I bought my bed here and had a reasonably good experience, but the product they sell is overpriced garbage that comes with a lot of baggage. We bought the P5 with adjustable base and the $230 bed cover. About $5000. 100 day free trial. We decided we didnt like the bed, it feels like a air mattress with foam. There is a $250 return fee, adjustable base is non-refundable. And customer service is a nightmare to try to to get a hold of. I still think I dodged a bullet because at least Im not stuck paying service fees for the next 10 years when 1 of the many components of the bed decide to break.

Ordered our new bed today. Carol was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable. Cant wait to get our new bed. Maybe then, Ill finally sleep through the night 💤

I did not purchase a bed from this company but I just wanted people to be aware of their delivery . Looks like they use a third-party who had a very old truck that leaked oil. A big glob and a trail of oil all the way down. I’ve called the store who referred me to someone and I didn’t hear a peep. Terrible!!! Imagine if this was on your driveway??Update: I called and made a claim almost 2 weeks ago. No response. Oil is slippery. Please talk to the Manager there.

We had a great sales experience with Mary who did an excellent job explaining all of the different options. She is patient and kind and follows up. She answered a million questions from my husband who is an engineer. We are super excited about our final decision to purchase the I8 adjustable mattress and bedding.Can’t wait to get it! I will be following up with an additional review.

I wont buy or do anymore recommendations for Sleep Number. The cover ripped by one of the top magnets about a year after I purchased. It caused the mattress to slide down a little but still functioned. Fast forward one year and 4 months, when the air chamber started to leak and in 20 mins the mattress was out of air. I called customer support. Sleep Numbers representative Katherine was very nice and helpful, but her supervisor Rodger was not. These beds are only covered for 100% replacement on parts for 2 years. This is $6,237.50 bed. Rodger was willing to give me a one time waver for the air chamber replacement cost that just broke, but not the cover that ripped a year and 4 months prior. I didnt think is was smart for Roger to lose a customer and all the referrals I have given. You may love the comfort of this bed, but be prepared to pay a high price when you purchase and also for the repairs once you get past the two year warranty. I just think a $6,237.50 bed shouldnt be costing you to repair its basic parts after a couple years. Sleep Number should be making a better product that last longer. Not many folks have this much money to throw away on what appears to be a disposable product.

There was absolutely no pressure and both of the associates were extremely helpful. Michelle, was my sale associate and was very knowledgeable about the products. I was very satisfied with the experience.

My review is with Sleep Number and not the store. Dont believe the warranty...my air pump/motor stopped working. The man on the phone said i should order a new one instead of someine coming down to fix this one.. I had 90 days to return it. My son fixed the orig pump so when i called to return it and get my $150 refund..they said it could not be returned..sounds like a sales rip off to me..why they could not send soneone to fix it.And it was an easy fix...dont but Sleep Number they dont stand by theirproduct.Supposedly there is suppose to be a 10yr warrenty on the bed..I had it 5 years....thats what I mean...they deceive and lie!!

I would rate the experience I had at this store higher if I could. The store representative was very kind and patient. She answered all my questions and all of the products are great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent customer service! I was saddened to learn the Boca Raton store had closed, but so glad this store is nearby. The staff is super friendly and informative. Ive been buying sleep number bedding since 2014 and havent bought any other brand since. It was time to replace some bedding and because Im very picky with color it was great to see and feel everything in the store and ask questions. My dog is happy as he is now sleeping on the hand me down comforters and were happy we have awesome new bedding - the Primaloft Down Alternative Comforter is the best and we have two for each bed. Go to the store - you wont be disappointed - whatever isnt in stock is shipped to you for free! The more you buy, the more discount you may be eligible for, so get your pillows, pillow covers, mattress protectors, sheets and comforters in the same trip.This brand is great for longevity - I still have sheets and comforters from 2014 and all are in good shape despite my washing machine tending to shred clothing.

I like the no pressure approach. This is a big purchase and learning more about the key features and functions was eye opening. I appreciate the time spent with me. I have not yet made a purchase, however, when I am ready this store would certainly get my business.

Service was great. I have had one of the older versions of this bed for 20 years and I cant say enough great things about it. Im blown away about all the new and improved features of the new beds and with the 48 months interest free finance option, u get into a mid sized option bed which, is more than enough for 48 bucks a month, with no out of pocket.If u suffer from a bad back or some type of pain that prevents u from getting a restful night sleep....this bed is the ONE!Dont even try comparing other beds youd be wasting your time. I have 5 herinating disks and degenerating joint dease in my back and this bed saved my life! Love it!!!!Definately a go to and the warranty is 20 years ....20 years....How can you go wrong?.....Go try the demo and see your pressure points and find out your sleep number, You will be SOLD!

I had one of these mattresses 2 years ago. I would always roll to the middle and be very uncomfortable since the other side was set to firm and mine to plush. Personally, not worth the money for an airbed.

Luis Pla (Boynton store) was patient, low key and helped us understand the ins and outs of the sleep number products. No pressure, let us take our time trying to make a decision......and all of this was Memorial Day LAST YEAR!!! We did not buy then, for reasons not of the product, but by this Memorial day it was time to make our investment. Well as we walked in, Luis met us at the door and clearly remembered us, even a year later. He again was great in assisting us as we did make our purchase this time!! As for our bed, we are anxiously waiting for delivery!!!

These morons sent some dirtbags to set up my $5000 bed. They broke some parts and never came back to fix it nor would I want those drug addicts back in my home. Also, I financed the bed 0% and then they never sent a bill or called. They reported me to credit agencies and dropped my credit 200 points.

I was very impressed and Im sure I will be pleased with my bed though it is very expensive.
