I love this location! They know me by name and I feel so special when I visit. Jocelyne is so nice and when I walk into the location I am always welcomed with a hello and smile. I love the grilled cheese sandwiches at Starbucks! Definitely check it out and this location is so Close to I 75

After not drinking coffee for 1 year I decided to have my first cup at Starbucks. I chose Starbucks after watching an interview with CEO Howard Schultz, and he impressed me with his views on corporate culture and performance.While they didn’t have aged Sumatra on brew, the classic Pikes Place did the trick. Starbucks is always the best quality and their company is a superlative corporate citizen.I also got a shot of espresso for fun. It was wild after no caffeine for a year!! Thanks Starbucks!

Oh no!! This location has really gone downhill. Skip the drive thru— you’ll get stuck for 30 minutes minimum (for real). Mobile order and pop inside for it, or go up the street to Coconut Point.

Ordered ahead using the app! Line moved so slow, was able to guzzle my peppermint mocha (room temp). The window person also put her hands all over the lid and cup to make sure it was mine... Disappointing!

I received my drink that exploded in my car Ive gotten no help for cleaning the interior of my car. No phone calls or email responses from their district manager. Im very disappointed.

They got the order wrong twice. When I got up to the window after waiting in a Carline for quite a while, it was a hot tea and not an iced tea. I asked him to fix what I ordered but they refused and wanted me to go back and wait in this really long Carline again which I refused I suggested that perhaps I could pull into the parking lot and somebody could bring out my drink as it was ordered. When it was brought out there was no ice in it. They simply took the hot one that I didn’t order added a few ice cubes to it and brought it out. Not acceptable

This is unlike any Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but not in terms of taste and flavors. But because the crew is the nicest I have ever seen! I always leave with a smile on my face!

They even write on the pup cup...we luv Hugo; Hugo is my English Creme.

This is the fastest starbucks I have ever been to. We were the 14th car in line but that line moved fast!! It is super convenient not to get out of your car. It does depend on who is working that day as to how good your drink is. You cant let one experience there turn you away.

Have gotten our order wrong multiple times including this morning. Don’t even bother pointing out that they got it wrong because staff gets annoyed. Never have this problem at any other locations. Even went so far as to specify one shot of espresso in my dirty chai, because even if you say dirty chai, you always get a plain chai. So even saying add one shot of espresso, and she corrected me saying “oh you mean a dirty chai”, they still forgot it.

Well, ordered a drink, egg white souse v bites and ice water. Was handed my drink. Had to ask for egg bites, Then had to ask for water I asked for. Then asked for napkins. Duh. lol. If I’m getting food, give napkins. Check the order please. Food okay. Was cold by then. Drink ok. Long line of cars.

At Starbucks today I ordered one of my ‘regulars’ - a hot Grande Chai Tea Latte - and found it to be almost room temperature. One of the main reasons I go to Starbucks is consistency, which I didnt find today. The flavor of the drink was good, as usual, but for a hot tea at this price I was disappointed that it was merely warm.

Definitely the worst experience here. Was fine until I got to the window and my drink order was incorrect. This was today.I was not mad, in the slightest. I was politely explaining that I did not ask for inclusions (fruit bits, etc.) inside the drink. I asked for a iced peach green tea with dragon mangofruit base. As a starbucks employee, you know base means no inclusions and this is the first time having this issue.My issue here is not the mistake but how the woman went about it (the one who took the order). Extremely rude person.Instead of simply saying, Oh, okay; sorry for the misunderstanding. Ill remake that. She rudely keeps insisting that I asked for inclusions. There is no reason to get snippy with me. I have ordered this many many times so I know exactly how to order this drink. I only explained how I actually asked for the drink which I said slow too. I just dont understand the reason for the uncalled for attitude. She should rethink her job dealing in customer service.I dont want to be talked to like that though. This one is closer to my job, but there is another much nicer Starbucks further down the street, where theyre much nicer and dont get nasty to you if they make a simple mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE! The indoor seating is taped off AND even the outdoor seating says you can’t sit down! They are not complying with the Florida governor. They have signs that say there is a mask mandate when there is NOT a mask mandate in Florida OR Lee county! I kindly explained the signs are inaccurate but kindly agreed to wear a mask, but the girl was very rude to me anyway and told me I could leave if I wanted. I then had to wait a long time even though I was the only customer and they wouldn’t allow me to sit six feet away from them with no one else in the store they forced me to stand with a mask on while they kept making drive thru drinks. I then went to sit outside and there were signs I couldnt even sit outside! Totally irrational fear focused location and clearly a bad culture for employees and customers. Absolutely horrible experience the other Starbucks in my area have available seating inside and outside and are friendly. Why go somewhere where you can’t sit down and they’re mean to you!? Will not be back.

