I have been here three times. So, I can’t totally give you the complete rundown. But, when I did visit this store for the first time, I was very much shocked at the amount of games you could purchase as well as cards like “Magic The Gathering” and “Pokémon”. I played Magic a long time ago. Over a decade. The game was almost entirely new to me now and even when I was young I could never win… I feel like my friend was most likely cheating, as I always lost and he taught me the rules. But anyway, back to the review. I decided to start trying to play again. The young girl who was at the counter brought me up to speed and recommend decks I should buy. They even stock foreign language decks! I have a friend in Russia and I sent them to her to open with her young nephew. I was very happy I could find Russian decks. I speak Russian so this was an amazing find. This little place is amazing. Not only did I buy cards but the girls gave me a free Magic starter kit. I enjoyed just browsing their immense selection of games. They also host Magic night tournaments once a week. And I got destroyed every time by kids barely over 10. But the atmosphere, kindness of the staff and my fellow players made the experience very enjoyable. If you are looking for a local store full of amazing board and card games this is the place to come. I highly recommend it because of the staff and the unreal amount of games they have. So if you are looking for an uncommon game, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place. Just please don’t destroy me on Magic night.

The owner’s son was manning the shop, and both friendly and knowledgeable about a number of board game options. Nice selection of excellent games, including several that can be hard to find!

Really awesome store! Came by during a meet up of Warhammer 40k players and was pretty fun to exchange jokes and anecdotes. When I pass through Boulder again Ill definitely stop by again!

Dude... I dont even know where to start!! The guy that was there was super knowledgeable and there were kids that came in to buy magic cards and he was so sweet with them. He helped us pick out a few games and gave great suggestions!! Highly recommend going!!

Went over to the place to check out warhammer and i was completely new to the whole thing. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and had plenty in stock. Everyone is really friendly there, be sure to check it out 😁👍

The owner, Budge, is one of the nicest guys ever. His shop is so welcoming and the whole staff is super friendly. The selection of board games is honestly overwhelming and there are hidden gems throughout. Budge has played probably all of them, and can always offer great recommendations!

My favorite LGS in Boulder. Super cool owner and store is very clean with many different products even if you’re not into MTG. If you’re into MTG they have a good selection of MTG singles and the biggest selection of boosters that I have found in Boulder.

Local game stores are the bedrock of game-geek culture, and GG is the spot to visit. I eagerly await the day when they expand into a bar/cafe.

Great service, very patient when I was selecting also a great selection for mtg cards and board games I definitely recommend this place for mtg players though so if your into Pokémon than maybe do research for other places. Overall for me it’s heaven so go there please it’s awesome. And like I said before great selection.

This is quite possibly the best place for gaming in the boulder area. There are alot of stores you can choose but this is the one youll find me at. The have a great selection of board games and a fantastic TCG community. They buy and sell magic singles every week I walk in they have different cards for sale. You can tell this shop is actively buying collections. Great pre-release events as well. Website is constantly updated with upcoming events. Stop by some time this place rocks!

Great game shop with an excellent selection of board games and helpful staff. Lots of places to play games in the shop and a good selection of games to try out. My son and I stopped in on a trip to Boulder and bought some magic cards and sat down with the owner and played a game of Commander with the three of us. Great Boulder gem.

Great selection! The employee working the counter was SO knowledgeable and helped us narrow in on the best choice. We went for board games, which looked like the majority of choices, but also seemed like people were sitting and playing a variety of other types as well.

I went in knowing very little about Magic The Gathering, other than my boyfriend loves it and I wanted some unique and rare cards for him as a special birthday gift. The owner was very kind, patient, detailed in his explanations and incredibly helpful! I had a great experience at the store, learned a lot about Magic and, the best news, I left with a stash of cards that made my boyfriend light up with joy for his birthday! Seeing the smile on my boyfriend’s face as he opened all the awesome cards was exactly what I had hoped for. A huge thanks to the store owner, Budge, for his time & recommendations - I was able to keep it a surprise, and be confident that I’d done a good job selecting special items. Definitely recommend this store!!!

I think its pretty cool, but they mostly have more modern than old games, and you have to pay 5$ for a d and d game.

Budge was amazing! Called looking for a game expansion and he didnt have it but called all his distributers trying to find it and gave very through feedback on why its not available anymore. Very impressed with his customer service.

I frequently go to play Magic at Gamers Guild and love this place. Great tournament schedule, with 2 Modern events per week and my favorite magic community in Colorado.

Full of all the gaming stuff you could need. Nice space to play in, too. Can be crowded some days but, if you are a gamer, it is a great place to visit.

A great place to play casual and competitive MTG as well as pick up awesome board games and card games! I try to get all my games from the Guild, they are even willing to order a game if they dont have it in the store!

With weekly sets of Magic the Gathering events, and a wide array of tabletop and card games, GG is my go to store. The staff is really knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell.

This is a great place to play Magic the Gathering unfortunately the day I went there they didnt open until 3

Each time I have come here to play Magic: The Gathering I have regretted it. The place is crawling with awkward high school kids and reeks of body odor. The stench in there is seriously a force to be reckoned with, they should really fumigate this place.
