This is a REAL Hardware Store. Looks, smells, and is stocked like a real, local hardware store, complete with a small engine repair shop out back. This is a family owned store. I met the owner, one of his children, and one of the employees. ALL were very courteous and went above and beyond to insure I could walk out with what I was hunting down.Cannot say enough about this place. SUCH a nice change from the orange (and the blue) big box store(s).

They took my chainsaw when other places wouldnt. They repaired it. I brought my lawnmower and they did a great job on it on my next visit. They installed a new pull string and sharpened the blades, tuned up the engine and turned up the throttle. All for $82. Was pleased with the price. They are busy, so dont expect same day results, but its truly worth it.

Close to home (in south Bossier) and has most of what you need for repairs at the house. Nice staff and mechanic on small engines on staff!

One of the few old school hardware stores still around. Ive been able to find those where can I get one of these items that the Lowes and Home Depot people just shrug their shoulders and say Good Luck. They also have a good parts counter for lawn and garden equipment. When the local Factory Listed business didnt have the few simple (fairly common) parts I needed, I thought Id drop in and try my luck. Not only did they have what I needed, they were significantly less than what I wouldve paid if the other dealer wouldve had what Id needed. Guess where my first stop will be from now on?

I dropped my girlfriends mower off the 1st time cause it wouldnt crank up, but was cutting fine up untill the cranking issue. Then 3 to 4 weeks later Im getting a call about multiple other things that needed to be changed, belts and pulleys were in the list of things, I told them to do whatever it would take to make the mower work all summer. After at least 2 months in the shop they finally claim to be done with it. So I pick up the mower just to find out that now it cranks but wont cut, upon further investigation its obvious that the belt wasnt even changed. But they charged for the belt and labor of putting it on. So I take the mower back to them for a then to put the belt on it that theyve already been paid for..... that was over 2 months ago and theyre still not done with it. This place is gas horrible customer service and will say everything possible is wrong with your mower to make an extra buck and not even change all the things they bill you for.

Good place. Helpful service. A small business with decent prices that are marginally competitive with big chain stores. If your close support this place as big chain stores will only save you a few pennies that would likely be burnt up in gas going elsewhere.

Absolutely awesome! Great customer service. Fantastic variety of in stock plumbing supplies. Extremely reasonable prices. Never knew this place existed until today.

Great service and they had everything I needed

This place is a joke when it comes to fixing yard and lawn equipment . They lose parts blades etc not to mention having to take it back since it stopped working again after it was supposedly fixed by them ... my advice go somewhere else. Update picked it up again after almost 3 weeks still missing parts they cannot find them to make it worse still does not work !! Waste of time and money

Very nice man who owns store was opened on Sunday when I needed supplies to keep my pipes from freezing. Lowes was sold out and he is very convenient to my house. Prices seem not much higher than Lowes. Has small engine repair which I use for lawnmower.

Highly recommend. I found some hard to find items there recently that were high quality and Made in USA. We even rented a riding lawn mower when our zero turn was in the shop. Not everybody has that & the service is amazing.

This store during the covid 19 pandemic took advantage of a person in Jacksonville, FL who was making masks for first responders. A person named Jesse Marie Kayla arranged for 500 masks to be sent to elm grove under false pretences. 300 were sent and recieved but the reciever attempted to lie about reciept of product. The maker of these masks tracked them with the help of usps and eventually verified they were at this store and being sold for 3x the purchase price (which they tried to evade as well). This is a very crooked business with some very unprofessional business practices. If you try to inquire about this on their social media page you automatically get banned. Do not support dishonest businesses like this. They are a snake in the grass.

Shame on you for lying to the person who made all those masks for you. She charged you $1 each because you gave her a sad story. Now youre profiting off her hard work because she felt sorry for you! People beware of this store!!

I was not to comfortable upon entry to this place. It was my first time every going there and it was recommended to me by another store. Some big white guy ( have no idea if hes an employee or what since he didnt have a store uniform on) asked me questions soon as I entered the building. The guy with the store uniform on as well as a lady already behind the counter didnt seem to care about his inquiries into my coming in to make some keys.

Close to where we live, reasonable prices, and have variety of hardware including parts that are hard to find. They have even repaired my 6hp boat motor
