Customer service here is mixed. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others seem to be annoyed at the fact that serving customers is part of their job and make you feel rushed to get out of their store . . . even when youre the only customer there. Im an old pro at tobacco and related products and always know what I want when I go there, but I feel sorry for anyone who actually has questions.

Lady was rude and extremely pressed to get me out of the store. I had questions about products they carried, she answered them as passively and aggressively as possible. The price markups are off the charts. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE, after this i went down the road and was helped by lovely people at the other smoke shop

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is always willing to go out of her way to help me with any issues. Ive had bad luck with lighters, however the good vibe and good customer service is what keeps me coming back. Conner T.

Bought a quality (so I thought) refillable lighter, lighter won’t accept gas. They refused to replace it. Bought another lighter, the piezo mechanism failed before it ran out of gas, again, won’t replace. Sells junk and won’t stand behind their products. Cigars are also crazy expensive and old and stale.

They just left the store on their shift tonight, 2 stars since they bothered to leave a sticky note on the door. Went in and shopped at the king Soopers and came back and they were still gone.

I love this place! They have a ton of alternative wraps (hemp, tea leaves, etc) something for everyone.

I shop here for ALL of my tobacco needs. I just wish their Cigar Humidor Room was a bit larger to accommodate a broader selection of Cigars.

I bought a ecig and I am new vaping and had the clerk help me...she was not really helpful to having me set it up! So...another lady helped me and was very helpful. Not a bad price for the set up and had some great juices. They also had Grinds Coffee pouches, Caramel flavor, which taste amazing and will hopefully help us stop chewing tobacco.

I like the cigar selection in their humidor. Im a little worried about the care of their fine cigars as several had torn wrappers

Smoking establishment that doesnt have butane even tho all other smoker friendly have at least 4 different kinds. Never heard of one running out but I guess thats boulder for ya.

The ladies that work there are always so helpful and sometimes they help me with specials that I didnt know where there.

If I could give them zero stars I would.I called the shop on the 28th and spoke to a Serena to see if they carried the ejuice I use. Im a former smoker, and I mean a SMOKER, who went cold turkey after 42 years. I only vape tobacco flavor because that takes care of cravings, etc. Dont like those foo-foo flavors. This Serena specifically told me they only had 3 bottles of straight tobacco: 0%, .6% and one 1.2%, which is what I wanted.I asked if she would please put under the counter in my name and I would have a friend pick up on Friday (yesterday). My friend gets there and, nope, nothing there. The guy then calls Serena and comes back and tells me there must have been a misunderstanding - that she never checked and they dont have it. BS! I was on the phone when she read them all off. My friend wasted so much of her time because theyre a bunch of liars who will tell you what you want to hear over the phone, just to get you there so they can sell ya something else. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you like getting your chain yanked.
