I had built a new custom gaming PC by myself for the first time and was having some very odd issues with it rebooting itself/turning off and not turning back on at all. I was at a loss and had no idea where to go or how to troubleshoot the issue, I thought all my money and time had been wasted. I dropped it off to Michelle at Computer Shack and she had it back to me and working perfectly within 24 hours, despite not knowing exactly what my problem was from the beginning. Not to mention at a much lower price than i would expect from most computer repair shops. It’s been a week or so now problem free! Michelle is a miracle worker, as well as being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and coming back if any problems arise in the future. I had dropped my laptop about a year ago and pulled the power out and eventually it broke off. I called around to multiple computers repair shops all telling me they dont repair broken parts. I gave it one last search and called Computer Shack, Michelle not only new what I was talking about she said she could fix it. When I picked up my laptop, it was like new. I needed a new power cord as well which she had in stock. Out the door at $170 dollars was worth every penny!! She is one of the best out there! Do not hesitate to give her a call with your computer needs.

This is a great local business. I have a gaming pc that had CPU overheating issues with the original equipment bought from another vender. I had the Computer Shack install a new CPU liquid cooler and check out my Power Supply. The new CPU Cooler works great!! I am very happy. The Power Supply checked out good. So I didnt need another one. They cleaned out the whole PC. They do quality work. I can defiantly recommend this place for PC upgrades.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with this store! Aaron Turner took very good care of me when my computer decided to die. My old computer was a custom build with 4 hard drives. Three of the four hard drives suddenly failed and I thought I had lost over 10 years of photos and important documents. Aaron was able to retrieve those documents and photos and installed them on new computer for me. The new computer is also a custom-build gaming computer. The computer works flawlessly; I still have all my family photos; Documents and I have never been more happy! I fully recommend this business, Michelle (owner) and, of course, Aaron. Thank you all for your hard work and expertise!

Definitely nice people who run the store, but the unit I was sold is trash. Terribly slow, no driver which is what I had asked for...needless to say its a lesson learned! Will go to Frys for the next one.

I recently had my gaming laptop repaired here and I could not be happier with their service. Not only are the staff kind and professional but they kept me well informed on the status of my repair and delivered an amazing finished product. I love these guys. My wife is building a computer and they have been extremely helpful in her computer building endeavors. I bought my new laptop from them and they build custom spec sheets for me and helped me find a computer in my price range with most of the features I wanted/needed.

Just visited their new location, and was again very happy with the service and staff. They are experienced and knowledgeable, always happy to help me out, and the environment is very pleasant. I always choose the computer shack when I need anything at all for my computers.

Great service! Brought my laptop in for a repair diagnostic because it would not turn on. Michelle jumped right into finding out the issue. She was able to find out the issue quickly and replaced a bad stick of ram all within 15 minutes! The price was very good for the ram and service (she also cleaned fan vents). Very happy with service; Im also a very tech savvy person and I could tell she knew her stuff! She did not try to pressure me into spending unnecessary money on upgrades or services, which is a great quality for an honest business.

Horrible experience, i couldn’t believe the lack of enthusiasm or respect to give the job a decent diagnosis. it’s like he didn’t want to offer service or care to make any profit. i wouldn’t come here unless you’re some old “upper class” person that needs the basics. 1 star. couldn’t be more displeased.

Holy smokes! I LOVE Michelle! I am a photographer, and on TWO separate occasions I have lost, damaged, and deleted files on an external hard drive. These files are my livelihood. Each time I have communicated with Michelle, on the inside, I am a completely panic stricken human. She has a way of putting me at ease, with her caring personality and ability to share her knowledge in a way that isnt overwhelming and is easy to understand. When you are in a complete panic, those are the two most important things a service provider can do. I will NEVER go to anyone else for any future computer woes (although, I hope that never happens!). Thank you Michelle! If I could give you one million stars--I would!

I called in and got Michelle she was very helpful in walking me thru several steps to try and cure the problem with Microsoft . She offered me a couple of different things I could do to fix it. Ultimately it is a problem that Microsoft will have to fix but she was very help and tried to solve the issue. I would highly recommend

We have been extremely satisfied customers for over 15 years, but today Michele went above and beyond. I had taken my laptop in for a tune-up and when I opened it at home many of my documents had a red circle with a plus sign attached to them. I went back to the store thinking that it had something to do with the tune up and wondered if there was a quick fix I could do to rid the documents of the red circle. Michele quickly discoved that it had to do with Windows One Drive. Apparently they had moved many of my documents to the cloud and removed them from my hard drive. (Nothing to do with the tune up). She returned all the documents from cloud storage back to my harddrive. Problem fixed. If I had deleted them from the cloud they would have been gone forever. I asked for a bill and she refused. Michele and her team are awesome. Thank-you for taking care of us!

I am NOT happy with their customer service or lackadaisical I dont care attitude. My son brought 2 games in on Saturday to be repaired. The lady behind the counter first told him he should go to game stop. When he told her that he already had but that they didnt have the right equipment to repair them. She said she was really busy and that she wouldnt be able to get to it until Tuesday that she would call him Tuesday when she was done with them and he can pick it up then. So today, Wednesday, I stop in on my way home from work to pick them up for him, she starts laughing and making hand motions toward the door saying I didnt get to them yet Ill call you when I do. No apology for not having them done let a lone for not even looking at them. She acted like it was not important for her to even take the time to do what she told my son she would. I am totally appalled by her I dont care your not spending enough money get out of my shop and stop wasting my time attitude. I will never do business with them again!

Theyve fixed a few things I couldnt. I normally dont take computers in. I rarely run into anything I cant fix myself. Prices are reasonable. Theyre moving soon, but Im not sure where.
