Was greeted by Nick one of the sales reps. We walked a boat for about 30 minutes. He was able to answer every question I asked about the boat. Was not pressured to move forward. Inside was extremely clean and well laid out. As we entered the building Nick offered me a bottle of water. Very happy with my experience.
I called them in August thinking about buying a new boat but then decided to buy a used boat. I provided them with the type of boat I was interested in and in February they called me as they received a boat that match what I was looking for. The boat was in Great condition except the batteries were dead. They did a maintenance inspection and replaced them and we took it for a sea trial, all went well. The process from start to finish went smoothly. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable to work with from Danielle, who matched us with the boat, Brad our salesperson, Capt. Eddie gave us a informative sea trial and Daniella closed the deal. If you are looking for a boat I highly recommend calling them they took great care of us and I’m sure they will do the same for you.
Just purchased a 2020 Monterey 275SS and couldn’t be any happier with our entire experience at Bonita Boat Center! Brad was extremely helpful throughout the entire sale process and always kept in contact with us. Even today, a week after taking delivery, Brad checked in with us just to see how things were going. Daniella was awesome to work with all the paperwork and scheduling. She was always accommodating and made everything super easy for us even with our hectic schedules. The Sea Trial and Delivery was informative and very helpful with Capt. Eddie. He took his time and wanted to make sure we knew everything about the boat. And even Gage, in Service, has already reached out to us for our 20hr Service. We are so happy with the entire experience! It made buying the boat stressless and easy. From the folks at the front desk to the technicians...everyone was really fantastic. I highly recommend them for your boat servicing needs.

Wow, my first experience with Bonita Boat Center was impressive! Knowledgeable, professional, fairly priced, and awesome boats. I cannot fathom a reason that we would ever buy a boat elsewhere and I would give them my highest recommendation to my closest family member.
Last fall, after looking at boats at dozens of dealers, I had about had it. I was completely confused about what I wanted and really needed. Then I walked into Bonita Boat Center and quickly ran into salesman Brad. He was the 1st salesman to actually attempt to figure out what I was looking for. We went over all kinds of things about what I wanted and didnt. Then, Brad introduced me to the Head of Sales, Jarrod, who helped even more. The 2 of them knew exactly what I wanted and needed....The Regulator 26xo. They had one on the lot and I absolutely loved it, but it wasnt quite the one I wanted, so we jumped on the computer and designed the exact boat for me. After a couple of months, my boat showed up at Bonita Boat Center. Greatest day of my life. Its been a year and I still cant thank Brad and Jarrod enough for all of their help. Its the absolute perfect boat for me and I couldnt love it more. It really doesnt stop there either. The service department crew is beyond amazing. Every time Ive had an issue, Gage has returned my call within minutes and follows through until every single thing is perfect. Then theres Wyatt, whos driven to my house to fix a few things right at my dock. Im not kidding. Just incredible.All in all, Ive never met a team, from sales to service, thats this customer focused. Best group of people Ive ever met. I now consider all of them family.

Great experience at Bonita Boat Center - My new Monterey was delivered clean, fully gassed and complete with all the required safety gear. My salesperson Brad was very helpful and followed up with me after the purchase. Closing with Daniella was effortless and professional. The sea trial with Capt Eddie was professional and very instructive. The seas were rough and I wouldnt have made it home via the intercoastal before dark so he arranged for a 2nd trial and delivery at a dock closer to home. During delivery the next week (my delay not theirs) Capt Eddie took the time to give my wife on water instruction and become comfortable with the boat. He also gave us great tips on suggested maintenance and recommendations on which products to clean and protect the boat. Great service guys - Thanks!
Stopped in today to take a look at the boats. Met Brad, a salesman, he was extremely informative and helpful. Even though I wasnt able to buy a boat today he was able to offer some great advice. I would definitely recommend these guys.
I chose Bonita Boat Center to sell my husbands boat because he sold his first boat there two years ago and seemed pleased with the service. This time things did not go well. The boat was picked up on February 2, and transported to their facility after they put in three new batteries (two for the motors and one other). The day after being taken to the service center, I got an email telling me that NONE of the electronics worked. The boat had been sitting for a year and a half and everything worked perfectly the last time it was used.In speaking to family members we decided to have someone go look at it. About five days later a relative went to the service center with a friend to check things out and found the third battery had been connected improperly and was dead. The service department gave him a new battery to install. He and his friend then checked most of the electronics and got them working. The service department then took over and found an RPM gage that needed to be replaced, but it wouldnt be in until March 9, and couldnt be installed until March 16. They couldnt work on the boat because of boat shows for which they needed to prepare.The boat also needed new trim tabs. Gage in the service department contacted the company that made the boat in 2001 to find out what was needed. He sent pictures to the company. He did not hear back nor call the company back. On March 17, I asked Gage what was needed, called a local marina, and they gave me the number and price of the part that was needed from the Land and Sea catalog. I gave this information to Gage, and he ordered the parts.The corona19 virus hit - everything shut down, and it was recommended to me by the salesman that I consider selling the boat wholesale and not repairing the last two items. The wholesaler then backed out. I was finally able to see the boat at a substantial loss on April 17.If the boat had been repaired in a timely manner it could have been put up for sale by the end of February for a greater amount. Needless to say, this entire process saddened me as my husband had bought this boat a month before he became terminally ill.
Have to say I’m extremely impressed with Bonita boat center JOE did everything in his power to get me the exact boat I had been looking for and I was stuck on a certain amount I wanted to spend and he made it happen and helped me through the entire process without hesitation, Jared the sales manager took his time with us took us out to enjoy our new boat extremely knowledgeable and professional made us feel at ease with All the questions he answers in knowing we picked the right boat I sincerely want to thank them super excited about my NEW MONTEREY M45 definitely the Mercedes of boat lots of options and upgrades ( I own a car dealer so I’m not easy impressed However they exceeded my expectations)
Just got my 20 hour service on twin Yamaha 200s. BBC picked the boat up at my marina, did the service, checked other items under warranty and promptly returned it to my marina within 48 hours. Daniella Rico kept in close touch with me during the service. Excellent care.

Jeff in sales was very helpful and responsive. The star of my experience was Kaleb who took me on a sea trial. He was patient w me as a novice boater and was extremely helpful and honest. When I took delivery the boat was clean and the stayed late for me as I was delayed coming in from out of town. I really appreciate all the people at Bonita Boat Center who made my first boat purchase a pleasure. Hopefully I’ll be back in the near future to trade up!
I would just like to take the time to recognize the outstanding friendly service that the staff at the Bonita Boat Center provided to my wife and I when were looking for a new deck boat. While on vacation to Bonita Beach we went into the Bonita Boat Center and decided the Nautic Star 243 DC was the one. Jeff our salesman was very professional and showed us all the options that the boat had and Joe one of the owners gave us a great price on our boat. Brandon in service did an excellent job in seeing that the boat was delivered to us in the best possible condition. These folks are always very friendly and accommodating, even though I always stress Im not buying. I very well may purchase from them one day, but being able to browse their inventory without heavy handed sales people is excellent. I hope they maintain this practice.

Purchased new Crest Tri-hull Pontine with 350hp Mercury and new trailer. Came to pick up boat but there were issues with the Trailer which should be dealt with by this Wednesday. Good service and get ready. Hopefully will pick up Wednesday. Happy so far.
