Nice idea if you want to spend 50 dollars on drinks. It’s good service and I like fizz drinks with candy on top or stuff but still you can swing by maverick and get 20 more oz go 1/4 price and when your driving up fourth the line pokes out 5 cars so it’s really ennoying but still kinda nice

When in Utah, do as the . . . local soccer moms do? Soda shops are definitely a thing here and I am certainly ok with that. Especially Fiiz. I stop by for a 44oz about once a week.After a few times I decided to basically try the entire drink menu, #drinkupFiizup :) The Dr.Pepper drinks are probably my favorites at this point, although I love Mountain Dew any other day of the week. The ones with whip added are do creamy and perhaps decadent lol.The service is always good, lots of teens working during non-school hours. They are always polite.There is a rewards system using your phone number, definitely take advantage if you are a regular. This ones drive through is hard for bigger cars so make sure you are careful when doing the turn.And a little side note: If you go retro and order a cherry iron port you may have to remind them to use extra syrup than the recipe calls for or your drink will taste like just seltzer water.

Ive always loved their drinks. They do a great job with them. When they first opened I loved their chocolate chip cookies then somewhere along the way they changed cookie recipes or something. I tried it once and never again. Today a friend bought me these. I took one bite of each and they were hard as rock and tasted terrible. She tried to order a sugar cookie and the girl told her they are getting rid of them or something so they only have cookies without frosting. My kids wouldnt even eat them after school. If my friend had asked I would have told her at least 4 other cookie places in Bountiful that are much better. But they are a drink place and they do those well.

This place is always busy. Drive thru is the only thing open. Employee manning the drive thru seemed distracted and not listening. I had to repeat our order for two drinks three times and it still came out wrong. Normally good, but today not a great experience.

I really enjoy FiiZ. They have a great selection, but you never know from one to the other if they will have the same drink. They do tell me if I know whats in it they can make it, so there is that! They are a bit pricey, but I guess thats par for the course for specialty drinks!

This comfy place with a nostalgic feel for a quick inexpensive sweet treat beverage and snack usually for under $5 a person. Perfect for a date or any occasion. Sit at the bar or couch and coffee table. decor is so cute! Staff is always very nice.

Staff has always been good, drinks are fine and I used to love their cookies but they have significantly reduced the quality. The sugar cookies taste like something you get mass produced from a store and i ordered a chocolate chip cookie today that even my kids wouldn’t eat. It was dry, crumbly and tasteless with barely any chocolate chips. Probably one of the worst cookies I’ve ever had. It’s so disappointing that profits are being placed above product quality.

Its been 3 years since I watched a Harry Potter movie without a cold butterbeer from Fiiz😋 Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes in the line and have always been greeted with kindness at the window. They make professionals of every single employee and are always expanding their delicious menu. If youre a Dr. Pepper fan, give The Persian (secret menu) a try😍

I am usually a huge Fiiz fan, but I’ve had a few experiences lately that haven’t been great. The last few times I have been my drinks have been either missing cream, put in the wrong soda base, or way overloaded with syrup. I usually get the same thing so I know what it generally tastes like, and I’m usually not picky, but this hasn’t been great. My biggest problem, however, has been that every time I go to Fiiz lately, the workers have their masks down or off completely while they make my drinks. We’re in the middle of a pandemic that could kill me and several members of my family, so it really bothers me that this isn’t being taken seriously at the Bountiful location. I understand that people are generally doing their best and I hate to complain, but this is a really simple thing that you can do to help protect your customers. This has been really really upsetting to me.

Great place, and I would go again. The setting is more of an older look, but it was great. It was very welcoming. Although, it took a very long time to get our drinks because they had moved on to help everyone else coming in. After they were served, the employees remembered we were there and hurried to make the drinks. But, overall, its an awesome place.

I come to this location all the time and have never had a bad experience. I don’t switch up my drink very often, but everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The service (especially the early morning crew) is always great. Mal especially is fabulous, she has a knack for customer service and is always energetic and positive. Overall great service and great drinks!

Favorite drink place in the valley! Let me tell you too, especially if youre not from Utah and therefore uninformed, drink places like this have popped up EVERYWHERE!! So yeah, saying they are the best DEFINITELY means something!Their prices are fair, their concoctions taste the best, and service is quick but friendly

This place is great. They have an incredible amount of choices for drinks. Although, from experience, this place can get busy and the wait times can become a bit lengthy. Other than the wait times sometimes, the drinks are worth it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fiiz is pretty good overall. I would have to say the consistency of their drinks is almost 100%. The sugar cookies arent too bad. Sometimes you get a weird one in a one off batch but overall they arent bad. Good job overall and thanks for the quick flavorful service.

I love how soda shops are a thing again. This place has fun decor, lots of great flavor options, and employees have always been fast and friendly. I like that it has a drive thru too!

Such a fun, cute place!! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Unfortunately, its a bit too small inside to get together with friends, and the drive through is a pain. Its worth it for the delicious drinks though!

Fiiz is awesome. They have a large menu with tons of fun drinks, surely something for everyone. The gentleman taking our order was most helpful when we had questions and made recommendations based on our questions. I recommend trying a Chandler Bing, and if youre not big on ice, ask for light ice!

