The people that own this place are a amazing family. They helped me with prom dresses in High school; and then when it was time for me to get married they helped me a tremendous amount. They helped me find a perfect dress for my day . They helped me with my confidence, because I am a bigger girl. They catered to me and no problem with me being plus size. Aimee also makes beautiful cakes and she made my wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful and tasty. You cant go wrong with them! They will help you with whatever you need done! They also do alterations at the store.

Rather you are buying the perfect wedding dress which my family has or the perfect prom dress they always let you try on a million and one till you find your perfect one. They also do custom made shirts as well. Do a great job. They are a local business and do a great job and are very family orientated. Love these ladies. They work late hours just to make sure everything is done perfect for you!

H & H was phenomenal with helping to find my perfect wedding dress! After searching out numerous bridal shops in multiple states, there was one dress that kept recurring as my favorite but was excessively beyond my budget...until I found H & H right in my own little hometown. They worked diligently to find and ship in the exact dress I wanted and at a fraction of the cost. They made the alterations perfectly and the entire process was completely stress-free. They even catered the desserts for my reception to my exact wishes. Their service, friendliness, and dependability made my dream a reality!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I bought my wedding dress here a while back and everyone was so kind. I felt like a princess. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, although I had my heart set on one dress in particular. They were able to order the correct size to fit my body type and added a few extra accessories to complete my desired look. I am so pleased with the outcome. Horrible service. Dress was a month late so my mother never got her wedding dress in time for her wedding and once we received it it was 2 sizes to small and ripped. The owner ever yelled at my mother when she asked for a refund which she refused to refund the money back. For the owner thanks for almost ruining my mothers wedding.

I came into town for a funeral, and brought my dress for an event this weekend. The girl who was originally going to hem my dress was busy, and this place was honestly my only hope. I had a long marine blue silk dress, and they were able to pin it for me, and hem it in a matter of like 3hrs. This place is amazing at what they do, and they are true life savers.! I cannot thank them enough.!

Ive had some embroidery work done here last year on some red bib overalls for my casual Santa look. Absolutely loved it. Have two coats and a vest there currently to be altered. I believe I was treated fair or I wouldnt be back again. Theyre on Santas nice list.

I have been buying dresses starting with gowns for dances and proms and military balls for both my girls to wedding dresses they are always our go to and have always make sure they go above and beyond! They have a huge selection and I never felt pressured like I did when I went to David’s Bridal before I bought my wedding dress from them! I have bout both my daughters wedding dresses there and we will order custom shirts as well! They have access to so many companies that they can get any dress you are looking for! And for me being a plus size women it felt so nice to have many options and not just shoved in a dress and told well that’s the one that will look good. This was a bit of a while ago, but I was recommended to go here recently, and I remembered my experience. One lady was kind, one was not very much so. The dresses I looked at were frayed and a bit faded, I am an odd size. When I told one lady the size range I was, she kept pulling off bigger sizes that there wouldnt be a way to adjust them (My mother was a seamstress when she lived elsewhere). I kept feeling pressured to buy something, and felt the prices were a bit much for dresses that had frayed zippers, sequins and faded color. Even though, sometimes (but not always), the zipper can be replaced, a dress that has a known problem should not be the price of a dress that has nothing wrong. Mind you, reader, that was only one dress out of several I tried on. I wasnt pleased. And, my mother had come with me to check to see if there could be adjustment. She didnt like the way they handled themselves. Well, one lady, but I cant remember their names, and I probably wouldnt say it anyway. I appreciate the effort from the other lady, but the other came across as rude. I try not to judge, and I hardly ever review. In fact, I let it slide, but I found I would rather tell my experience to let it be known to those questioning whether or not to shop here. After all, the reason I came was the reviews. My older sister came once for her own visit. She had been displeased also, felt the dresses shown were poorly kept, and a bit cluttered. My cousin looked for a pageant dress, and had the same issues. All very sad, since we were looking forward to a happy, fun experience that a girl should receive while, basically, spoiling herself. I have always loved dress shopping, and I was devastated that it didnt turn out to be this way. I, sadly, wouldnt recommend this shop. There arent too many stores in this area, but a few I would rather recommend. However, each person has their own experiences, and I would plead the reader to keep both positives and negatives to each store they come across to, and to never, ever order from sites that are very cheap, overseas, and reviews show 5 stars for shower curtains with sequins, or 1 stars for shower curtains. I have been a loyal customer to H&H Creations in Bolivar Mo since the doors opened 5 years ago. The management has always been so professional, and friendly to my family. I have seen the other reviews on here, and I have got to say, I completly disagree with the one. The ladies who operate this business have their hearts invested in this, and would never, ever allow a girl not to have their dress. As a matter of fact, during prom season, I know for a fact, that they were putting in over 15 hours a day just to make sure each girl, and guy had the dress, or tuxedo that they desired. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants the most beautiful dress, and have a memory of a lifetime! Thank you H&H for always treating us like family, not just a number.

BUYER BEWARE! 0 STARS!!!! The family that owns this place are thieves, scam artists they are only out to take your money. I ordered 3 tuxedos, wedding dress and 3 bridesmaids dresses. This criminal family gave my tuxes and dresses to someone else and let them sign for it under my credit card. Totaling over $1500.00. Felony amount!Do yourself a favor and make the drive elsewhere. Springfield, Kansas city anywhere but this establishment. Bolivar Police has been informed its public record police report#2021-01263 please do your homework before giving these people any money. My credit card company is disputing all these charges. 2 1/2 months later. These people make nightmares not dreams!
