Ive worked with Randy over the phone several times and one of the most impressive things about Platinum Coast Technology is how available they are for that quick question throughout the day. Typically the call is answered within 2-3 rings. This is especially appreciated for our business needs.

They charged me $69 and did not get me any closer to a solution. They offered to reinstall windows for $179 and delete all my data or pay $300+ to try to save my data and reinstall windows. I ended up fixing the computer myself without reinstalling windows or deleting data. It took me an extra time and wish they could have pointed me in the right direction. Better luck next time.
