Today, I drove 35 minutes from Boynton Beach to test and purchase the new fragrance called Continuum. I arrived at 3:55 and there was a sign on the door that they were closed until 4:30. I waited until 4:30, then went into the store. I told the sales lady I had been waiting and she replied “well, I gotta eat.” I asked to smell the new fragrance Continuum because I wanted to test it before buying. She said they do not have any testers. I’m not buying a fragrance for $100 without testing it first. Poor customer service.

Love the TUMI bags, we have several. We had an issue with a strap with one of them and the company replaced the whole thing and even with an updated version of our bag. You certainly do get what you pay for. Great customer service, thank you Michelle from TUMI customer affairs for a fast and painless solution provided. Highly recommend the bags and the company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER buy Tumi luggage. You overpay for the bags because of the warranty. Well, the warranty is bogus. I sent my bag back after 2 years of VERY LIGHT travel, it was never checked, only to be told it was out of warranty. It would cost $240 to repair my $400 carry on that needed new wheel assembly, new bumpers, and new side handle. I will be happy to by Travel Pro who stands behind their product. DONT BUY TUMI !!
This is my favorite Tumi “Regular” store. Every sales rep is always extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes I’m not even making a purchase and simply bringing a Tumi item purchased somewhere else to be monogrammed. Best in South Florida!!
