I had an excellent experience with Martys. I purchased the car from out of state although I did go there for a test drive. Purchasing a Certified Used Car was a pleasant experience as Martys took care of the items needing repair prior to my accepting delivery. Then, they delivered the car to my house. Having done a lot of research, Martys price was extremely competitive. And I can now say that their service is excellent as well. They came through with every promise made during the sales process. I highly recommend Martys Chevrolet.

I purchased a used car from Martys Chevrolet. The BMW had a small dent in the hood that was not noticed at the time of purchase. I called the dealer to complain and Marc Danner made sure that it was fixed. It took awhile, but I was happy with the results. They also detailed the vehicle after the repair. It was spotless. Thanks for the quality service and give Marc a raise. I would recommend this dealer.

One month to perform simple repair, with no loaner, and absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction. I caution all of my friends and family to stay away from Chevy. This is the second repair on my 2019 Silverado in less than 6 months, each of which left me without my work truck for over a month. This type of service is completely unacceptable.

Made an appointment with Ronald Lamber to test drive a 2021 Equinox. He was very helpful in answering questions on a vehicle choice due to my medical issues, and budget constraints and using my lease Loyalty credits and my GM credits to help get the vehicle in my budget. Ronald was super helpful with answering questions and finding an Equinox that fit my wifes desire for a silver Equinox with black interior. Staff is always friendly, from the receptionist to service personell. I have owned my vehicle for just over a year now and have only had it serviced at Martys in Bourne. Booking the service appointment on line is simple and convenient, and I am always out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. I will continue to utilize Martys as long as I own my Chevrolet.

Arrived for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, but one of my tires had gone flat while traveling to your dealership. It turned out it had been slashed. Your dealership didnt have the tires I needed in stock and I needed to catch the ferry back to Marthas Vineyard that day so the Service Dept. called around other nearby tire places until they found one that had the tires I needed in stock and set me up with an immediate appointment. I was VERY impressed and VERY grateful!

Well its October...four months since my first review and they are still SCREAMING on their radio ads. I hear that woman shriek and I have to turn off the radio. Why is she screaming? I dont understand.Wouldnt go there based on that shrieking radio ad. My ears are ringing after I have to suffer through that insane ad. Have they not heard it? No way anyone can listen to that and think thats an acceptable way to get potential customers attention. They are literally SCREAMING.

Make sure you get it in writing the days of a handshake and trust are gone. 10th new dump truck we have purchased and had upfitted. Asked three times about hitch showed up without hitch plate they plasma cut off the one installed on the truck and kept it. Then sent me a picture of it explaining the hitch is PART of the dump body then I was told should have gotten it in writing. I was born at night JUST NOT LAST NIGHT.....I will never ever go here even if they are the last car dealer on earth...I will buy a new pair of sneakers first.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealer in the past 3 years.2 brand new express 2500 vans1 2500 van with 6600 miles1 brand new chevy 1500 crew cab truck1 brand new chevy 2500 Duramax ltz1 pre-owned 2017 chevy tahoe.I was always extremely happy with Charlie and Bill. I went in recently ready to make a deal on another van. I was dealing with Ron who was very helpful. While trying to negotiate a deal with Ron some other guy I guess his superior started giving me an attitude and wouldnt budge on the price (Im not talking about thousands just a couple hundred due to some scratches and I didnt want it detailed because I get all my trucks painted.) You have successfully lost a forever customer due to hiring this guy who has no idea how to talk to fellow business owners who want a no nonsense buying experience.

