Dr. Sharon Cohen was very warm and friendly. Her examination of my hearing problem was very thorough. She made me aware of all of my options in terms of hearing aids and never made me feel rushed. When I was in her office, she made me feel as if my concerns were of the utmost importance. She answered all of my questions, even allowing me to test a loaner pair of hearing aids for two weeks, making adjustments during that time to assure me that I was making a good choice.Lorraine who works at the front desk always made me feel welcome. She even called to remind me of appointments. I had a very positive experience with Great Again America, and would highly recommend them.

Wow! What great service. I went in for my 3 month check and cleaning and spent about an hour with Dr. Sharon Cohen. She was relentless in getting everything working correctly before I left. My was not connecting to my hearing aide, my hearing aides were not syncing and she added the option of increasing or decreasing the volume at my control. She spent time on the phone with the manufacuter and would not give up until everything was perfect. I was totally impressed.

Sharon my audiologist was extremely professional and personally helpful in every stage of my decision to acquire hearing aids. She tested me and then recommended a few options for purchasing the correct devices. My hearing with the aids now allows me to better hear conversations and enjoy listening to music and TV. Her assistant Lorraine has been a great help in resolving many of my minor issues and having Sharon contact when she couldnt answer my inquiries. I have been very fortunate to have found Sharon and Lorraine and have referred a number of people to their attention.

Im new to Florida having come from a very rural part of Pennsylvania. I scheduled an annual hearing aid evaluation with HearAgainAmerica since it had been close to two years since my last. I was delighted with the professionalism of Dr Sharon Cohen and her staff makes you feel like youre right at home. The variety of hearing aid products available is amazing and I feel I have been matched with a much more suitable product than was available to me in the past. I also want to mention how much I enjoy the television streaming aspect of my new hearing aids - they put me in the middle of the action! I learned about Hear Again America on facebook. Since I have been having some problems hearing others speak in noisy environments such as restaurants and networking meetings, I figured I would go in for a hearing test. On the way to their office I thought to myself What am I doing? Getting into a situation where someone is going to try and sell me something, of course You know...typical Florida. Imagine my surprise when the experience turned out to be the best medical related experience I have had in 33 years living in Florida. The professionalism shown by Dr. Cohen is unmatched. After performing the hearing tests, she discovered a minor issue that she said I should make my internist aware of. But she said I absolutely do not need hearing aids, and that the ones that could potentially fix my problem of hearing in noisy places might only help a little bit, and would be rather expensive. Ill just have to pick quieter restaurants! I felt enlightened after leaving the office, and will return there when it is time to recheck my hearing. And I will recommend Hear Again America to anyone and everyone
