Staff there is so polite and so helpful! They took there time to help me pick out frames and what all I wanted in my lenses. When I got my glasses back they did not work for me, they were right there to fix the problem. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Luckily we bought an extended warranty on my new glasses because within six months the lenses started to shatter. While I was waiting on new lenses to come in my frames literally fell apart. They offered no explanation or apology. They replaced the glasses but after two times returning they still cant adjust them not to fall off my face. Its been less than a month. My eye pads both have screws nearly falling out and tightening doesnt work, they spin. The staff has no idea what they are doing. I am going to the store in Auburn as they have better ratings to see if maybe they can fix and fit the glasses better. I would never buy from Vista Optical in Bonney Lake again. I have worn glasses for over forty years and never ran in to such incompetence.

I have been going here for 9 years and I loved the staff, when I got to my appointment yesterday the 100% new staff was rude, had my appointment all messed up said they had nothing for me on file. When I got that all worked out I went back to the Dr and he treated me like I was interfering with his day. I will not EVER go back and I will not tell anyone else to go there either. I have NEVER been treated with such bad service at any type of Dr. office in my life. So sad because the staff that was there before did everything they could to make sure you felt comfortable and special when you were there no matter what the reason was for.

I’ve been using various Vista Opticals for more than 20 years. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff, the doctors or with my glasses. They are always helpful whenever I have an issue.

I called around and this was the only optometrist that writes 2 year prescriptions. My prescription never changes, I would rather not have to pay for an new exam annually. The service was great and so were the prices. I recommend this optometrist to everyone I know.

Very fast and very friendly

Called 6 times and each time they said they didnt take my insurance. I had to call my own insurance myself for them and yes they do take my insurance. After my appointmen they ordered my contacts. Few days later they come in and they ordered $300 dollars worth of the wrong contacts. Will never go back. Eye doctor very rude.

I called to see if They Took Davis vision. They said yes and now I have been on hold for a very very long time. I am going to hang up because this is very very rude.

Never had a ad experience here. Gone 3 times in the last 6 year I have lived in Bonney Lake.

Customer service was a mixed bag. One of the staff was very helpful and friendly, while the other had a major attitude and was passive aggressive. Glasses were delivered in about 10 days.

Went in and found out my perscription was expired went out to my car to grab my insurance stuff and she had closed the place down (maybe for a break) the funny part was it was 10 am and they had opened at 9 must have been a tough hour