Worst service i have ever received when i spoke with their sales manager Mark. Paid for a car and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m yet to receive the vehicle because they were selling a car they did not own so it has title delays. When ever i called the sales manager is very disrespectful to the extent of slamming the phone down with me on the line as if i am begging them for a vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, the same day I requested it.Everyone was especially helpful and friendly. The building was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to the tech that did my service. He was honest, respectful and did an excellent job, was very thorough, he can work on my vehicle anytime. Purchased a 2017 Silverado LTZ from Martys in July. Two weeks later the truck was in the shop for a check engine light. Bad grille shudders. Got the truck back, two weeks later the truck was squealing and screeching uncontrollably. Also, the stereo screen/display had also shut off. Dropped the truck off, 6 days later got the truck back. They replaced the rear brakes and performed an update to the stereo. Funny because they told me they had a certified inspection done on the truck before it was sold. Well they did another multi point inspection and sent her out the door. Fast forward to November, check engine light comes back on and now the truck is vibrating. Brought it to another dealer to have them look at the truck. They replaced a FWD module. They also stated the front brakes were so corroded and rusted that they needed to be replaced ASAP. While doing the breaks, they also informed me that the tires all need to be replaced. So much for Martys multi-point inspection. They missed a check engine light, ignored the failing front brakes, and now I get to do a new set of tires. The truck has been in the shop 5 times in 5 months. Truly a gift that keeps giving.

Marty’s Chevy really is the best place to go for a new car. From prior experience the process of buying a car can be so stressful. Will I get a good deal? Will I feel pressured? Will I have buyer’s remorse? Will they be helpful if I need something after the sale is completed? Every employee I came in contact with was professional, helpful, easy to work with and most of all just treated me right. I got a great deal, there was no pressure, I have no buyer’s remorse and they were especially helpful once the deal was done. You really can’t ask for anything more. Other dealers should take note. This is how you do business. Don’t waste your time at Quirk and fall for their gimmicks with low advertised pricing online. Thank you so much to Erika who went above and beyond answering the million questions I had, Bill & Al for making the trade-in evaluation process seamless and easy and to Derek in Finance and Charlie for helping me get in and out of the dealer in 45 minutes on the day to sign and pick up my car with my 2 year old son tagging along. I am temporarily disabled and unable to drive until Nov 6th at the earliest. However, I wanted to take advantage of the October Truck Month incentives. The sales manager drove a truck to my house for me to look at and so he could evaluate my trade. We made the deal the next day all over the phone or through email, then the next night he dropped off my truck. I have never experienced this level of service from a car dealership and Ill be shopping again here in the future for sure.

Went in with my wife for a new car today. The salesman himself was alright. Some other guy, maybe a superior if I had to guess, had a real mouth on him though.Despite being upfront about our budget, however, they still tried to pull the ol’ dealer BS, and ended up losing a sale over like $2k that we just couldn’t afford. Funny, really. With how eagerly they advertise their “military appreciation” they had an odd way of showing it to an Army veteran, in the midst of a global health crisis, where I highly doubt people are scrambling to drop tens of thousands of dollars on new vehicles.So, certainly won’t ever go back. Highly recommend you don’t either. I doubt I’ll have any trouble finding someone who’s happy to take my money as the markets continue to collapse.

Hate to say it but it felt like a typical GM service dept.I felt as though I was informed of the issues with my vehicle; however I was the one who had to initiate the conversation about the fact that some items were under warranty. That conversation felt like a struggle and they wanted to talk about it as little as possible. I double checked and the items that were not covered had been replaced under warranty but now they were not. That is awful. If you (Chevy) make a faulty part that is going to fail every few years you are purposely designing it so I will have to come to you and get it fixed and always be paying you.Theresa who drove me to and from the dealership was very nice, and friendly and helpful. David the service Manager was nice enough, but kind of abrasive and seemed to not want to be there. He was not super helpful and seemed like he was always concerned that he needed to not tell me too much and hide he facts a bit in order to get me to believe him and just pay for the repairs.My wife has a Toyota, I wish the Toyota dealership down the street was able to service my Chevy. They are super nice and friendly and talk to you about your car and want the best for you and give you all your options. I have no loyalty to Toyota, but they just have a better way to treat customers at that dealership.When I bought my Cruze from a different dealership back in 2014, I was a huge fan, loved the car and loved Chevy. I wanted to have it for many years, if this dealer (which is the only one close to me) treats me this way I will find another dealer or just invest in a different brand of vehicle.

I usually do not leave reviews but my experience here was pretty outstanding. This was my first service at this dealership, so first impressions really sealed it with me. I came during a high traffic time and the attendant was very upfront and honest about the wait time. I scheduled a service for 3:30pm and was in my car at 4:15! I was not aware when I went there but they do honor military members and for that reason I will always support those who support us!! I will be bringing my car back soon!

