10 o’clock appointment for 4 new tires car went in bay after 11 started working on it at 11:15. Tire guy stripped a lug and they had none in stock. Got back on road at 2:30. The pics show the place in disarray and correlates to poor service. 4.5 hours to get 4 tires should take around 1 hour. I put up with it, paid, was thanked for my patience and left concerned about the health and safety for the employees working in deplorable unsafe conditions. The repair on my broken lug was done poorly. The wheel was making a screeching noise. I called the 800 service number and we made an appointment with the manager who stated he would be there the next day on a 3 way call he did not show. Someone showed up at 7:06 I rexplained my situation and it didn’t go well they seemed they could not care less about the service and obviously about there shop. I hope this note gets the attention of someone in the organization that can help before an employee is hurt or the oily rags laying all over the shop catch fire and put first responders at risk. It won’t be the district manager two people said he would call I have not heard from him. First time for me to write a bad review hope it is used constructively

Had 7am appointment for tire rotation, wasnt asked if I was taken care of until 715 am. ok whatever things happen I get it .. after waiting half an hour I decided to go get food at a diner next store spent 45 mins there and came back and vehicle wasnt ready yet waited another 20 mins to then finally getting my vehicle back they stated that battery check and advise,tires check and advise check air pressure on the tires which non of that was done because if the air pressure wasnt checked Am sure everything else wasnt checked and to top it off my white car had oil had prints everywhere.

I just wanted to take the time to say that this was my first time coming to any Tire Kingdom location and after my experience, it won’t be my last. I got a flat tire on my way home from work, late in the day and I was panicked. I needed to make a quick decision as I had 8 psi in my tire and pulled into this location. There were people in the lobby that Gabino was speaking to and juggling very well. When he asked me what he could help with I explained and he said no problem, and pull in. My son is non verbal and autistic and he recognized that, asked me what would be most comfortable for him as he saw how stressed we were. This was huge for me, it meant to much. I know nothing about cars and not only were they kind but also simply explained things so I understood. Gabe and Ruben were amazing as well, they worked so quickly and well together. They were so quick, knowledgeable and just amazing. I was so appreciate and impressed. You have an amazing staff and I have told so many people and will be returning for sure, a million thank you’s.

I was very impressed by the staff at this Tire Kingdom. They really went out of their way to help me (and other customers). They were fast and efficient, but beyond that, they were extremely courteous, which can be rare to find these days.

I had an appt for 1:30 oil change and sat there until 3 without my car being touched. I left and took my car somewhere else. I had this same problem with them before and decided to give them another chance. Bad choice! Will NEVER go back.

We took our company van (through Enterprise rental) here for a scheduled maintenance/oil change yesterday. We were told over the phone it would take 40 minutes. When I dropped it off they said 2 hours because they were so backed up. That’s fine, I understand. However, when I walked past their FULL shop garage, I noticed there wasn’t a single guy in there working on the cars...it was dead silent. No wonder you’re so backed up.I also told them the back tires on our van needed air. They said they would take care of it. That is a part of the maintenance, after all. 3 hours later we get a call saying the van is ready for pick up. They didn’t even put air in the tires. All they did was change the oil and THAT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS.Last time we brought our van in it took 2 hours to check the oil filter for a leak...Avoid this place at all costs. There are better shops nearby.

Dont bother coming to this location if youre working with an extended warranty, you wont get any results. Tire Kingdom had my boyfriends car for SIX hours and never once bothered to call him to tell him they wouldnt fix his car. The manager claimed the extended warranty company was difficult to work with however the work was already approved and Tire Kingdom was provided with the approval number! No call, no updates, no communication whatsoever! They didnt answer the phone so we had to go up there just to see his car sitting in the same spot. Do better! Treat your customers better! Practice communication, it isn’t hard at all!

These guys work very hard and make a lot of mistakes because of that! they do not use gloves and your car will be very dirty internally, unselionalism and high prices.

