Clean, well organized, and 99% of the stuff I wanted was in stock. I come here at least once a week and enjoy this Publix.

This was by far the most disappointing stop at Publix Ive ever made. It most definitely was not like a normal Publix. The shelves were not stocked. No spicy pickles. No Claussen either. The black lady helping bag groceries was rude. Will not go back to this location.

This store is always clean and employees are very nice. When something is on sale it is located in the front when you walk in. Not all stores do this..

It’s a Publix, so it’s bound to be good. I don’t remember if it was particularly good, but the worst Publix is better than the worst Winn Dixie. The employees are the best of the best of course. They just randomly know where everything is without looking around, and if not they’ll do everything they can to help you find it.

I really want to recognize Mr Jeff from the bakery department! Very helpful and patient with my custom cake order. From first to last step, he was kind and very informative. Made the process seamless and took care of me. Very refreshing experience knowing this location has great staff like him. will definitely be coming back to this location. You are appreciated Mr Jeff!

This Publix has always been amazing used to live by it 10 years ago and Shop there all the time every once in awhile I go there for something, and its still amazing!

If I wanted spicy wings, I am always out of luck at this Publix location. Traffic is heavy at this place, but if I stop in at 7 P.M., nothing is left at the hot wings isle. Too many times wasted hoping and trying.

The parking lot is a mess, I try to avoid this Publix, just because of the parking lot.

Went for flu vaccine.. they were unable to bill the V.A. which was supposed to happen. Paid the $61 - minus $10 gift card - .. wasnt gonna waste time trying to figure it out.. worth the 50 bucks to feel relatively safe

This store is lacking. I like the Pharmacy and the convenience of the liquor store, and most of the checkout staff. However, I prefer to drive south to the next Publix as they have fresher produce, they carry a better product selection, the deli operates more efficiently and the parking is so much better. Hasnt been the same since the old management left.

Every time I go into this location to pick up fried chicken for dinner they never have anything on the shelves. They always tell me 30 minutes. It’s dinner hour. I always have to leave and go to the Lantana store which I’ll be going to from now on because they’re always stocked!

Publix needs to allow their cashiers to tell customers this is 10 items or less line not a whatever you have in your cart line

My favorite Publix is always Pleasant to go to. I choose this one over the larger ones because its friendly and the help is stable. Everybody is nice and Im never disappointed.

This store is following no covid guidelines. People entering and shopping without a mask(they have signs requiring it). Workers openly touching their mask, face and mouth then going back to work. Managers not following any of their own guidelines and actually taking their masks off to talk to each other.I dont understand how 2 miles away the other Publix can be leaps and bounds better. This stores employees are there to do the bare minimum it seems.

My Experience with this Publix #1424 on Hypoluxo and Congress yesterday 5/19; was horrible. I arrived at this location to purchase New York Strip steaks to see the shelves were clear. I asked Jim Deery for assistance but he treated me as if I was a bother. He refused to go back to the back to see if more steak was available or even to cut some. Jim seemed to be agitated with no customer service skills. I left frustrated with my family to only go to the Aberdeen location. They had no steak on the shelves either but a kind worker went to the back and cut me several. With everything happening in the world now the Customer Experience is everything.

The store is very clean and it was easy to find everything. There are a lot of vegetarian friendly foods and the produce looks fresh.

Yesterday, when I coulnt find water anywhere else, I found both gallon spring water ( 2 per customer ) which I believe is necessary, and 24 water bottle packs.I think all Publix stores are awesome to re-stock every day to have the essentials available everyday to the customer.Thank you Publix.!!!

At Customer Service desk I was greeted by Darla. I presented 2 items along with my receipt and advised I didn’t receive the BOGO discount. She backed away from me and said “We don’t take returns...“. I said it wasn’t a return, I brought the items for verification and an adjustment. She repeated “we don’t take returns…“ “you didn’t even buy it at this store” and other rude, unnecessary comments and ignored me. I asked to speak to the Asst Manager nearby.At the end of her curt and unprofessional service, she stated “Thank you for making my job harder“.I shared her behaviors with the same Mgr.Also, While shopping for disinfectant wipes, I asked an employee which isle to find them. On the shelf identified as ‘Lysol Disinfectant Wipes’, I found containers of “Real Simple Compostable Wipes” distributed by Clorox company. Once home, I found the product contained No Antibacterial components.Since Publix is not accepting returns and not wanting to be subjected to Darla’s indignation, I’m stuck with a product of no use to me.Won’t be patronizing this store again 😬

Publix employees enjoying cigarettes immediately outside of the entrance blowing second hand smoke while Im trying to enter to buy groceries holding my 4 month old. What in the actual f? This is real life? This is behavior PUBLIX allows? Go in the back or take your vest off at least. And dont stand by the entrance! Marked ENTER By the way. Disgraceful. I had to wait for her to move so I could enter so my baby with her brand new lungs would not be subjected to that. Not pleasurable shopping for sure..Made sure to not have her name badge on though.

I loved my experience at this location, I came here to purchase a cake for a surprise party & the beautiful black girl in the bakery section helped me choose the perfect cake. She gave me details & explained to me what I needed to know thoroughly. The cake was beautiful & everything turned out perfect.

Good Subs

Bought pre cut cantaloupe twice in as many weeks. You would like to think the produce staff would know the difference between ripe and inedible not ripe at all, cantaloupe, but you would be wrong. 4 tubs in the garbage. Wish I would have just taken my $$ and burn it, rather than give it to Publix that takes advantage of their shoppers in more ways than one. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

LOVE this store! Most (but not all) Publixes are good at helping. But, this store goes WAY out of the way to help you with anything you need.

This location has the worst run deli. Constantly getting orders wrong never has enough help and you’re standing in one line thinking you’re going to get waited on the deli person leaves and goes to another line leaving You standing there with no service at all. I have talk to 3 different people at the service desk and I get the same answer Sorry that happened I’ll be sure to address the situation and it never happens. I will never go to that deli again. As far as rest of store it is nice. They need a better deli.

Somebody needs to post a sign of how far you can carry your grocery cart. The parking lot is always crowded, so I had to park far away. Today while pushing my cart loaded with groceries, the car locked up on me. I almost busted my leg and a vehicle behind me had to break suddenly. Rather dangerous!! I then had to make several trips to my car to carry the groceries. I will go to a different Publix from now on. I hope someone in management reads this.

I go into store for a purchase and get lotto tix. The man working is blaring his music on his ph and cant be bothered w me. I asked him questions about lotto and he tells me he doesnt kno nuttin about lotto. I was a little taken back n politely asked again and he has to yell at me over his music that he dont know nuttin about lottoPublix you can do better. Totally unacceptable. Turn your ph off n do your job please, or get better training