Pleasant service visit. No pushing or high pressure upsells for what was just an oil change and tire rotation. Dealership is clean and everyone was friendly. Waiting area is comfy and has some treats to pass the time. Getting in and out of the lot is tricky but thats hardly their fault.

They may have a great sales experience, but when they require you to provide your name and phone number just to view their inventory (so they can spam call as openly stated in the fine print), they need to take a page from every other dealer. If you dont want to post prices online thats fine, but hiding inventory immediately rules this dealership out.

Had a warranty repair done on my truck, took a couple days for the part to get in. The loaner car they provided stunk of pot smoke. I asked for a different vehicle but was told that was all they had. I am in the military and live on base, smelling like pot can cost me my job. I explained this and asked what my options were and I was told I could take the pot-stink car or not take it. I asked to speak with a manager and suddenly a third option of getting a rental car from Enterprise was presented to me. The rental car was excellent and they covered the cost. All in all they fixed the truck and got me a loaner car but I would feel better about the whole thing if they didnt make me fight for it. Had I not been pushy I wouldve gotten screwed, I dont like being put in that position.

While vacationing on the Cape our car experienced transmission trouble. We had to find a dealership to repair it. Though we were not from the area, Martys got us in the afternoon we called, found the problem, ordered the part, arranged for a rental car for us, made the repair and called us when it was done. They handled all the paperwork with the warranty. The staff was very friendly, We are very happy with Martys Chevrolet.

Went there because my truck caught fire today and was totally burned. Seen an Ivy Green Metallic Equinox that we fell in love with. In under an hour and a half I test drove and leased it with them taking the Trax lease in. Dealt with the sales manager, Bill Morris. Great laid back experience with him and the rest of the team I met. Sure beats dealing with the defunct Beard Chevrolet/Prime Motors, which I WAS a loyal customer since 1999 and five vehicles. The car was towed there on a Friday it was not looked at until Wednesday of the following week. It was supposed to be fixed on Thursday, but they told me ‘the part did not come in’ so I had to wait an extra day, and they would not lend me a car to use. Meaning I was without a vehicle for an entire week. That is pretty horrible service.

Marty’s Chevy service department participates in shady business practice. They are unskilled, lying, rude, unprofessional scammers. I first called for service for a known issue regarding my certified pre owned camaro. They acknowledged my car was certified pre owned with bumper to bumper coverage but told me I would still be expected to pay a diagnosis fee. I promptly contacted Chevy directly to ask them about this. They assured me a diagnosis was covered and called Marty’s to inform them of this and to schedule and appointment. I dropped the car off and spoke to the service manager regarding by squealing brakes. I had told them that I had read on the internet from forums that the squealing was normal, they assured me that it was in fact not normal and that they would take a look. I was called to come in and talk to the mechanic. He informed me that the squealing noise was emitting from the front brakes and they I needed to replace the ridiculously priced high brakes because he felt they were cracked and causing the noise. He also said that in case the back brakes were contributing to the squealing noise that I should lubricate them. I took him at his word assuming that he would be an expert Chevy mechanic, and that he knew better then the forums online. Lesson learned, he was totally incorrect. I doubt he even attempted to test them after installing, i couldn’t make it down the street without hearing the same squeal I had been hearing before. The service manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and even tried charging me the diagnosis fee even though it was arranged with Chevy corporate that there would be no such fee. I called to speak with this nasty woman regarding getting it looked at again and she insisted all she was willing to do was replace the brakes again. LOL THANKS. I brought it to the general sales managers attention and he said his service staff informed me that, they told me that the squealing would not go away but I insisted I wanted the brakes changed anyways. again man, LOL. Who insists to buy things they don’t need. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in the auto industry. Thanks to good ole Marty’s Chevrolet I’m down 500 bucks for brakes I didn’t need. They refused to make it right in any way. Zero compromise. Do not bring your car here for service ever. They don’t know what their doing and they lie non stop. Terrible business practices, worst dealer ever.