This is the worst tire shop I’ve been to in my life. Made an appointment for new tires 5 days in advance. Got there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. My car didn’t move for 3.5 hours. Ended up spending 5 hours at the shop in total. Not one employee told me about a delay, in fact I was quoted 1.5 hours when I arrived.The worst part about the delay is that it happened to 4 other people on the same day. The staff was very rude when people were asking about the status of their car.Don’t go here. It’s not worth it.

Got some quotes around town and these guys were the best for what I wanted. They were professional, extremely friendly, and took the necessary precautions during the pandemic to make me feel safe (masks, social distancing, etc.) which I really appreciated. Ok so I make a appointment for my SUV to get oil change and tire rotation, had my wife drop it off and wait, took 3 to 4 hrs just to do a oil change and a tire rotation in a job that only takes 1 to 1 and a half hrs. So I get it home start looking and come to find out you all did not even rotate my tires and the oil filter looks like you didnt even touch it. Talking about taking advantage of a lady that is very sad. If I could give you zero stars I would.. I have to take my suv to another mechanic just to make sure you all changed my oil and filter. Very disappointed.

If you have to wait for your car to be fixed the Tire Kingdom has the worst wait room I have ever been in and nothing around for you to kill time in while you wait. Hey corporate office it would only cost $50 for a gallon of paint and a good cleaning

Pretty sure Bonita has a nail fairy!! Kerry (the GM) mentioned something along those lines, and its so true!!!I had low pressure Monday. With Coreys patience, he SHOWED me where they were balding and it needed an alignment. Jose kept me informed the whole time.Tire pressure low again Wednesday! Bummer, but a little sus! ;) I saw Corey again, he found 2 nails in the rear tire!!After taking the tire off, Corey found another in the side wall! Jose called me with the news and sent me pictures for proof without it hesitation!When I picked it up, Corey came up to tell me about his findings and answer my questions. He was awesome! He even took a look my brakes for me for peace of mind!Bottom line Corey, Jose, and Kerry took great care of me and my ST! Im pretty picky who messes with my car, and they have my full blessing!

Poorly managed. I walked to the counter over an hour after my appointment for a tire rotation that was scheduled to take 30 minutes. The manager made excuses and blamed lack of staff. Did he not know this when I made the appointment 2 hours earlier? I returned to the waiting room where the conversation with other guests quickly turned to this being the norm. Apparently, the Tire Kingdom of 41 is much faster. A piece of advice, under-promise and over-deliver. Youll have much happier customers.

This place is phenomenal! Really took care of me and they were jumping through there ting yangs busy! Extremely patient and courteous I hope everyone had an easy experience at times when you need it. Customer oriented service. I had an appointment for tire rotation and they were behind. When I went to pay they told me they were sorry for the wait and they werent gonna charge me. Great service and when youre inconvenienced they make sure to make it right and that you leave pleased with your experience. Not to mention they have the most competitive prices in the area. I have been going to Tire Kingdom for several years and have used them in Cape Coral, Naples, Punta Gorda, and now this location. I have always gotten good service but this location went over and above for me and really helped me out. I cannot say enough about the great service I got. Worst Tire Kingdom!!!! Over 8 hours to do my breaks and most of the parts were there now they tell me at least another hour, yesterday was 7 hours for an oil change and tires. If you have nothing better to do stop in and wait all day to have a simple job done.

Its management team is terrible!!! We had a appointment for 12 and they took us at 1. Very slow and understaffed. I wouldnt go back! 2 tires took 2 hours and he didnt give our lock socket back. We had to ask. 😬

Made an appointment at 10:30 for a simple oil change I was told to come back in an hour that the car would 2 Hours later the car still sitting in the same spot where I left it when I asked about whats the point of making an appointment was I was told that it’s just to hold a spot for you during the day for hours to get an oil change when you have an appointment is unacceptable! Came in for an oil change and a new battery and I will never go anywhere else . These guys are honest and quick with the service . Michael and Doyle were helping me and I’ve never received such friendly service. Plus they have a nice waiting area with a coffee maker for free coffee or tea while you wait. I was what you would call a difficult customer...These guys were very accommodating & understanding to last minute changes.I worked with Santos & Leo; both stand up guys. Their immediate staff & mechanics were also very pleasant to work with.

