Great online experience reserving a unit and then a couple weeks later activating the move in. Was easily able to show up yesterday (Sunday morning) before the office opened and gain access to our inside unit. Will highly recommend CubeSmart whenever the opportunity arises.

The staff at CubeSmart’s Bourne, MA, facility is professional, informed and considerate. All my questions and concerns were addressed clearly and in depth, making sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the storage space itself and the terms of the rental agreement. Bridgette guided me on the way to the space and provided a full rundown of the facility hours. And on a subsequent visit her associate took the time to redirect me to the best exit for the loading zone. The peace of mind that comes from having belongings in a safe and sound facility starts with trust in the professionals that manage it.

Everything went smoothly during my time with storage and there were no issues. People at the front desk took care of everything I needed. Everything one would hope for with a storage facility.

Dina was very helpful, compassionate and supportive over the phone coordinating my rental over time, amidst a very stressful transcontinental move. Bridgette helped by being speedily efficient and effective at getting me signed up on-site, showing me to my unit, and setting me up with a dolly when she learned I was interested in placing a few things in storage at time of sign up. I was given mixed messages and so there was some confusion at one point about my rental that occurred, however, thankfully, we were able to work it out. Its also problematic for me to have a pod from 1-800-packrat, as CubeSmart does not allow for the pod to be delivered and later picked up for liability reasons, and 1-800-packrat will rarely do live deliveries, and if they will, its at a hefty fee ($500 quoted) so its a headache Im still working on to get the majority of my things from California in the pod into my CubeSmart storage unit. For these reasons, Im rating it 4, and not 5-stars. CubeSmart in Bourne is new and its proximity to my location on Cape at this time is greatly appreciated.

When I first went to trhe place of business the girl behind the counter was very plesant and explained the rules and then took us to look at our unit. I explained that I would probably get lost the place is huge, so she found another unit that was much easier to get to.
