Brian was courteous and very nice. They explained to me that they were a littleBehind and that my appointment was going to take longer than normal which was fine and I’m glad they were upfront and did not make me sit there waiting for 2 hours. They offered a shuttle ride home and back (which I excepted the ride home but I had a ride back). Shuttle driver was extremely nice and a joy to talk to. Morgan GMC is the only place to ever work on my truck and will remain that way.
Dont buy a car here. My elderly mother-in-law bought a brand new Encore last year and almost immediately had a tire sensor malfunction. When she took it to them, they said it would probably go away. It didnt and when I took it to them last week they said it wasnt protected by the warranty and charged her $118. With just over 17,000 miles on it, this should not have happened, but since it did it should be covered by the warranty. The service rep said she had to buy an additional warranty that covered the wheels. Rip off. Will not buy from here or recommend this place to anyone.
When I first brought my truck in I got answers quick. Brought it in 9/2/21 told your facility that my truck had a no start issue which was fixed, transmission noise, and alternator was squeaking. Been waiting since then to get my truck in the shop. Have been told that y’all can pick my truck up from my work but hasn’t happened even though I have agreed. I now receive a email that my truck was in y’all’s shop on 10/28 but how is that possible if I’m in Houston. I’m a technician I understand how long it takes for a diag but it deff doesn’t take me a month to repair a vehicle.
Upon arrival at the dealership I was informed that the expected time for service would be longer than originally discussed. Adam went above and beyond to prevent my day being impacted bythe extended time. I really appreciated the loaner vehicle!!!
I went in for a oil change and feel in love with a vehicle on the showroom floor. Christin the salesperson was awesome. Keith worked the deal out just right. My trade in value was a blessing. Diane the receptionist is who help me realize the value in the car. She did the total walk around of the Buick Encore GX while I waited for the oil change. Driving from the east coast to California to see my mother. Enroute My 04 Buick Century with 210k miles experienced a catastrophic failure in the power steering system. To make a long story short; when I got to my hotel late in the day I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and was back on the road by noon. Everyone working at the dealership was pleasant, accommodating and on point including the professional Shuttle Driver -the courtesy shuttle service saved me from incurring Uber fees. Thank you for putting me back on the road so I can complete my journey to California.

Not handling the work load in a timely manor, like 3to4hours for a oil change.
Everything went well with my oil change. This was my first time using Morgan GMC. Only thing I would suggest adding is an Oil Change reminder sticker on the windshield like other dealerships do.
This is the first and last time buying a GM product. Went in for a scheduled oil change and recall and the service advisor stated it wouldn’t get done because they were swamped. For future reference, call the customer to reschedule them. The only great experience my wife and I received is from our salesman. The dealership needs more employees like him!
I could not have been more impressed with the service I received this last week dealing with the service department. Dealership service departments are usually the last place you want to take your vehicle, but John went above and beyond to make sure he kept in contact with me everyday about my vehicle, he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I can when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and using the service department after purchase.
The sales person was good. The car i bought had some minor body damage. They said it would be fixed. I bought the car on January 30th. Still dont have it. Extremely upsetting. Im gonna end up paying my first car note before I even get the car

Took my car in for a oil change 8 hours later they still hadntgot to it and I was one of the first ones there. So decidedto give them another chance and Took it back to put a wheel sensor on it a 30 minute job 4 hours later hadnttouched it. They will never touch another vehicle of mine and wont purchaseone neither going to Texas to buy my truck.
Everything was clean, especially restroom. Break area was also, since I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated. No sales pressure from anyone, and I liked that since I am former car sales from south La.

I had brake pads put on the front. I had a coupon at home but did me no good. The service guy was empathetic and discounted the pads some, but not equal to my coupon I had at home. Next time I am going to put the coupons in my truck.

