Shortly after having my windshield replaced at the Bountiful Utah location, I turned on my car heater and it immediately made a very loud noise and vibration. Upon inspection, I found large pieces of the old windshield insulating strip that the windshield mechanic had allowed to drop through the defroster vent and into the fan. Also, soon after, I tried to use my windshield washer and found it to be nonfunctional. Upon inspection, I found that the hose had been disconnected and fitting broken. Obviously also done by the windshield mechanic. Not happy with the service I received at this shop at all!

Great customer service! Jason helped us replace our windshield molding. It was quick and easy process. Also, they had a nice socially distanced waiting room. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I went to the Safelite in Bountiful to have the windshield replaced on my Ram 1500 pickup. Taylor and his team did an incredible job with the windshield replacement, and treated me very well. Plus they had snacks in the waiting room, which was great! :)

Went in for a simple rock chip repair, found out after the fact they are not qualified to repair that chip manually. They use a machine to fix the repair, which that machine etched to deep into my chip and in the wrong spot…which caused my whole windshield to crack. Now their upstanding customer service expects me to pay for my $1500 windshield bc they can’t fix a small rock chip.So what do you do in my shoes? Call their customer service, right?? Supervisors wouldn’t speak to me, got transferred and hung up on three times. Awesome customer service! These big corporations just expect us to get tired of their lack of caring and go away bc they don’t stand behind their work and make it impossible to talk to any decision makers who can actually help…otherwise you’re dealing with a low level stand behind the company line policy employee who says “I understand you’re frustrated”. This company needs more problem solvers

I stopped by Safelite AutoGlass in Bountiful within hours of having my windshield smacked by a rock on I-15. Although I thought they probably wouldnt have time to repair it (mid Friday afternoon). What a phenomenal team of employees they have at this location! Although there were about 5 customers, Tawny, at the front desk, was pleasant, kind, amazingly courteous and serviceable to everyone. She greeted each customer and made sure they knew they would be helped. Another customer sitting by me commented on her skill in handling so many customers at the same time. Raudy, the technician, checked out my windshield and assured me they could fix it. He then vacuumed my vehicle and washed all my windows. I was so pleased with their service and would definitely refer you to them for rock chip repairs! In our world where customer service is sometimes non-existent, it was the best experience Ive had in windshield repair ever. Congrats Safelite on your excellent team!

Excellent service Safelite. Geico insurance employees woohoo good peopld! The Policies Boo! Thankfully Safelite Bountiful makes magic. They probley fixed 50 maybe 60 shields and detail my interior, not just clean but detailed my work truck. Replaced all the glass front n back. Well trained staff who dealt with everything exemplary. Everyone thank much! Seriously impressive and we talking glass.

So far Safelite is 1 for 3.1. Mobile service replaced windshield in a car, poor workmanship, upper molding is uneven and ugly. Mobile tech said it will be fill after sitting in the sun. BS.2. Rock chip repair on a pickup, expensive, but it took.3. Rock chip on a different vehicle, didnt take. Failed in their parking lot, this happens. Not the unsatisfactory part. Was told repair would be refunded. Nope, billed a second time, and only one of them was refunded. Called customer service and held for 18 minutes to talk to a representative. They connected me to the local shop. Individual there just blamed another person at the shop, said it would be a minute to fix it and they would call me back in five minutes. It has been two hours and have not heard a thing. Tried calling them, one ring, long message, hung up. Two stars was probably being generous.Follow up, I finally was able to talk to someone in the shop, and they made it right. I changed my review to three stars. I still do not plan to return to Safelite due to the poor workmanship on the windshield replacement, and their lack of concern about it.

These folks are so friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile! I got my windshield replaced and Jason, fellow worker, noticed the cosmetic clips were poorly installed and broken from the last Window replacement (it was another windshield company) and he took the time to find replacement clips (days of trial and error) and even after he found suitable ones they popped them in completely of charge. So grateful to their whole team ❤️

Awesome, awesome experience.We had called around to a few places for prices. Their price was great and their service was amazing. My rear window on my F-150 cracked in the morning and by that night it was fixed. I was worried it was a hard to find rear window b/c it has the portion that opens, etc. When we arrived, we realized there was a miscommunication on the type of window we needed. We were worried the price was going to be much higher. Plus, they didn’t have our rear window in stock. Not only was it really not much much (could have been a LOT more) and then they went and picked It up so they could fix the window that day.They were exceptional to work with, courteous, professional, great price. I highly recommend them.

