I order online from these guys, and their service is nothing short of amazing. Postage rate is reasonable, I can order on a weekday and its almost always arrived the day after its dispatched. If they do not have a cigar in stock, they call me and suggest an alternative. Brilliant people to deal with.

Went to get grape cigars but they no longer carry them. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

I place the order and the spoke to The manager the next day he was helpful in suggesting a cigar replacement because that there was a back ordered..when I called back I spoke to a woman named Alma who was extremely rude would not listen to me and had called my husband blew the surprise order and changed method of payment. Never dealt with some so belligerent will not do business with this company again I had been after being long time customer

The staff really knows their business and even if you cant make it to the shop everyday, you can order online!!! Its a very nice cigar shop for purchasing cigars only. They carry Padron thousand, H uppmen and other good brands. They carry a bundle of different brand cigars for $37. Great selection, 3rd largest cigar shop in the country. The whole store is a giant humidor. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable in helping you pick out cigars.

They assisted my future father in law in picking out some fantastic Padron (not going to tell you which ones for fear of stock running low) sticks for my birthday, either my father in law knows me well or the cigar shop is run by some very knowledgeable and great people! I’m going with the later!I haven’t personally visited this shop yet, but being a discerning cigar lover, I am pleasantly surprised with where they steered my father in law for my birthday. Thanks again!I will have to stop by when I’m in the neighborhood and have some time to browse.

I personally enjoyed my visit to this store. Found a huge selection, tons of everything imaginable. Some of my all time favorites and a couple of new selections as well. Good prices too. Guys were very knowledgable and helpful. If you dont find something here.. you dont like smoking...stogies.

5 stars isn’t enough! Fantastic inventory and staff. The entire location is maintained at the proper temperature/humidity. I’ve been going here for years and the cigars are always fresh. Most places in town have let me down at least once. It’s worth the drive from Naples!

Always a helpful, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Michael, the owner personally took the time to call me and hunt down a particular My Fathers Cigar Company sampler box. I drive 45 mins to an hour each way just to go to this store passing other cigar shops all along the way... The inventory is like the excitement of XMas morning as a kid. Oh, did I mention they have the best prices too!

3rd time there, yes great selection, big box store, kinda Home Depot of smoke. Im sure most the people working there have customer service skills and Im sure if Id gotten there earlier in the day the owner/mgr. Might have treated me like a money spending customer? Just not this time. Next time in town Ill check out that little shop down the road or Tampa online...

I moved from Tampa and was trying to replace my old hangouts, Cigar Cave and Thompsons. This place is my new favorite. The guys here know their stuff about lighters, tools, cigars, lighters. They dont upsell, just tell you what they have and what they think. If you need cigars, get over here and check this place out. I recommend, most definitely.

I truly love the customer service they treat me like royalty every time I go in. I come down from the frozen tundra up North once a year and always visit the smoke shop when I am in town. They know I am just an average blue collar guy yet they still treat me like I am one of the most VIP customers they have. People who think they are scamming because the hand written receipt does not match up with the register doesn’t realize that the register adds sales tax and the tax on tobacco in Florida is insane. A roll of skoal dip is $22 in Indiana it is $32 anywhere in Florida.

Ive been here several times and dealt with Dan, Larry, and Michael. All 3 have been fantastic. The selection of rare cigars cant be beat, neither can the pricing. Even the rare stuff is sold for MSRP, no flipper prices here. They have about 20 different Viaje blends, OpusX rosado oscuros, eye of the shark, more rare Davidoffs than I can name, Tatuaje, S T Dupont lighters and pens, along with plenty of mainstream brands and affordable cigars. Wherever you are in Southwest Florida, Bonita Smoke Shop is worth the drive!

This place sucks. There on vacation, bought a couple cartons of Newport Reds and most of the packs had holes and bugs in them. My brother also, he bought camels and they were full of bugs. Buyer beware. This guy owes me over $200 now.

I am very disappointed. My humidors hinge broke after the second week I purchased. I travel frequently, and do not live nearby. When I was in town, I spoke to an older gentleman, took my phone number down (no name), and said I will get back to you. That was Easter. I called and explained the situation to Joanie and said to me, there is nothing they can do. The company (brand) was not available because they are no longer in business. I called the brand, and distributor...well, to say the least, they were not happy their client is telling others they are no longer in business. I called the owner Jackie of the store 3x to speak with her. No call. Yes. They have great cigars, but really...come on! Lousy lousy service. Its one thing to not know your product(s), but to lie to a customer and say they went out of business is dead-wrong!

SCAM shop! Beware! They hand write a receipt and then ring up a higher price at the register. If you call them on it they blame sloppy writing on the receipt. Know the price and do the math, or be taken.
