My car was a total out but they treated me with kindness and handled the estimate and communication with the insurance company seamlessly.

I hit a deer and bought my car here to have the repairs done and over all they made sure the car was done right and when I did have I problem with the way something was done I said something to them and they was there on top of it to fix the problem

Im sure this business is great and all but your driver in the pick up truck nearly rear ended us tonight and stayed tailgating us with his brights on all the way dow Aldrich onto s springfeild. Please tell your drivers (especially in the rain at night) that they need to pull back a bit and not be in such a rush. Im a driver as well and usually customers understand when theres bad weather

Advance Auto Body is AMAZING! I had just purchased a new truck, and within 2 weeks, someone ran into me.. I was able to get right in for a quote, which my insurance company requires 3 quotes, so we went to 2 other places as well.. Advanced Auto Body was much lower than the other 2 quotes.. They were super friendly and very professional. They were able to fix the damage perfect! The paint color of my truck is Tuxedo Black which has some glitter in it, and they matched it just right! A few weeks later, another accident. :( They were wonderful to us! They will always have our business!

My car was hit by a deer. I was able to get my car into their shop same day. They also had a rental for me so I didnt have to go to Springfield. They took care of everything & by the end of the week they had my car all taken care of & I was back in it. They did an awesome job, service was great, and friendly atmosphere. If my auto ever needs body work done again, Im bringing it to Advanced auto body.

Got collision repair done here, and our car came out looking better than before the wreck! I would definitely use Randy and his crew again.

I went in today with a crack in my windshield from a rock. They stopped what they were doing and went out to look at it and said I could get it repaired while I waited in their lobby. I waited about 30 minutes and the price they quoted was very reasonable. I have done business with them before and I will always tell anyone who needs the services they provide to go see them. I have never been disappointed.

Randy and Tanya have a great team!! Mike, the office manager, was so easy to work with and informed me of every details. They went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to me with 2 days.