Gerber Collision took my Jeep here to have them replace rear axle seals, which they ended up replacing the axle. When we picked the vehicle up and started to pull out of parking lot the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Gerber stayed it drove fine from tire kingdom and she reset codes which immediately came back, she test drove and said something was definitely wrong, so now it’s back at Tire Kingdom and in the hands of a mechanic who gets horrible reviews. Gerber will be next with a bad review for not verifying the work was done correctly and for not checking reviews before they sent my vehicle there.

Your general manager Kerry was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my tire needs. He is a quality asset to your distributorship and well-liked by his employees. He definitely displayed management skills that should make him a candidate to grow in your company. I also was very impressed by your assistant manager. Both people are quality assets for your company.

I went there looking for a set of tires for my truck, yesterday Dec 5th /19 around 1:00 pm, the attendant an old guy was talking by phone, even he saw me, when finish didn’t say hi, I will back with you, went out, wait for almost 10 minutes, he back to the office ignore me, ring the phone, and he preferred answering the phone. Immediately I left, I will never back to that store is the worst attention I’ve seen in my life, person like him affects the corporation image.

Found this location on internet after moving to Bonita Springs. Made appointment and in three hours ( including a complete alignment ) drove out completely satisfied with the manager, Kerry, the rest of the staff, and the tires!Felt we got a good deal on short notice.So far the handling and ride of the car is perfect.You will have a repeat customer that is for sure!Thanks again,Larry

OK, So I am writing this today because its finally time for an oil change after the techs at TK did a number on my van when they changed the oil and 4 of the 6 tires on my work van. SO for four tires and an oil change I was there for 6.5hrs. Now I am not sore about the time, because I had nothing to do and my van needed service. What I am writing about is the fact that the tire tech who did my oil not only stripped the oil plug, and recommended an over-sized one, that they charged me for AND IT STILL LEAKED. But the trusty Assistant MGR told me at 7:15pm that it was finally fixed, he did it and Im good to go WITH AN OIL LEAK THAT THEY CAUSED!!!. So in the coming days I called them multiple times requesting they fix it they told me my only option was a $900 oil pan replacement, Which I laughed at (Its a Chevy 350 not a diesel). So I decided to ride out the drip until the next oil change which I am doing myself, today. Wouldnt you know it, The plug leaked b/c they put it in crooked with two washers, for some reason. And the tech put the filter on so tight it had to be punctured in order to remove it. FOLKS IF YOU NEED TIRES MAYBE GO THERE. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE RUN RUN RUN. Youll get f@cked like I am right now months after they touched my vehicle! THIS LOCATION IS NOT REPUTABLE IN MY OPINION AFTER I HAD WORK DONE THERE - RUN RUN RUN

Incredible service from the entire staff! Not only do they offer reasonable pricing but they show that they care by taking time to speak with every customer to fully explain repairs. If I had to sum it up in 3 words: fair, honest, & caring.

My 82 year-old mother-in-law went to this location a couple days ago for a simple twenty-dollar oil change for her compact sedan. A mechanic stepped out and in a very dramatic fashion declared how terribly dirty her air filter was and that it would need to be replaced immediately. She complied. The bill for that 20-dollar oil change and cheap air filter went up to $90.00. Clearly it was way overpriced (we warned her not to do this alone) and because she stood her ground after phoning her son she was then told they were doing her a favor by deducting the price as shes a first time customer. The final straw? They didnt even properly close the hood on her car when they handed her the keys! How does something so simple get completely overlooked??? Rest assured, she will not be a repeat customer. We get it: they want to make money. But taking advantage of those who do not necessarily understand cars or standard pricing is just plain unforgivable. She is 82 years old and on a very limited income. Had they been honest rather than take advantage of her they would have received additional business from us as they are very conveniently located. We are permanent local residents and refuse to give this Tire Kingdom any further business. Based on other reviews it is evident they take advantage of those less knowledgeable and, in this case, elderly women. If youre looking for service with integrity this clearly isnt it.