Walked in around 3:30 PM because the drive-thru line was too long. There seemed to be a lot of workers, I even heard one of them joking how they were over staffed; however, it took several minutes for someone to come help me and the line that was starting to form behind me. It smelled so disgusting like sour milk. I ordered popcorn and a pumpkin cookie. The cookie was lame, like it was make out of cake mix, it didnt taste good and felt dry. The girl working the window as asked if they had Draculas Blood, she didnt know what that was and asked her co-workers and no one really helped her they just told her to look it up.

Best place for those special mixtured beverages 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 top notch!! If you enjoy double portions (Antifreeze) of your favorite drink then ask to get it filthy. If the FiiZ employee doesnt know what it is just let them know its double portions yo. I love this place I go at least once a week. So worth it!

This place is amazing. They know how to deal with a large rush and always get our order correct. The staff are super friendly. The drinks and cookies are so yummy. We moved away and still drive to this specific location even though there is another fiiz closer to home.

Bummed with my experience today. Went through the drive thru and the employee helping us was too busy talking to her coworkers to pay much attention to ask. She would talk with them and then ask us to repeat ourselves. She shut the window immediately after giving us the order but forgot to give us the straws. They other employees talking with her were having an inappropriate and unprofessional conversation, cursing while they were at it. The chocolate chip cookie was disappointing. Hardly any chocolate chips and it was very hard and dry. I think it may have been sitting out for a while. At the price of the cookie, I’ll go down the street to Crumbl next time.

I love Fizz! I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a location and not had great customer service! And the fact that they have crust club starting tomorrow, is so exciting! Keep up the good work fizz!!

It takes one time to never want to come back. The wait was long, the kid taking the orders outside had no idea what he was doing. The order was wrong when we got to the window, and the girl at the window had no people skills and obviously had no idea what to do when I said the order was wrong. Not that anytime cares, but Swig has better customer service and the cookies are better.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The cookies (specifically the sugar cookie) used to be some of the best around. Unfortunately the changes they made are a bummer. The actual cookie isn’t as soft, and the frosting is too warm and the consistency is almost runny now. Still love the drinks however! I would love to see the old sugar cookies be brought back or at the very least chill the new one.

This place is way better than all the other soda places. it has more variety and options that you can choose from Then any other of its competitors combined. The staff there is friendly and very fun to be around.

They used to be very good. But lately they have made changes to their reward program that totally ripped off their patrons their earned points.Also quality has gone down. Ice having an off taste like chemicals, a drink with plastic in it, and a drink given back by the car in front after driver tasted it given to me.Too many options to have to deal with this any more.

Drinks are yummy. I recommend Drama Queen. Macaroons (French Style, not coconut) are excellent. Try the Strawberry- Lemonade flavor. Service is a little slow, but usually friendly. Fun atmosphere. Biggest drawback is poor access to the drive through.

FiiZ never fails to satisfy! The drinks here are superb and the service is amazing. My favorite drink is the Coke Zero Captain Jack Sparrow with Raspberry Purè and added vanilla. It is to absolutely fantastic! If you come here once, youll be hooked!

I went in to buy a gift card and a teenage boy helped me. He was not disrespectful but wasnt at all customer service friendly. I asked if they did gift cards and he cut me off and said yeah, is that all you want?. Then in the middle of my transaction he and his friend takes a selfie!!! Then walked away when I was paying and yelled across the room youre good!. I’m sorry but even Chick-fil-A teen workers have a better understanding of customer service. This is why I dont go here.

This is my favorite local joint to get great soda drinks. Very friendly staff. ...and for whatever reason, their soda just tastes better. Highly recommend. My one complaint is the drive through situation... its rough. There is not enough room to maneuver.

We came at 9:57 just before their drive through closed. Their open sign was still on and the lights but someone shouted out of the drive through that they had just closed. I understand that we came just before they closed but we wouldnt have even stopped had we not seen that the open sign was still lit up and that there was still time before 10.

The drinks are exceptional. Lots of delicious combinations. The drive through can take a surprisingly long time for just drinks. Overall its worth the wait.

We love Fiiz. We come to this location often. We have only had one experience that wasn’t top notch. First off they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. Secondly my wife’s drink was awful. It had a weird taste and we ended up throwing it away. Hopefully it was a one off. We’d have gone back and said something but we were in a hurry home. Overall great location and good drinks.

FiiZ is well..FiiZ. Come here for a cheap soda and only that. I dont recommend the snacks, but the soda varieties are plenty and the price is surprisingly low. It can get packed at times but I usually arrive at low traffic times. Be sure to experiment and try the many different flavors they have available. If you love non alcoholic drinks this is the place for you.

By far THE GREATEST Fiiz there is! My wife and I literally drive an hour just to come to this location because it REALLY IS that much better. It’s so good it was even our first stop on our way from our ceremony to our reception on our wedding day. There’s just no beating the bountiful fiiz!

Bought drinks and sat down. Went back up to counter and asked for a cup of water and the kid behind the counter insisted I needed to order to get water, meaning I had to order again! I pointed to the drinks back at my table and said I already ordered and the kid refused to give me water. Wow. Horrible customer service. Train your employees better.

The new computer system has ruined it. Rewards were lost in the change over. The new reward system isnt worth the time. Something is off on drinks now.

I honestly spend more time at fiiz than at home some days. The employees are awesome, the drinks are good, and it overall has a very nice environment. Its Instagrammable, has a comfy couch, and it feels like home to me. Its where I always hang out with my friends, and I love it.