I go here before work occasionally for the same order everytime. I dont know why its acceptable to give someone a small coffee that is half full... I get leaving some room for cream or whatnot, but these coffees are very expensive, so at least try to give some value by actually giving me some of what I ordered. Picture if untouched coffee included.

Every time you come into this place through the drive-through it takes you like an hour then every time you ask for your food they always miss something or out of something I guess the owner or management are not doing a good job in there good luck

I have gone to this starbucks numerous times and I ALWAYS have to check my order to make sure its correct because they are always messing it up in some way. More than once, they forget to add sweetener thats supposed to come in the coffee drinks leaving a bitter cup of nastiness. Today was the last straw. Im done with this location.

Ive been here a few times, and it is always busy. Thats Starbucks for you, though. This location is very hard to access, and when you enter from behind, you want to go right. Nope. Then when you go left, you are blocking cards from exiting. Just a poor layout. The last time I was here, they got my order wrong. They fixed it, but still. Just not the best Starbucks Ive been to.

Just awful. I’ve been sitting in the drive through to pickup a mobile order for the last 25 min because they inexplicably close the cafe approx a few times a week. Now, 35 min later and after being spoken to like a piece of garbage, i received my shoddy and grossly-made drink.

Only in America will you wait on lunw in your car or on foot to pay 13 dolkars for a large Caramel Machiato with fresh whip cream made with soy milk and no sugar two eggs to go. Dont make this a daily habit but a once a week treat!

If customers walk in on a pick up order please pay attention to them .. I placed a order to be picked up !! And one employee was trying to get a machine to work for a customer waiting .. The drive thru person was doing his job !!! But !!! The two young unprofessional girls at the front counter not trying to be part if Starbucks team because they were in a conversation that they should have been talking about at home or lunch !! Instead they should have had there team mates back by helping them instead of talking and ignoring customers when they walk in !!! The Naples location is closing off of 41 near 5th Ave .. You may be next treat your customers right !!!

I’m reviewing the Bonita Springs store based on one visit while vacationing in the area. Five stars just for friendliness! Even the person emptying the garbage said hello! She smiled too! Definitely THE most pleasant vibe I’ve encountered in any Starbucks, and it was really refreshing.

I ordered a drink with coconut milk, specifically mentioned that I have a DAIRY ALLERGY and they gave me a drink with regular milk in it. I am dairy free bc Im nursing a newborn with a severe intolerance to dairy, and she will be in pain and screaming for days now because I sipped the drink before noticing.Staff was careless and unapologetic.

Happy I can change my rating! Whoever is responsible for the change at this Starbucks - Kudos to you! Accuracy on orders is really great and the employees seem much happier and friendlier than for the last 3 years.I held off for 9 months before changing my post just to make sure the changes would last. Nicely done. Went through the drive-thru, of course. Tried the Pineapple Matcha for the first time... Surprisingly refreshing and not overpowered by the coconut milk as most are.

