Been here a few times. A half hour out of the way and worth it. Pass the Largo location on purpose. In and out in no time. GOOD TO GO...
After circling the outer-parts of the entire building, I finally found the correct entrance only to be met by a notice on the window that Comcast is closed today. A building employee let me know that a Comcast employee is stuck in traffic and won’t make it in. I’m confused....how is the entire Comcast location closed down because one employee is stuck in traffic? Did said employee carpool with the rest of the employees. Where is everyone else at? I’ve experienced questionable customer service with Comcast before but this is just ridiculous. People are wasting gas driving here for services.
I have used this location for many years. Never a line, never a wait, never a problem. I applaud the people who work here. It does not seem like the most exciting job to have. Then to deal with bad, snooty, incorrect reviews on top of it.
The phone number takes you to a main number that dumps you in a hole with no savors,it seems to me all people who work at Comcast do not want to work, they want you to hang up and call another number that you should have pushed #, yes you need Psychic powers.Geographic areas for companies are important, so they can have local customer service.
I guess when you get paid garbage per hour, your service will be garbage. Not friendly and not Profesional. Never have updated equipment. Went by today to upgrade my modem an I was told they havent had the new modems for 2 months. I was instructed to go to an XFINITY store Lmao. So happy I pay hundreds of dollars monthly
Trying to find this place was like navigating a maze. It was in the back of a lonely building.
Fast and easy with no lines
The website says they are open until 5:30. I got there at 5:10 and it was closed. The girl walked out and I asked if I could just drop off my equipment. She said no, we are closed. I told her they are open until 5:30 so I still had 20 minutes. She shrugged and said there was nobody here to take it... Customer service is a joke and this confirms my decision to change to Verizon. This is so unprofessional.
This place is terrible, you have a door right by the window where you get service, but you have to walk all the way from the front of the building, no concern for elderly.....1 person at the window so the wait is pretty long if you got people in front of you
Ghetto..... makes people look bad the way this place conducts themselves. Just stay away from Bowie Comcast ...or Bowie overall smh
They close at 5 not 530 drove about 20 minutes to get here and got here at 5 after with not a soul here. Thanks!
Easy access, quick service
Very easy to drop off our broken cable box and pick up a new one. All my questions were answered and my whole stop took less than 5 minutes.
Good service. Quick
Quiet. Clean. Close to home
I wait to receive a defective box. Ill stick with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. Two hours spent to rearrange living room and 48 minutes on the phone with Comcast, time I cant get back.
Good spot in a elderly community
I couldnt pay my mobile bill with them but only can buy a phone or other services thats wrong why cant they offer pay services at the location
Does not exist anymore. Do not come here for Comcast.
Office not open on Saturdays & the phone # is temporarily unavailable.
Hard to locate but found after 15 mins driving in a circle
No live person answers the phone. They arent really open till 5:30 PM as they list on google or as known by the Comcast representatives. Its like mission impossible just to get service from them, which sounds pretty strange from my future customer .
Comcast Order Specialist on phone told me to go here on a Saturday, said they were open, they are not.
Excellent service.
POSTED HOURS ON SATURDAY IS TO 12:00ARRIVED AT 10:00 OFFICE WAS CLOSED
Why do I have to restart my system every day.
Not happy at all.
