Stopped here on our way to Mt. Rainer. I’m a tea drinker so I ordered the chia tea latte. I get them all the time, but this one was absolutely amazing! I LOVE that it was unsweetened. It is sweet enough on its own and has a great flavor. It was just what I needed. The staff was so friendly I had to leave a review. Thank you for making me smile this morning and being so cheerful!

Wonderful family business! They greet you as soon as you walk in. All of their roasts are delicious and you can tell they love what they do. Their lattes beat any of the little stands as well.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the owners husband. Local family run operation, they roast their own coffe and sell bags as well- very cozy little shop, very intimate. Staff was kind and helpful, best hot chocolate Ive had so far. Will be coming back.

Wonderful atmosphere delicious coffee, Italian sodas and baked goods! Excited to try the two different beans I got. One is a Bonney Lake blend (which I think will make fun Christmas gifts!) And then the Lionheart Brew (supports the Bonney Lake Lions Club). So excited for Bonney Lake to have a quaint Coffee House!

Five years in Washington State has got me to appreciate high quality coffee. When I visit the east coast where family are, I cry when they serve me Dunkin Donuts, Honey Dew or some other local shop. Lamppost has the process down on roasting, bringing out the flavor of the specific bean which has an origin and wash listed on the bag. They also have the brewing down if you want to have them make you a cup. Seriously, I now buy a bag from these folks whenever I travel back home and I often buy a bag as gifts for people.

Local and family owned coffee shop that brews their own coffee and has locally made treats and snacks (some gluten and dairy free). Every time you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and always feel welcome.

I absolutely love the hand-crafted tables and bars; such a welcoming environment! The baristos are incredibly knowledgeable, and very friendly. And, of course, the coffee is served to perfection.

I recently went in to grab a quick cup of coffee while wearing my mask. When I walked in, not a SINGLE person, staff or customer, had a mask on. I messaged the owner and their response in a nutshell was people are “responsible for their own health”. This business obviously doesn’t care about the health and safety of it’s employees, customers, or community. There are businesses out their busting their butts to follow the rules and stay afloat, and these selfish people can’t be bothered to put in even the barest amount of effort. Gross!

Absolutely love this place! The King’s Country Espresso is AMAZING! Highly recommend this coffee and tastes great in our French Press! Their coffee is so smooth, flavorful, and a lighter roast than CharBucks. If your coffee is tasting amateur and feel like a pedestrian in a busy crosswalk, they offer cupping and coffee extraction classes on Saturday’s so you can step up your coffee game.

Every cup of coffee I get from here is amazing. Both the drip and Americanos are great. I love stopping in whenever I have work down in the area.

They also have delicious, creamy oat milk, and are open seven days a week..best coffeeshop around, hands down.

Great place to get coffee and a light snack. Coffee has a great flavor profile. Very little aftertaste, which is great. I purchased 2 bags of beans as I was impressed with the taste and quality. Prices are moderate but expected. I am surprised this place isnt busier. Maybe they need more advertising or to pass the word along by people and networking. I also tried the Pizza Sandwich and Coffee Cake. Pretty good stuff here.

Enjoying your coffee and having the opportunity to watch the roaster work is very cool. With the extremely friendly service and great coffee to boot we may have found our new spot for coffee.The store has an inviting environment that called us to stay and enjoy conversation with new people and learn about the coffee making process. They always take the time to answer any questions that we or our kids ask about the process from roasting to pouring.I Highly recommend everyone visit the Lamppost at least once and enjoy the moment.

Great coffee! First coffee roaster that I have been to that does Comex for customers. They do not mess around. Hailey and Val let me geek out on coffee with them. Super excited that we have a local coffee roaster in Bonney Lake that brew coffee well. I will be telling all my family and friends to come here and so should you.

Lamppost has spoiled me on good coffee. My wife and I talk about how terrible other shops are when were out and about and we always end up comparing them to Lamppost. Its a good warm place full of professionals who seem most concerned with making the best cup of coffee they can manage, and the best part of Lamppost is taking the beans home. If you the reader of this review havent done that yet, take a bag of your favorite style home and throw that in your drip machine. You can get nearly the same cup at home and twice as convenient.Tip for buying coffee beans: Lamppost tastes every roast (including limited blends and such) and they write the flavors on the bag. If you arent sure which to buy, try reading the label on the bag and choose flavors you prefer. Chocolate notes will be a richer and somewhat more traditional cup, while fruity notes will be a wild and bright cup of coffee. I personally prefer the fruity coffees in the summer or on warm days because they seem more refreshing to me.

Good atmosphere. Supper friendly staff but there over priced. They roast their own beans in small batches to improve the flavor. It is good but it 4.10 for an 8oz vanilla latté. The espresso is good but not all that different from DCR.

Lampost coffee is the best I have ever had. Not only that, but they are great people with an awesome heart for serving the community. I highly recommend their coffee.