When I entered the dealership I had pretty much had decided to buy from a different dealership. I am so glad I stopped by this dealership. I had purchased a new truck from this dealership in 2013, and the experience of that purchase was excellent. So When my wife and I entered the dealership this time we was met by Mr. Ed and from that moment untill we made the purchase complete Mr Ed. treated us very well and above our expect ions. We told Mr. Ed what we was looking for, but it was not available at that dealership at that time. Mr Ed. located the vehicle that we was interested in and went to the other dealership and brought to us to look at.. We bought that vehicle.. Our loan officer was Great to work with. I also want to say the Sales manger approach us to insure we knew that He was there to help and to be apart of our buying experience. He went above and beyond our expect ions. Went with a coworker for her to test drive some cars and the employees there were all very helpful. They did not push a sale or try to convince her to buy anything she didn’t want. Very honest helpful staff and when I’m ready for a new car they will be top of my list.
Well I bought a 2020 Sierra and drove it for a month and 15 days and the transmission went out in it. Dealership had it for almost 3 months before it was fixed. They would call me and say the part is on the way from GM. When the dealership got the part it was broken. This happened 4 times! They would call me build up my hope of getting my truck back soon and then dash that hope all away by calling me a week later and saying sorry the part they sent us is damaged again....This was a huge purchase for me and it was paid out right by money out of my bank account almost $60,000 and this ruined that experience completely

I loved my salesman Dex. But I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences dealing with the service and parts departments. I went to get my oil changed a few months ago and they overfilled it, which made the car smoke like crazy and I had to take it back. Now the key fob case was cracked when I bought the car. So I was talked into the key fob replacement warranty. They won’t replace the fob case because “they can’t order just the casing”. I find that hard to believe since it took me five minutes to order one online with a GMC parts vendor.
Just a quick trip to cancel our extended warranty and get some money back because we bought a new Honda. Buick finance guy was same one we used to originally buy my Verano. So so nice. Good Blanchard country guy.😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

I bought a new 2016 Canyon from Morgan Buick GMC. I have purchased many vehicles over the years-(with some of those experiences not being so pleasant). I am pleased to say this this was a pleasant experience-(far price for my trade, and well as the new one), and Morgan continued by making adjustments to the Canyon to make it just right for me-(Lets give Stafford Edwards a big HATS OFF!! for the legwork he did in making every issue right.... to include the follow-up(s) in order to make sure that all is well.
Made a 10:30 am appointment for a simple oil change and it’s now 12:38 pm and still not complete. It doesn’t take 2 plus hours to change the oil so why make an appointment if those that show up without one get in line with those who do? Will NOT use this place again
This is the third GMC I have bought from Jamie Morgan. She is awesome to work with. She listens to what I need and want and makes it happen with no irritating haggling. I am mad at the Bossier City Morgan Buick GMC store!! My wife and I stopped in there to look at their trucks and they were so nice, professional and helpful I just had to buy one!! We were met by our sales person, Anthony and he was very helpful and patient with us. He opened up several vehicles for us and went through the differences between each. He was not pushy at all which was important to us. After they gave us our pricing, I called several dealerships trying to beat the deal that they offered me and couldnt get it done. They gave me the best price.During the sales process, I met the manager, Keith and he seemed genuinely pleased to have our business. He spent time talking with us about our shopping experience and made sure that everything went smooth with our deal. He also made sure that we understood that we should call him if we needed anything. We were also helped by Christin with some of the paperwork. She was a very very nice lady and really seemed happy to help. Great Customer Service!!I have bought several vehicles over the years and sometimes dealing with the finance person is the worst part so I was ready. Well, I went in and met Bob and was pleasantly surprised to find that like everyone else that I dealt with at the Bossier City Morgan dealership he was professional and easy to deal with. He did a great job explaining everything to me and even got me a better deal on my interest rate!!Heres the bottom line, in my life I have bought at least 20 vehicles from dealerships. Service department is terrible, wish was a way to pick zero stars. I had the worst experience ever in my 8 vehicle history, they kept my truck almost 4 weeks, did nothing til day before told me truck was ready, and took 30mins to get someone to pull my truck around,never saw the service advisor that was taking care of me, no one was able to find him in the building, then I noticed one of the reasons i brought it in wasnt fixed the steering column was still popping in a turn after was told it had been replaced, and a few other issues with the service department were unprofessional, never showed me the old steering column or the old rear door lock actuator. And as for the other two reasons brought in for all I got from service department like trained robots is simply maybe this is a normal character of the vehicle loud whining in transmission, and headlights dimming when Turning or pulling up driveway at night or from reverse drive, that wasnt doing this when purchased brand new with only 37k miles. Pictures and items of sloppy customer service are documented and noted to GM and Keith Marcotte! I will take my truck to Shreveport Morgan, Bossier has lost mine and families business, will not buy anything from them again! Bossier location is totally different in a bad way, they dont cover floor and seats, or put a number in rearview mirror, treat you like you have next to no knowledge of vehicles, and that you are wrong and they are right, customers are Always right and should be taken seriously when you are spending this kind of money on a truck.

