Not only was delivery zero issues.BUT they were early!! In no time flat they had my old mattress out and my new mattress in! This is probably thee best and easiest delivery I’ve ever experienced and I still have the rest of the day uninterrupted!

Mike Block was AMAZING. He was patient, made sure the surfaces were cleaned and we felt comfortable immediately. Didnt feel any pressure. I didnt feel talked down to either. I felt more respected because I had done my research. The financing was easy, we got straight answers, nothing felt hidden. We felt comfortable buying the best mattress for us and getting a deal that not only builds our credit but allows us a good nights sleep! I was skeptical about working with such a gigantic company. But so far, our experience has been fantastic. Amanda at the Bonney Lake store took a lot of time to show us different mattresses that fit our needs; the biggest need being a mattress that would not be hot all night.Amandas follow up has been fantastic. Our mattress will be delivered on Wednesday; quite a bit ahead of schedule. Ill report back on the mattress at a later date, but so far were pretty darned happy!

Jade is a top point representative. She was very friendly, curious and knowledgeable. Whats more she made the decision easy with the help of the online survey and of course test driving the demos. Cant say much for the delivery and setup. I didnt need it as i was able to move and set everything up myself. Although floor models are present they have limited in store stock however their warehouse is 15 minutes away if you have a truck. If looking for a new mattress set is on the docket and you are in or around Bonney lake this location is easy to find. Its got Plenty of parking and has talented service.

No longer a -Great experience. Amanda was amazing making sure we got the best mattress at the best price!I am updating my review because I should have know everything was too good to be true! My delivery was cancelled without my knowing so I wasted an entire day and now have to put my old bed back together since I now have to wait 3 more days 😡 the worst part is we compromise on our bed frame and got the lesser of the 2 just so we wouldn’t have to wait but here we are waiting. BEWARE if you live in Orting (about 15 minutes away from the store) you cannot get their advertised same day delivery.

I was shopping for 10-12 inch memory foam mattress for a twin bed and decided to pull into Mattress Firm in Bonney Lake. Jade help me out, she asked some questions to help me make the right decision. When she mentioned the price match they offer it became that much easier to make my decision. After that it was seamless, I was out the door in no time with my twin mattress!

Admittedly spent more money than I was planning, but I felt confident by the end of it that I was getting a good deal. Going into the bonney lake location on a holiday weekend, their busiest weekend of the year we were told, we almost walked out immediately! But they didnt give us a chance. They were quick to acknowledge us, and the staff worked together as a team to take care of all the customers that were in the store. Needed a new mattress, daughter and husband purchased a purple mattress a few years ago and loved it. She talked me into checking them out. Met Gabriel at the Bonney Lake location. He was very patient with me, was still in the fence about purchasing anything. He showed me the 3 different levels of the purple mattress. Was very knowledgeable about each one and fits for sleep types, side, back, etc. No pressure to buy, pleasant and personable experience. If I can do 0 stars, I would. Was told by Matt $1,999 for a Tempurpedic mattress. The next day I do in and was greeted by Amanda.. She told be $2299.. I paid as I needed a mattress. Then was told oh we do not have it in store, you have to pick up from warehouse tomorrow, Sunday. OK no problem... I go to warehouse and low and behold, no mattress. They have no clue about it. The I call to cancel order and get a refund only to be told that Amanda cannot lose her job to lower the price. even though online is is $200.00 cheaper! Seriously! I am in sales and I understand things very well. But cmon...

The service at the store was great. The people couldn’t have been mire helpful or nice. However they scheduled my delivery for the next day. The next day I checked the status of the delivery to make sure that it was coming only to find out that it had already been delivered. Not seeing a mattress at my front door I called to find out that while they told me it would be delivered the next day and it showed in their store system that it was delivered it really never made it on the truck.I would recommend going here but just make sure that you actually have a delivery date and it’s not something that they just say you have.
