Always a pleasant and scented experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not a bad wait to check out and there was plenty of selection available. Store is fairly clean but the signage for entering and exiting on the floors (COVID precautions) are mostly ignored and just detract from the appearance of the store since they arent in-use.

My experience was grand.The young lady who helped me was pleasant and informative.Her wonderful attitude was refreshing.The store was clean and neat.The stock was presented nicely.All items were fronted.I will definitely be returning.Please give the employees a bonus and give a raise to the person in charge of hiring.Job well done.Continue on with the standard you have set for hiring in this store particularly.

I ordered from them online and chose to pick up instore and when i got there they said they don’t do that… so i had already paid online and never received my items because they said they don’t do online? i’m very confused and mad i spent my money of this place

Great Customer Service normally, however, as I was choosing products for purchase on 10/13/2020, a male associate escorted a customer next to and inches away from me...The associate idly stood by while the customer reached around me to browse for her selection. I looked to the associate who initiated the close contact and who said nothing about Social Distancing.Since the current Covid-19 pandemic is still in effect and per Bath & Body Works’ store signs and the CMS requirements, I immediately and responsibly stepped aside to place 6 feet distance between the 3 of us and waited. No apologies were offered until I reached the cashier.

The workers were very helpful and this story is always clean.

I come to this location very often and although there is a high turnaround with staff, everyone there is always SUPER friendly and always willing to help you find what youre looking for or make suggestions! Tons of sales and great deals. This is my favourite Bath and Body Works location.

Friendly and helpful staff who helped answer questions about the promotions. You can also try out some soaps at the sinks there which is great. This mall is a bit scarce of people and slightly depressing, but once you enter this store, the vibes changes to being more upbeat. If you’re looking for a not-so-busy location, this would be a good choice.

Overpriced candles, lotions and shower gels. The only good thing is they had a 75% off sale, so basically $3.50 per lotion, which is what they are worth anyway. As long as my daughter is happy, so am I.

I love Bath and Body works for their aromatherapy line. This location is usually pretty busy but they are willing to help you as soon as you walk through the door.