Wish you could rate zero stars. Talked with a salesman for 2 days about a vehicle. Told him when I was coming in. My financing institution were the ones who had to tell me the salesman sold the vehicle the SAME day i told him I was coming in. He never communicated that to me. Needless to say, I have to begin my search again, but it most certainly wont be here. Word for the wise: DO NOT give salesman ANTHONY GRIFFIN any of your business. Hes a liar and a terrible salesman.

Service people nice but wouldnt honor service bulletin.
The porter thinks they are a service writer and has no problems tell the customer that the customer has a poor attitude. Then the service writer thinks he is the second coming of Richard Pryor when he gets out of the vehicle laughing and ask now what is wrong with your vehicle. When you tell him its not funny his response is well it is kind of funny. Really professional
Set a 9 am appointment for an oil change and the vehicle was not even being worked on until around 10:30. I was informed by the service technician that the appointment system doesnt guarantee that a vehicle will be serviced at that time but instead it just lets the service department know who they should expect to come in at a certain time.

This place is horrible with service of vehicles. Who tells a customer to roll down the windows so the pressure will the release so the air conditioner will cool? I had to contact GM for them to fix it right. It took 3 months for them to fix a drivers side mirror in my Pontiac Solstice. I went to Houston for a year with my job and they fixed my car right. I hope to God nothing happens to my car. If it does I would rather pay the expense to tow it somewhere else than let them or Mike Morgan in Shreveport touch it. Thats why we bought a Nissan when we were shopping for SUVs.

So first i take my vehicle in for an inspection sticker and after the service tec launched my car while it was in the bay because he didnt know it was a manual transmission.A. The car was off and the clutch has to be pressed in for it to start so thats a junk excuse. Keep in mind both of my corvettes doors were wide open making them slam forward. Then was told by the advisor i dont know why he had to start it to do the inspection which he didnt.B. I leave the dealership and notice that the eight stuck upside down on the inspection sticker. I call the dealership and speak with the manager over the dealership at which point he told me to come back and have them change it. I returned to the dealership about 10 minutes later and spoke with the same service adviser ( short haired white female ) i told her my issue and her reply was and so i tell her that i spoke woth the manager and he said i should have it fixed. She tells me to hold on so she could get the head inspector person. (with an attitude while i was polite the entire time with her). The so called head inspector came over and said that it has to be upside down and that there was no other way. Not knowing i left it be. The more i looked at it i felt it was not right so i contacted the the inspection office that issues the stickers to businesses and was told that it was just stuck on upside down and that i should have it replaced.Moral to the story is if a company cant put a sticker on right side up then i know for sure i wouldnt want them working on or selling me a vehicle

Service is not the same anymore. I made an appointment for service but it’s a first come first serve service now. I didn’t understand the purpose of making an appointment if someone that missed their appointment the day before could show up 5 minutes before my appointment time and receive service then the service plan needs some revamping because 3 hours isn’t worth the wait.Please make the service center plain either we need appointments for service or it’s a first come first serve center but both doesn’t work. Bad service, bad business!