Great customer service. The salesman jomar Santos was very professional and courteous. I brought my daughters car to get tires and he made sure I understood the model of the tire and what the designs on the tire meant. He also made sure my daughters car was thoroughly inspected. Im grateful for his above and beyond attitude. Im relieved I can bring my car to a shop like that and know I can trust the person working on it. Thanks jomar for your hard work. Im forever grateful

I took a company vehicle (school bus) with a check engine light on, when I picked it up the AC wasnt working, they said they didnt do anything on the AC but they asked me to take it back the next day to check it out. The next day I had the check engine light on again, I dropped it off around 9 am, since nobody called me I decided to call around 1:30pm the guy then told me they didnt do anything on the bus because the Master mechanic didnt show up so they never called because they were too busy. They asked me to go again tomorrow but I will be looking elsewhere but not coming back there anymore.

More interested in a sale than helping with a tire repalr

The tire rotation was done flawlessly, when I finally got it. I had made an appointment last week to bring the car in for the rotation, but when I arrived, I was told that they had experienced some issues with other jobs, and were running two hours behind. Of course, I did not want to wait that long, so I rescheduled the appointment for the following week. They offered no satisfactory explanation for not calling me to save me the useless trip, since they had my name and number. On the second try, things worked as they should have on the first trip.

Not impressed at all. Took the car in for an alignment and installation of 2 tires. I instructed the Manager to tell the Tech that there was a brand new suspension on the car and to allow for that on the alignment. The Tech knowing this ahead of time saves a lot of aggravation because he is not trying to diagnose how the alignment got so far out. He can just realign it without trying to find the cause. After watching the Tech struggle for an hour, I went into the garage and told him. He then finished the alignment leaving it 95% correct, toe was still out.I has asked the Manager to tell his guys not to use an Impact Wrench when reinstalling the wheels with the 2 new tires, just to use a torque wrench. Shops use the Impact Wrench and if you ever get a flat, you wont be able to get the lugs off requiring a tow truck to come to break the lugs lose. Once again this was not completed and a week later I go to take the front wheels off and cant budge them due to the use of the impact wrench.Funny thing is is that when I was in the store telling them to not use an impact wrench another customer was on the phone chewing them out for using the impact wrench which stripped out the lugs on his truck.Maybe they were having a bad day but I wont be back.

My Porsche Boxster had a nail in tire. Visited many service centers and tire shops in local area of Bonita Springs, most were not capable or confident to provide this service on Porsche vehicles, or were too busy. Made next day appointment with Tire Kingdom, they repaired and balanced tire on time as quoted, by friendly, respectful, and capable service team. I will be back!

I went to this particular Tire Kingdom location to get tires installed on my Outlander because the reviews were good. Kerry and Edwin’s team has lived up to the reviews, especially considering that I have now been there multiple times for any work I need done on my car, and they never fail me! They are straight forward, honest, and polite. I highly recommend this location and will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

The entire staff was friendly and understanding of my needs. I hit a pot hole about a month after getting new tires and luckily I was close by and pulled right in to get fixed. Devil pot hole punctured my tire in 2 places! Keri (the store manager) gave me a brand new tire without issues about warranty. Every time we have our cars worked on there, we’ve been happy and the staff is great to work with personally as a mechanics child....they’re within budget based on your needs. Thank you for everything!

This place has become an absolute joke. As a branch manager who has 17 vehicles that need to be serviced on a regular basis I was hoping that Tire Kingdom would be the place that I could feel comfortable with. But I dont. From not resetting our oil light, not resetting the TPMS sensors, from taking too long on basic services.... I could handle all of it if it wasnt for the excuses made by the staff. When you do not have a culture of being as perfect as you can, to delighting the customers every opportunity you can then you will fail. We will be taking our vehicles elsewhere. Your loss.

This store is notorious for not honoring appointments. They are either understaffed or they just don’t know how to estimate the length of services. I went on line on a Friday morning to make an appointment for a very simple service, i.e., wheel balance and tire rotation. The website said they had openings at 2:00 and 3:00 that afternoon. I made an appointment for 3:00 and showed up on time. At 4:30, they had still not brought my car in. I told the manager (?) that I needed to leave and asked if he could work me in the next morning (Saturday). He said no,,,, that he no appointments available until Sunday. After no apology, I just left. So be warned. Don’t expect these guys to honor your appointments. And if you buy tires here, think hard about whether you want to pay for the lifetime balancing, rotation, alignment, etc. You may regret it.

