Great place to purchase a vehicle. Very down to earth people and extremely honest. It’s not a typical slimy place where you feel as if you’re getting fooled or the fact they only care about getting you in whatever they can to just put money in their pocket. Bought a truck 2 weeks ago from here and It already broke down. Its my birthday I am out of town its raining and I have to spend the whole day at the auto repair shop. Because we live 3+ hours away from Four-Ten Auto Sales (Salem Oregon Area) and after negotiating a price with Trent over the phone on a canopy his company owned, he was willing to hold it for me until I could come and pick it up.He was very willing to send me extra pictures, answer all my questions, and I believe Trent sincerely wanted to make sure that I would be happy with this canopy before I drove up. He even sent me a picture of a very small scratch on the top of the canopy that most salesman would have ignored and hoped I would not have noticed.When I arrived, the canopy was exactly how Trent described it. Trent and his partner jump right in and transferred the canopy onto my truck. I was gone in less than a half hour.When I got home, I was missing the electrical plug to the canopy and when I call Trent, he apologized and immediately went out to the truck the canopy was on, got the plug, and FedEx it to us.Now if this company is willing to work so hard to insure a positive experience for me on what was really a very minor sale, I have no doubt that they will do what ever it takes to make an auto sale would be as positive as possible.I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in purchasing a car, truck, or?Believe me, I am no push over. (64 years old and have bought and sold over many vehicles in my lifetime.) So about two years ago I found a truck online that looked very clean and was exactly what I was looking for. Once I got to the dealership I found out that it was the owners (Trents) personal truck. I checked it out and it was exactly what was advertised, once we sat down to discuss the details of the deal we started talking about life and we got into a pretty deep conversation which then led me to get to know how and what caused Trent to start his business. Trent is an amazing, honest, hardworking guy who chose to make the best out of the hand life dealt him. From that conversation we actually became friends because of how genuine a guy he is. Would definitely recommend him and his business to anyone who is looking for a car!

Greg and Trent were extremely professional and informative regarding the procedure and even went as far as to video chatting with me so I could see a couple things before we made the drive.No surprises when we got to the lot or during the test drive or paperwork- everything couldnt have gone better. The entire process was made as smooth as possible and everything on the vehicle was as promised. Buying a vehicle from outside CA can be a nightmare, but Melissa did the out-of-state paperwork for us, so all we had to do was show up at the DMV in CA, pay the weight fees, and have an inspection. Keep in mind that the vehicle is a 1997 diesel, so its not going to be like this for all out-of-state purchases.

I found this place through the USAA Car Buying Service. When I first walked in, I thought Oh, no. What kind of shady place did I just walk into? But I decided to stick around because the price of the car I was interested in was so reasonable, and Im glad I did. These guys are up-standing people. I bought the car as-is, which means they had zero legal obligation to help me when my car had a problem. They probably cant do it for everyone, but because the car was a consignment and the previous owner knew about the issue, they helped me get it fixed with no out of pocket cost to me. Larry went as far as giving me a couple of calls just to see if everything was working out for me. I really appreciate thieir integrity. If I ever require another vehicle, I will come back.
