS AWESOME. DORA IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE. SHE IS FAST AND VERY SWEET.

Fantastic food of different varieties the ham is outrageously the best Ive ever had in my 78 years of life I would highly recommend this to anyone in the local Florida area well make a trip just to get it easy get in and out and the people are extremely friendly

We have been getting our ham from here for 18yrs now. Honey baked ham has been a part of our Holidays as a family for 35 yrs now. My wife called in earlier in the week to reserve an 8 lb ham. At that time you tried to get her to get it early, she explained that we like the glaze to be fresh so we prefer to pick it up.This morning she walks in and is told they didnt have her order and that she wasnt allowed to see it. They handed her a 12 lb ham, and pretty much that was it. Costing aprox $32 more than we usually get 2x a year. The woman again tried to convince her that the ham is better with melted glaze. You have always taken care not let people get close to ham while letting them look and make sure the glaze isnt melted, or its to fatty, or even the meat is discolored (all of which we have seen).My wife was then informed this might become standard. Needless to say after be told the 12 lb was the only one for her costing $32 more than we normally spend(makes me wonder if this was done to make more money). Then being told this might be the norm from now on, she came home in a bad mood, and informed me this might be the last time we get a ham.BTW your employees didnt have a mask on and made my wife remove hers so she could understand her.What is supposed to be a holiday weekend that is to be enjoyed is now a weekend that has bad moods all around.Thanks

I don’t eat much cold cut sandwiches but I loved honey baked ham classic sandwiches. Nice thick slices of ham and the special sauces are incredible. Also try the ham salads. They are a perfect appetizer with crackers for when you have company.

I love this location. Theyre always so efficient with handling customers and moving long lines along. Staff is almost always pleasant. While known for their ham, their turkey is also very good. I havent tried most of the other dishes but if you dont want to cook they offer a wide range to suit your tastes.

My first visit to any Honey Baked Ham store. When browsing the menu I thought it was just a tad pricey for a sandwich BUT no way, it is so worth it. Fresh bread and vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) and not skimpy on the meat. Fresh, feesh, fresh....youll love it! A big thanks to the staff that was super friendly.

They are very kind and friendly people always. We enjoy their turkey salad, turkey and Ham sandwiches. My daughter has severe allergies and theyre very accommodating to our needs. They make it a pleasure to go there.

Amazing. The food is ridiculously good. The smoked turkey tastes like sweet ham so its great for those non-ham people. The staff is really helpful. The coffee cakes are unreal. The only downside is how pricey it is and if you are going within a couple days of a holiday expect long lines.

If you like their spiral cut ham that you only have for the holidays, youre going to love their sandwiches!

I hadnt been to The Honey Baked Ham Company in a while. I stopped to grab some sandwiches for my family, as the location was convenient. Johnny was the person behind the counter who made the sandwiches. He was friendly, helpful, and the sandwiches were delicious. I would definitely return.

A quarter ham was $54! Supposed to have bone in, no bone. It was well over cooked & very dry. We ordered on line & picked it up in the store the week of thanksgiving. The service was fantastic! But dont see the need to buy an over priced, over cooked ham in the future. Sorry Honey Baked Ham Store.

I am disappointed with several aspects of my experience.Firstly, the cashier told me there was no more ham to pick up, AFTER I showed him my verified online order on my smartphone. I insisted it had been preordered, and I refused to believe or accept his announcement. He then went to a back room with another worker, and returned with a small ham in a plastic bag. I had to tell him twice that I had a discount coupon. When I got home, I unhappily discovered that the foil around the ham was open and had leaked juice into the surrounding plastic bag. The ham had no expected glaze on top and tasted close to plain salt and water with little flavor! Also, the texture of the ham was unexpectedly too smooth reminiscent of SPAM and felt like it was a processed artificial canned product. I have been purchasing this product two to three times a year for twenty plus years, and I have never been so disappointed. A response from Honeybaked Ham is appreciated.

The hams are outstanding though overpriced. But its once a year for Easter and I have been going to HBH for many years. The Glades store has shopping center construction going on so the parking is quite a challenge. Dont forget your coupons as they will not honor the $5 discount without them. I witnessed several people turn in an extra coupon to the cashier with a comment to give it to someone who needed one but they wont. Shame on them!

Called to preorder a small bone ham twice in the last week and was told they don’t take preorders. When I went to the store they told me I had to buy a large and I should have preordered, wouldn’t honor small ham price. What a joke, will never return. Staff is a complete joke. Unacceptable

Tray was made days before Ii was to pick up lettuce and tomato was soggy and wilted. I picked up a VIP platter wanted it for 10 people made it for 20band would not change even when i called to check order two days before they said it was already made! Thought that was strange..bread notfresh. Cost me 200 and I was not happy.

I had an awful experience there. Stay away from this place. Not only the food was not fresh and made me.sick, but also the person behind the counter was so rude to us, that made me feel unwelcomed. But what really got me upset was the way she treated the next customer. An older gentleman that needed her assistance and left the store really sad and disapointed with the way he was treated. So make sure you that if you have to make a stop in there, demand a good service.

What more can anyone say about a honeybaked ham store. Their ham is exactly what you expect and their turkey breast is really really good as well

There are even food tasting stations! I got the Smoked Turkey and Boned Ham! Everything they sell is perfect for Christmas and Thanksgiving!

I pre ordered a ham 4 days ago. I get to the store at the time they told me to be there and there is a line with about a hundred of people in it, Some pre ordered and others did not. This store did not even bother to separate the people that pre ordered. They just hurtled us all into a line together where I had to wait for over an hour to get into the store. Once inside I give them my name for the order and Im told it doesnt matter. I asked Why did I even bother to go online and pre order from you 4 days ago- why was I instructed to be here at 4:00? What happened next was the final straw… Im getting attitude from these Arrogant people behind the counter. There are plenty of stores that sell ham. Ill make sure to find another one next year because I would not waste 1 more minute of time or 1 more dime on the honey baked ham company especially in the Boca Raton location

BE AWARE, DO NOT HEAT a Honey Baked Ham or you will likely be eating a VERY SALTY HAM, barely edible. I phoned the Boca Raton/Glades Road store to let them know how disappointed I was with their product, I was asked by the gentlemen answering the phone (that informed me that he is a chef) if I had heated the ham, I replied yes, to which he said that I should NOT HAVE HEATED the ham as it does cause it to become salty. He went on to explain the reason heating causes the saltiness, and also that it will melt the glaze, etc. I politely asked WHY, if HONEY BAKED is aware of the issue with heating, WHY do they have instructions for heating the ham on their website. The Honey Baked representative told me that they personally tell the customer when they order, and again when they pick up the ham. Unfortunately, no one informed me when I picked up the ham and I pre-ordered online so another missed opportunity to be educated on THEIR SALTY HAM. My recommendation to the CORPORATE GURUS, if you wonderful people at HONEY BAKED know about this issue then WHY dont you correct your website? We pay top dollar for your ham with the intention of enjoying it. Please, LET US KNOW NOT TO HEAT IT.