I used to go to Techna Glass for windshield needs. Tried looking for them but realized theyre no longer there. Safelite has somewhat a monopoly now and they sure know how to abuse it. $100 for a cracked/chipped windshield repair? Seriously, I watch some youtube videos and got me some DIY kits from Amazon. Windshild repaired and it only costed $20. I might also add when I did have to replace my windshield, they left black sticky goo on the hood and fabric, not to mention attitude the whole way.

My experience with Safelite has been awful! I scheduled the first appointment and it was canceled without explanation. I had to call and was told they didnt have the part needed. Waited weeks. Rescheduled once they got the part, and when the technician (Skyler) arrived he said he didnt have the right part. Rescheduled again, for today. Technician was supposed to come to my work parking lot. Technician Nick called saying he was 10 minutes away. I left the keys on the dash as instructed for contactless service. Im a teacher and cant leave my classroom, but assumed he had done the service. Came out to my car after work and the job wasnt done. I called and they said he left because I didnt answer the phone. What did he need to talk to me for?! They email you telling you to just leave the keys on the dash for contactless service and theyll take it from there, and this guy doesnt do the work because I wasnt there waiting for him?! He just didnt want to do it. The keys were there. What kind of service is this?! 3 appointments and I still dont have the job done!

I was a Techna Glass customer, Safelite bought them out. They honored my warranty that I had with Techna glass. I needed a rock chip fixed, they found a second rock chip and fixed while it was there. I was most impressed that they cleaned all my windows inside and out while it was there. Simple task but went along way with me. Will be back for sure.

Zach was great! I was very happy with the service and price of my rock chip repair. I used the app to set the appointment and it went flawlessly. Cross fingers I never need to have my windshield fixed (not likely in Utah’s Perpetual Construction Zones), but if I do I will by back.

Went online like it says to when you call. Quoted 104.99 for 1 rock chip. Tried calling back because that is Ridiculous! It is 35 bucks at the dealership. I called back and couldnt get a hold of anyone. The recording said to go online. If Safelite wants my business they either need to a) fix their website, B) have someone I can talk to when I call C) lower their prices because 104.99 for one rock chip repair is ROBBERY! (Tried to post a picture of quote and cant figure out how to do it)

These guys made sure I had the right windshield. It was difficult to verify exactly which windshield my car needed. When they realized they needed to order it, they were quick to order it and take care of everything. I was very impressed with their customer service and the installation of my windshield. My experience was so good that I came back when I got a rock chip only a couple months later.

He said he would do the chip repair and see if I was satisfied. The repair came out as good as could be expected and I was very satisfied. Great customer service and a great repair.

These guys were super helpful and fast. I scheduled my windshield replacement online, showed up at the set time (the next day), and was out of there in about half an hour. Then when I thought I might have a new rock chip a few days later they were happy to check it out right away. (Luckily it wasnt anything serious, but I will definitely go there the next time I need a chip filled or replacement glass.)

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip and our windshield had gotten a crack in it that was growing each day. We were driving by on our way out of town and decided to stop in. No appointment or call ahead and they took the car in quickly and did what they could to try and prevent the crack from spreading. Everyone we talked to were extremely nice! The checked in on us and gave us updates. We were out in no time! If we lived in Utah we would definitely be coming to them again!

Do not give this location your business. I was verbally assaulted by a larger older man in the lobby while the employees watched. To have three employees watch as a man tells me how he is going to do me in front of my husband (along with myriad other things) and not have a single person step in is a shame. I did not feel safe and did not feel like i could leave. Not having anyone step in to help me despite them being aware of what was going on is a reflection of the hiring practices at this location as well as the character of those people. While the embarrassed apology of the receptionist was a nice gesture it doesn’t account for the two men that acted like nothing was happening. Super disappointed. I understand that they were probably uncomfortable too and that this situation does not have to do with glass repair. However, I feel that it is a reflection of the establishment as a whole and what is seen as “acceptable”The cherry on top is that this was the third time i was back because of a scheduling error and the wrong windshield having been ordered.

I stopped by the location in Bountiful right next to my office to ask if they could help remount a rear-view mirror for my 1995 Ford Bronco. They had me pull in immediately and completed the job in 15 minutes...and they wouldnt charge me for the repair. Definitely moved to the #1 spot on my list for windshield repair.

Safelite auto glass is a great autoglass place. They repaired a chip in my wifes windshield so well that I can no longer see where the chip was. They were very professional and fast. This is the only place I will have any auto glass work done in the future.
