Covid has supplies running low due to transportation issues but spirit still has the best selection of halloween retail. usually good people. remember to be polite these are trying times for us all.

Was asked a few times if we needed help by associates, very polite and friendly. My 2 sons tried every animatronic at least 10 times, all working and scary! Clean and organized. This was family time and it was great!

A much better location then the one in Oswego. This store is also a lot bigger and had more to look at which was nice. Loved the huge pumpkin outside! We will definitely be back to do costume shopping. Thank you!

Low stock and not enough staff. Checkout line takes a painful amount of time no matter how many people are in-line. Store is extremely messy and several products appeared to be damaged or ransacked.

Just got me a dope jacket with chains! Definitely gonna turn up for Halloween this year! Way better than the party place. Go HERE FOR COSTUMES! Just do t get what I get! We went to the Naperville AND Bolingbrook locations yesterday! Bought stuff twice!

I personally did not like the Ouija Board and other satanic things for example they had some satanic shirts there for sale. I will probably go another route next year for Halloween costumes for my children next year. Years ago it would not have bothered me but as I have grown in a True relationship with God, the Holy Spirit convicted me while I was there.

Always love to see these stores opening up in town. Seriously best place for creepy Halloween decorations, a bit high priced but worth if you decorate creepy. Wide variety of costumes, especially for current pop culture.

If you like Halloween youll live this place. A bit overpriced but looks like quality stuff. They have a lot of there animatronics on display so I bring my daughter here to scare her. Its kind of a free haunted house.

Did Not enjoy the experience at all, the staff hounded us, there were four people up at the front but only one was doing checkouts, we waited like 10 minutes
