Called when they opened at 7am and they had a man at my front door at 7:30am. Very professional. Ive used Wilhite for years and Im always happy with their work. You cant ask for a more quality company.

I wouldnt even give this company a one star, the guy doing the work stood on my $700.00 work table bending it on one end instead of moving it so he could work. These guys have no consideration for your property.very unprofessional

For their Generator Service: The good, they responded to a new customer call out the next day. They were always courteous. Why they get two stars: Their repair knowledge of generators is poor. They told me my generator had catastrophically failed when it was a $200 minor repair. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls, I never got a repair or replacement estimate. Go see PowerUp Power Systems if you want a generator company.

CAMPING WORLDS MAIN ELEC BOX HAD AN INTERNAL MELTDOWN AT 5PM ON JULY 4TH 2018. WE CALL THE EMERGENCY LINE AND LEFT A MESSAGE, THE TECH CALLED BACK WITHIN JUST MOMENTS. WAS HERE WITHIN 3O MINUTES. WORKED UNTIL WE HAD A NEW BOX INSTALLED, CALLED SWEPCO FOR US AND HANDLED EVERYTHING UNTIL POWER WAS RESTORED. TECHNICIAN WAS KEVIN, INCREDIBLY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFECIENT ON GETTING US TAKE CARE OF. GREAT COMPANY, THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE EXTENDED EFFORT.

I called the company back out because I forget to mention another electrical problem. The guy came out; It took him all of 5 minutes to fix the problem. Wilhite sent me a bill for another full hour of service. I called the owner. He said that was their policy. Nothing could be done.
