They have great prices, a fantastic selection and the installers have been courteous and knowledgeable.I made this review a while ago and want to update. We have used this family owned company for many years. They are absolutely wonderful people and consider them close personal friends. If you want to do business with a wonderful family, start here.

The owners are very nice, but the issue isn’t with them really. The carpet is nice and looks great until you notice that the details. For starters both install days the installer was hours late and had excuses for both days as why he was not on time. Then there was tons of breaks needed which prolonged the day even more. The carpet seams are very noticeable and the installer said after so many vacuums that it would disappear. Sadly that is not the case and now the carpet is coming apart at the seams. Not to mention that the carpet is not fully stretched out to the tack strips. I did mention these things to the installer but he gave me attitude Over it, after all he was about 4 hours late each install day. We had our hardwoods refinished (not by these guys) and the flooring guy said the installer for the carpet installer it poorly and we should complain about the quality of service for the install. Don’t get me started about how I can’t hardly vacuum the stairs for the fear of the carpet actually coming off since the carpet isn’t properly attached to the stairs. As a customer I’d of expected an phone call for customer satisfaction but sadly we didn’t get that either. Daily the carpet is coming apart around the edges and exposing more and more of the tack strips leaving us having to step over and avoid getting stabbed in the foot. We don’t wear shoes in our house so we are definitely trying to preserve the carpet the best that we can. Avoiding staining and so on. Just not too thrilled with all of the seams being noticeable, there are 11 upstairs alone and then the carpet stretching isn’t done properly either.Just be careful, if you want quality carpet installation then I’d go somewhere else. Other wise you can go here if you don’t mind the seams and not stretched all the way carpet.

Not exactly wholesale, and not exactly Nationwide. I expected a lot more from this place when it came to working with a customer. Got a price over the phone along with too many unreturned or non returned phone calls over simple negotiation. These people were unwilling to bend in price and even though their price seemed fair to them, I knew I had room to work with my challenged budget. I found a young hungry guy who is well-qualified along with his father of 25 years in the carpet industry and they saved me over $1,000 on a $5,000 project. I wouldnt expect these people to give you the best price because of location and sheer convenience, I think many of you will just sign the dotted line. Dont forget to negotiate a little bit, but as with me youll probably fail. The sheer number of business coming their way its just a good insurance policy of making a premium. If saving isnt your thing, then give them your money and be happy. If you need to save 20% over their quote, I then suggest you shop.

The owners wife was nice. We took home floor samples and returned. Owner needed Monday free to go fishing so he suggested Sunday at 2:00 PM to come measure. Barrett (his assistant) recorded and confirmed details / contact information. Sunday came and went without even a phone call. My wife said I should call them. Forget it! I consiser that a taste of what I would expect to continue to do business. Im now looking elsewhere now.
