Went looking for piano lesson books with contemporary and popular music and they have lots of it - at various proficiency levels to boot! Well stocked music store with lots of sheet music, music books (pop, religious, classical, jazz, new age, etc.) and equipment for guitars and other instruments. The service is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is s GREAT store to have in Bountiful as a music resource. Thank you!

I love Bountiful Music! My piano teacher would always get her music here so I decided to visit (10+ years ago). I’ve been a frequent visitor ever since. I love how they cycle in fresh music from relevant artists. They have a great selection for many instruments.

The staff is very unfriendly. They list guitars on their Google listing and have pictures of guitars. I went in to ask about guitar strings and they acted like I should have known I was in the wrong place. Call it a piano shop, because thats about all it is.

(I had visited a few other music stores and was surprised that no one could give me definitive answers).Shannon had what I needed, she was willing to give me a discount, she was helpful and delivered what was promised.I will shop here again! Went there for a music workshop of choral song for church choirs. Great workshop. Fun time singing through random songs to get a better feel for them. Personable people, cozy facility, and good relationships with local vendors.

We love Bountiful Music. With 4 kids all wanting to play a musical instrument of some kind, it can put a dent in the wallet. Bountiful Music has very reasonable prices, the Staff is so friendly and helpful. My two youngest both wanted custom Ukeleles. Bountiful Music sent out a search, found the items, and had them shipped to the store in a very short time. They have been a great help!!

I was amazed a business would take a personal interest in just one customer. Thank you!!!I purchased a flute case as a replacement for my daughter. I was not sure that it would be the right style and size, so I asked if I could take it home, try it, and return it the next day, if it did not work. The employee helping me told me he was certain I could return it as long as I kept the receipt, no problem. I confirmed that was okay, because I would be willing to bring my daughter into the store, if I needed to. It was a $50 case.Needless to say, I brought the case home. Her flute did not fit. When I tried to return it, it was in-store credit only. I could not even exchange it for a different flute case, because of limited selection.I have always liked Bountiful music, its unfortunate that this happened. I wish the customer service (and selection of replacement cases) was better.

Great service! Clean, convenient, local musical resource. I love that they rent to own instruments for beginners and that as long as you continuously rent you can even switch instruments. They also can measure you for the right fit. Well definitely be back.

As a professional musician, I frequented this store years before I ever moved to Bountiful. They have a good selection of music, and if, perchance, they dont have just what you want, they will get it. In fact, I just got off the phone with them where they are placing a special order for me. Their staff, over the years Ive done business with them, is friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

We filmed a promotional video at this location and they have a large selection of music books. Everything from Oldies to Disney and all the Genres in between. Guitars hang around the room and the vibe is defiantly chill. Its a relaxed atmosphere with talented professionals inside willing to show you the equipment any time. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing give this 4 stars all day.

The owner is knowledgeable and helpful and will special order for music teachers. Lots of piano method music, lots of popular music, and lots of Chriatmas music! A nice keyboard in the front of the store for trying out music. For rent: A hall in the back with a grand piano for recitals.

I had a great experience here. I was purchasing an instrument from a third party and brought it here. They were willing to inspect and tune the instrument. George was helping me out and hehe d a great job! I felt confident with the buy when he was done. They were able to help me find all the accessories needed to get started. If youre from the Bountiful area, this is a mainstay music store. The staff is usually fairly knowledgeable. If they dont have it - they will find a way to order it in. Prices are on the pricy end of competitive. You can usually shop around to find a better deal.

A small sheet music shop with ukeleles, guitars, and etc. The staff was knowledgeable, but the selection was limited (it is small) and mostly aimed at students or beginners. A mix of jazz and classical piano and organ music, and a modest amount if pop music.

The costumer service is brilliant! they made sure my cork I was replacing was the right match ( spent a but doing so) for my trombone. the lessons Ive been taking lessons from them and Ive improved a TON! I went to play the first not to playing songs more complex then a rubix cube. the teachers are more professional than a penguin in a tux. and over all great place to be.

New management is great. Ive known the Barfuss family a long time.

I called and asked about rentals they were very helpful. I told the girl I would be in tomorrow (Sunday) she said nothing about them being closed and Google says they are opened. This was very frustrating since I drove all the way from Tooele just to find them closed.

I did a rent to own contract on a viola here for my son and was told if he wanted to switch instruments that I could use whatever I had paid towards the viola for another instrument. Then when I actually went into the store to switch instruments they said that I had no store credit, even though Ive been paying $40 a month for the past 9 months. Extremely poor customer service, if youre going to tell someone they will get store credit then you should follow through on that promise. Im very unhappy with the way I was dealt with, the two children behind the counter were snarky, rude, and flippant about the whole situation. I will never again go here becuase of the poor customer service I received.