Every time I come to this Starbucks I am always happy with the service. They are a growing Starbucks and sometimes very busy at some parts of the day but despite that they are able to serve you fast and quickly. They have very good manners and they treat my 2 year old like they would treat their own child and I appreciate that a lot. This is a great place to come and go, relax, study, or to hold interviews and meetings.

This location is right next to my office but even on the weekends i go out of my way to come here. Every staff member ive encountered over the years is so so so friendly. The drive through is pretty quick, and the inside of the store is always clean.

We dropped off our dry cleaning next door to this location and decided to stop in for an afternoon Starbucks pick-me-up. Although it was slow, it took an excruciatingly long time for our drinks to be served as the staff was busy chatting with one another and seemed oblivious to the fact we were standing there waiting. By the time we received our two iced coffees the line behind us had become much longer. For a moment we thought perhaps they had completely forgotten our order. Definitely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to considering the fact it was 2:00 in the afternoon and not a morning rush. Maybe it was an off kind of day for them?

Worst Starbucks ever! Baristas goofing around while I wait for a mobile order which took twice as long as promised and they were less busy than usual. I’d go out of my way to avoid this place if I were you.

I am very disappointed, i ordered an espresso and there was a spoon size of coffee in it.. we approached jon the server that made it and try to make him to see how much coffee was in it and he didnt want to even see us with corner of his eye... finally we approached manager on floor to tell them about Jons attitude toward customers as us .. manager apologize and gave us gift card for the same value of the coffe.. and BY THE WAY my wifes French cappuccino was cold.. WILL DEFINATALY WONT COME BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS

Favorite Starbucks location. The people who work here are always so nice, so chill, so friendly. I have gotten perks and benefits, (comped drinks, etc) just on a whim when they feel like being generous. [THANK YOU!] Its amazing. Keep up the good work xD

It would be 5 stars however every time I ask for ice to slightly cool off the boiling hot coffee they serve, they change my order to an iced coffee. It sounds silly, but I like hot coffee not cold coffee and Im just trying to get it where it doesnt burn my mouth.

This Starbucks has a friendly ambitious staff to serve your coffee and food needs. A nicely landscaped drive-through service sits adjacent the outdoor seating area. Good place to relax with your morning coffee. Free WiFi! Right next door to the Tide cleaners store.

Usually get fast service when I order through the app. Service is great even when I forget to order ahead on my phone and have to go in to order. A smile from the baristas would be a nice addition to the good service.

The shift manger or manger was very rude. I was waiting for a drink ( iced green tea with honey) it took 20 mins after I asked her when they will be making my drink I was there 15 mins prior when they started my one drink order. The shift manger or manger said we make all drinks in order I said thank you she rolled her eyes as she walked away it was just me and one other patron inside. It should have never took 35 mins total for a drink. Got my drink 35 mins later and I said thank you she again rolled her eyes smirked a little bit. I got to my car I took a drink no honey. Ive never had any complaints about starbucks but this experience was terrible. I will not be going to that location again.

Unfortunately this is the new home to some very inconsiderate men who preach religion and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! On Friday there was one of these guys, all alone, talking loudly on the phone about his new computer. He was spread out across a 6 person table so nobody else could use it. AND HE BOUGHT NOTHING! He brought his own koolaid in his own cup and proceeded to disrupt everyone around him while taking space and electricity.

Love this new Starbucks in Bonita. At first the staff was so new orders would often be messed up but things have been improving quickly. Only gripes are that the drive through is packed in the morning and the inside is small and occasionally full if youre looking to sit and enjoy your coffee or work.

For the past month NONE of my mobile orders have been ready or correct. NONE. When I ask for my second drink that I ordered well over 10mins in advance when the calculated time says 4-6mins they give me an attitude?You need to work on the mobile orders and how they accomplish the task in house. I did say something to the manager before (Michael p) but I still got a snarky smirk with a sorry.I’m not asking for anything free. I just want my orders to be correct. I’ll take my daily business to the new one off Bonita beach rd or coconut point.
