I showed up at 6:01 to pick up a paint in Bolingbrook that the Woodridge store could not fulfill. The Woodridge person assured me that they would wait for me. The Bolingbrook employee told me that the registers are automatically locked down and there was nothing he could do to help. I find this extremely unprofessional.Ive purchased thousands of dollars in paint over the last few years and promise I will never spend another penny at Sherwin Williams. 🤬

By far the best and most knowledgeable service you will get. Patrick the store manager is the nicest guy and runs a great store. Great product, great staff. Dont go to the other stores to get your paint, long wait times and half as knowledgeable, if that.
