Josh is a stud!! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and goes out of his way to ensure the customer is taken care of. He was tied up the other day when I picked up my sons bike and Spencer stepped in and didnt miss a beat. Grateful to have this place in our area. We bought my little girls bike online but couldnt figure out how to fill the back tire without the tube coming out. Bought a $5400 Santa Cruz Hightower there. Rear leaked from day 1. Brought in for 60 day tuneup and complained about rear tire not holding air. They ignored my request to fix it. We all know tubeless bike tires dry up, why they refuse to take care of this with significant spend is unacceptable to me. Otherwise, I’ve had a good experience with them answering questions, etc.

Great experience, friendly staff, small town feel.Edit: Love these guys! Went out to train before my race next week and my rear brake seized up, thought it was going to be super expensive and I’d have to borrow a bike. They fixed it same day and it was a solid price. Not to mention everyone that works here is just freaking cool.

These guys are awesome and do what needs to be done with your bike. They are very informative. Don’t hesitate to take it there if you are experiencing problems or are looking for the right bike.

Great bike shop overall! They have an assortment of brands and styles that suit every rider, and they also have great prices on apparel, parts and services. Wait time is very rare, usually I’m in and out within minutes for minor services (bottom bracket replacement, derailleur adjustments, etc...). Will recommend to any of my friends.

Most of the bike shops in the area are pretty good in my experience, but Guthrie has been the best. Service has been exceptional! While other shops had weeks-long queues for service, Guthrie has been able to fix problems in under a day. Theyve performed small repairs and adjustments for me (i.e. derailleur hanger replacement) in minutes while I waited! Ive also been impressed with the salespeople -- they have been friendly and knowledgeable at every interaction.

They have a good selection of high-end mountain bike product, and a motivated, knowledgeable staff.

Our experience was generally positive, but the quote on our bike service and then the actual price we paid were different. The tech neglected to mention the installation cost of tubes when we went in to have the bike tuned. Our discussion gave me the impression that tube installation was included as part of the tune-up.

These guys are the best of the best. We’ve bought 8 bikes here, and been in more times than I can count for service and gear, and I’ve yet to have even a slightly negative experience.
