Really enjoyed the experience with this group of people. They were kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. With that said they were able to sell just about everything that was worth of value timely and efficiently. It was a quick process too. I would absolutely recommend this service for anybody dealing with a situation of needing to sell theirs or a loved ones personal belongings. Great experience.

Poorly and Un-Professional Run Business. They dont advertise the sale with signs the days of the sale, as they are too cheap to pay the $5 Permit fee in my city. They collect your money at sale, and dont give it back Until 30 Days. I am still waiting after 6 weeks Checks in the Mail. Their Sales Documentation is Poor, and in my case sold furniture and didnt list the Items and I am trying to get my money.

These people are fabulous. Sold my 5 bedroom house and no longer wanted to drag items around. They come in and price all items - they know their stuff. On sales day they bring in many to have careful watch over your items. They sold probably 80% of my items, what was left they took for consignment. Ellyn was in constant contact and always available to answer questions. Recommend that if you have a need for an auction you use this amazing firm! Great experience

TERRIBLE experience! We had an estate sale that took place on July 16-19, 2020. The contract states that 21 days from the end of the estate sale we would receive a written summary of what was sold. Then a week later we were supposed to receive the check. That would put receipt of the summary around 8/10 and receipt of the check around 8/17. FIVE weeks after these deadlines were missed, on 9/22, we finally received the summary and check together. The name on the check was misspelled and the summary (see attached) was useless; no detail whatsoever. To top it all off my inquires with the accounting person who would tell me I will let you know later today (never did), I will let you know tomorrow (never did), the check was sent (never sent) went on for weeks. I even called the owner of the company and guess what? No response! This company is not reputable. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company is a joke. Dont waste your time. Not reputable at all.

September 11th 2020 Port St Lucie estate sale by jonesy. They had a picture of a valuable Macintosh stereo receiver on estate sales.net. first day of the auction as the doors were open it had already been sold. This is a fake estate sales company.

If you have time to chase them for months to then receive a ridiculous amount of money for what they sold go for it... They’re plain out thieves

Our family had the pleasure of working with Estate Sales by Jonsey. Ellyn was easy to work with during this very difficult time. She understood our situation and accommodated our needs and limitations. She was always available and very professional. We had hoped to have an estate sale, but due to COVID 19 and my moms house closing date that was not possible. Instead, Ellyn was willing to consign many of my moms antique items that she felt could be sold at her warehouse. She was very honest. She was a guardian angel whose assistance resulted in a positive outcome to what seemed like an impossible situation. To this day, my heart rests easier knowing that some of my moms important belongings may be able to be sold. And in turn, my mom receives some money to help cover her living expenses. Thank you Ellyn for your caring heart.

I had to sell stuff from my house because I was moving. I had a great conversation with Ellyn the rep and she even held the sale for me. I had some items left and she even took them from my house to her warehouse to sell them for me. I happily walked away with a nice check. Now my new neighbors hired her and they love the experience too.
