Even while they had a shortage during a wicked cold snap, ice and snow storm, they make sure to get people enough gas to keep them warm until they can get back out to you. Will NEVER use Amerigas ever again. Doke propane for life! I recommend them to everyone!

We ordered propane one week ago gave them $400 and we still have not gotten any propane and they tell us they dont know when they can come out you shouldnt have took our money one week ago if youre not going to deliver it you guys are thief

Went into the office and inquired about getting newly installed propane on our property into two buildings (two tanks). They were helpful and I requested a site visit. I hadnt heard back the next week so I called in. I got a call back from Jeff and I went through the same description of what I wanted again and he said he had a problem tying up two tanks for what may be not enough propane use. He basically said he wasnt going to service us. Thanks for nothing.

We live pretty far out of town in an older, drafty home, and during the coldest snaps, there are times the propane is depleted quicker than expected. On more than one occasion Doke has gone out of their way to ensure our tank was full and we didnt run out of heat. Ive used other companies in the past that are rigid in their routes, that usually couldnt come out for a week or so, and weve had to keep the house very cold worrying about if the propane will last until they arrive. I called Doke during one of these periods and they came out the next day. I havent used anyone else since. They even did an emergency service call on Christmas Eve one year when we had a valve go out on our old tank. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to be lifelong customers.

VERY IMPRESSED GLAD WE PICK THEM.😀We called every propane dealer around Bolivar caus3 we ran out of propane.And was told week to week and a half out. When we called on the 17th of January these guys said it would be Monday or Tuesday. Than an hour later after getting off the phone with them They showed up and gave use propane. Only 20% But enough to last til they come back the following week. That was really impressive and could have asked for a nicer bunch a people from the lady on the phone to the gentleman that filled our tank. Thanks Doke Propane. Made my wife and family very happy.