You can spew all of the BS you want on a review. RESULTS + Customer Service = Positive Experience and Repeat Business. Kerry and his crew are A+. Will be doing all business with them for now on. Even if its something Tire Kingdom does not handle, I will be calling Kerry for advice.Thanks Guys!

I take my car here to be serviced for everything, both Kerry and Edwin always take care of me!! They are friendly and helpful. I just went back to have my fog lights installed. When Kerry called to let me know my car is done, I asked how much let’s just say he took care of me!! As long as Kerry is at this shop I will always come back!!! Called on Sunday morning for service on the left front tire. Was told“Come on in”. 90 minutes later my car was still in the parking lot. When I asked about my statusI was told they were loaded with appointments that took priority.When I asked why I wasn’t told that before arriving I got a shrug. Thirty minutes later my patience wore out and I left. Tire Choice down the street had my car in the service bay within 10 minutes.

I arrived for my appointment of 8am at 7:55am. I had a tire rotation, 4 tire balance and 4 wheel alignment. I was told it would about 1 1/2 hours of wait time for me. Four and a half hours later, I was told it was ready. You be the judge!

Kerry and his staff were so helpful, it was amazing. I thought I was going to be taken advantage of because I was a girl but Kerry had me involved and took me to my car to show me what was actually wrong. I have been to other shops and I have never had an experience like this before. A-Rated customer service. He even referred to the cost of my repair as an investment! No one ever referred to spending money on a car like that. It made it easier to say yes to that decision.

Service was slow and real casual. I waited a pretty long time for a scheduled oil change and after 2.5 hrs the payment process was almost unbearable to wait for as well. thankfully they let me and my wild child go with the oil change on the house. I really did appreciate that. I just think theyre understaffed.

Came in for last minute oil change appointment. Was told I could be seen that day and the service rendered. Service was slow as the technicians got backed up on a job that kept me there for three hours total; luckily, the manager was very caring and kind and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me an oil change on the house that helped make up for the wait. It is good to know that good customer service in the event of an inconvenience are still provided some places.

Bad experience! I had them put new tires on my truck and they called to tell me that I needed new brakes and rotors because they were almost metal to metal. I allowed them to replace it and that evening I picked up my truck and when I got home noticed it was leaking something. The next morning I discovered it was coolant and it needed a new hose because one hose was loose... (Coincidence?) I had my husband replace it right away and now a week and a half later, I notice my one front tire is giving off heat, smells like brakes and has a ton of brake dust on the rim. It appears to be the caliper... why all these issues immediately after taking my truck to them? Ive never had any issue with my truck, its only a few years old. Is someone not doing their job correctly? Trying to take my money?? I will never go to Tire Kingdom again!

Drove to all the places from north Naples to Bonita beach road and only tire kingdom was open at 7:30 in the morning Dec. 28, 2018 even tho they advertise they open at 7:00. Gave me a good deal on oil change and fixed battery cable! Will only do business with these guys now. Tire kingdom opens at 7:00 in the morning and they really are open

I spent nearly 1700.00 over 3 separate visits to correct the same problem. After the 3rd visit I was told it had an electrical issue and had to go to a specialist through them at my cost. By this time I had lost confidence in their abilities. I asked for a refund which was refused and brought vehicle to the dealer where I was fixed same day as just a fuel pump. As a small business owner with a small fleet I can tell you they are great with small issues like tires, oil changes, batteries but lack the true master mechanic onsite to help diagnosing issues their scanners don’t tell them what to do. Kerry is a poor manager who allows employees to argue with him to customers. I tried to save money by not going to the dealer. If you can’t afford to do it right the first time how can you afford to pay twice. Lesson learned.

Shawn and the rest of the team at this tire kingdom location are awesome! Their level of service and organization is second to none! Highly recommend.
