Really good guys. I do not know how it was for others, but 4 am appointment I arrived 9 hrs before assuming they will receive, uh oh no, was told come back on appointment but but but, allowed to stay in the yard for overnight along the curve as long as you dont block any other .... .... .... 4 am backed to door (room was enough to make maneuvers) and they started immediately, now I am feeling my trailer is half in 15 min...Thank you guys.

The Ship/Rec orfic door is right smack dab in the middle of the building.

Had a 14:00 pick up appointment it took about 1 hr to get trailer door closed and sealed... tight backing

Easy to get to but parking can be a challenge. Short on room up front to manuever so slide your tandems all the way forward. I had an 11:00am appt time but they couldnt find it in their system. They still worked me in an had me out by 1:00pm. Very fast at unloading and very polite as well. You could do worse in the greater Chicago area.

Not worth my time for this place not organized at all drivers jumping from there trucks to check in while other waiting on line. then they try to squeez in front of you to park for a door so I left the Hell with that load and place they can find someone else to deal with this zoo I know for sure it won’t be me.

Unloaded very quickly

Showed up at about 7:00pm for a 10am appt the next day. Got a door at at 7:30, unloaded by 9pm, asked and received permission to sleep in the parking lot as long as I wasnt blocking the entrance, exit or dock doors. Good, friendly customer service

Extremely nice and efficient people. In and out in under half hour with a full trailer. Its a little tight to back in so Id advise you slide your tandems all the way to the front before attempting to get on the dock.

Great place for loading.showed up 530am,docked at 540 out just before 6am.

I checked in at 1:01pm. Appointment is at 3:30pm. Not another truck in dock doors. That was 53 minutes ago. They still havent touched my load. The 2 guys unloading have done nothing but walk around with a drink and smoking cigarettes outside. I go in and asked whats the holdup? They say shift change is at 2pm. So apparently WestRock pays their workers for 8 hours of work when they only do 6-7 hours of work. This is the Hanover Park facility. Its been an hour now and still have not even got a red light, let alone touch one damned roll of paper. Hell they have been on phone, outside, to break room...every where but the loading dock unloading trucks! These guys need fired, or have their pay docked. And I tried calling corporate, cant do it. Even they suck! All you get is a busy signal...nothing more. Worse place ever!

This is one the worst companies to load or unload, they dont care about the drivers or there times. they want you there on time but they will load or unload you whenever they fill like. i will i could give them 0 stars 1 star it to much for them.

Don’t believe all the bad reviews I was in and out in an hour 4 stars for tight parking and all the rocks in front of you as your backing up.

Hanover Park location is full of arrogant unprofessional liars. I’m early but rather than get me in and out I sat almost 3hrs for them to say the unloader has other priorities. My company has told me early or not I get paid after 2hrs. They wanna argue. A complaint has been filed

Reading all the other reviews, I had second thoughts about coming here. Maybe it depends on the day or the shift. I was unloaded before my appoinment, and the guy unloaded me in like 20 minutes.

The shipping office lady is very slow working. Forklift guys good..

2000 appointment on 2 May. Docked at 0010 on 3 May. Still waiting for loading as of 0125. Gave the old running behind excuse.

This place pays fair but they treat people like dirt and has management problems as well. Very prejudice as well against people of color.
