Excellent place for a quick snack or breakfast. The pastries are to die for and the coffee is breathtaking. Also, the service is remarkable which they make you feel like your at home.

The newest Cohen outpost, similar vibe/culture to the other locations,, familiar pastries, soups, and sandwiches, not the height of ambiance, but reliable....standouts are Spruce Juice (Spruces been doing cold brew way longer that its been cool), and the stellar breakfast burritos.

I was hoping to get a drink and lunch before my PT appointment. Got there at 11:50 and theyre closed for a lunch break. Sign on the door says theyll be back open at 12:30... but its not helpful for a cafe to be closed during any part of lunch time especially since theyre only open for 6 hours a day. If you want to close during the middle of lunch, can you update your open hours on google and at your storefront to reflect that?

They have a really good selection of baked goods. The coffee however is just okay. Not great but not bad either. Its the closest coffee shop to my office and has a good selection of snacks, soups and burritos.Vegetarians and vegans have limited options.

Quick walk from my office. The breakfast, lunch and snack foods are really good. Their coffee is okay, not the best, and a somewhat limited selection. But its close, convenient and, did I mention the food is good.

Good coffee, great baked goods and service.I come here with some regularity in the morning on my way to work. I grab an Americano, sometimes a scone and read or answer emails at a table. Theres nothing exceptional about this experience, but everything about it is both pleasant and very consistent.The espresso is decent, the atmosphere is nice and the staff are attentive and reasonably cheerful. Good selection of baked goods made in-house and a few sandwiches and things too.Overall a nice spot.

Love this place. peeps who work here are the coolest. the pastries are on point. the danish and croissants are authentic AF. and the best treats they have here are the scones. they got raspberry blueberry AND peach! I am a fan.

Always a wonderful place to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Its nice to find a place you can walk into and have the order ready by the time you get to the register because they know you so well.In short, awesome.

Great food and sandwiches. Have always loved this place. Although today I went in and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I asked for more the barista said to just use the box of Kleenex on top on the toilet. Please keep up restocking toilet papers for customers! Basic necessity! Other than that this place in great.

Small space with friendly staff, ample parking, and indoor / outdoor seating. Easy to get to and right off an highway exit.They make their own tasty hot chocolate mix while offering the standard array of coffee drinks.

This is my go-to place while at work for that much needed coffee or a salad when I forgot my lunch. The staff is very friendly and makes great coffee. Their baked goods are awesome. Overall, a great little shop.

So I’m sitting here at the cafe...my iPhone was running out of juice and the barista was willing to dig into her car for a charger I could use while in the shop. That’s great service!Not to mention my americano and breakfast burrito were top notch! Got to love the Kaladi beans they use.A pleasant experience all the way through. Thank you Spruce Cafe!

ALL of the ingredients to my panini were top notch. Pastries and breads are delicious. Also offers soups and salads. Vegetarian options. Comfortable place, indoor/outdoor seating.

The soup was really good, the salad was not the right choice for me. I am not a kale fan. My ideal salad is only veggies and no filler like lettuce. Cheese and fruit is okay too.

Workers really nice. Really clean and nice area to get some work done. Butt...... Wasnt that big of a fan of my capuccino. but! The black bean soup was good! And they had good wifi and lots of outlets.

Best damn latte between the Rockies and the Mississippi River!I came to visit my lady friend here in Boulder and stopped for a latte at this fine establishment. It seems that this cafe is best suited for the those who work in the nearby corporate buildings; its an easy walk and theres really only space to sit for a few minutes (or itd get crowded quick). But that makes me want to get a job with one of the offices nearby!The staff are friendly and I carried on a great conversation about triatholons with Frank, the manager. Cool dude from the Netherlands. Side note: I thought hed be taller... Anyway. Katy was the barista who made my latte. Shes sweet, kind, and boy is she cute! Im gonna have to come back just to see her...
