Love our new Pontoon. Nestor hooked us up with a beautiful boat, amazing service and an easy buying process. If you are looking for a boat - small, large, electric, gas - I need to take a moment to recommend South Florida Marine in Boynton Beach. From day one, their customer service was awesome - so awesome that my husband called and told the owner how impressed he was the week we selected the boat. Then they were even more incredible and patient as we got scammed by our dock builder and left them hanging with our boat on the lot for months with only a small deposit on it. We kept telling them they could sell the boat to someone else, and they kept holding it for us. Yesterday, they finally delivered it (they also figured out an HOA-approved solution for us to take possession of the boat while our new dock builder moves forward with the dock plans and permitting.) We highly recommend Brandon and South Florida Marine!

I rarely post a review. Mostly becuase it takes a great deal to impress me. However, in this case, there should be a 10 star rating!! In my 35 years of business dealings, I have NEVER experienced such professionalism and forward thinking!There is no such thing as a perfect boat,(mine especially) and for me usually its the dealer that just adds to the stress. Its no secret Mastercraft has earned a reputation, I see now its because of Dealers like South Florida Marine.I am so glad I drove across the state to buy a used MC! Nestor, Brandon, Dan, Justin, etc ... Time after time prove to be top notch. At the top of the list is the Outstanding Owner Mike! I cant believe he has owned it for 30 years and is still the Quintessential MasterCraft dude!Case in point, we started off spring break with a break down on day one, at 15 minutes to close on a Friday! Mike(yes the owner) not only answered the phone, but saved our vacation at the expense of his own personal time and expense. Bought a pontoon from SFL Marine two years ago. great Service.Nestor took the time to patiently help us build the boat we mated. Then went above and beyond in helping get a great price.As with all boats there are hiccups. But the service department really comes through. Went out of there way to find and correct cavitation that the manufacturer couldn’t. Traveled to me to correct any issue that ever arose.Great place to do business!

I purchased a new Mastercraft NXT 20 from Nestor at South Florida marine. He had no-pressure sales approach and was willing to do anything necessary to make me comfortable with my purchase. He even brought the boat to my house to make sure it fit in my garage. My first weekend out with my family and some friends, we spent 5 hours each day on the lake. In that 10 hours of riding over the weekend, I only got to ride once for about 2 minutes.. . Everyone kept fighting over whose turn it was to go next even though it was the first time riding for 3 of the girls... I could not ask for anything better! I bought my Mastercraft x45 two years ago and have been treated like part of the Mastercraft family ever since. They are fast, affordable and efficient in their service department compared to numerous others I have used in the past. They also got me financed when nobody else could. I purchased Bob Mennes 2014 Grandview in May 2014, from South Florida Mastercraft. They said the boat had never been in salt water. They stated the boat was a 2014 with 2014 twin 300HP Evinrude ETECs. The boat has been horrible. Ive been told by shops this boat was in salt water. Premier is near impossible to get warranty claims through. Now since I was lied to about the year of the engines (they are really 2013s) my warranty is voided with BRP since I didnt do the 3 year maintenance (In my Year 2). The dealer admits to the error, and Mike Wood stated it impacts hundreds of customers. But admitting they were wrong wont fix my boat that has been in the shop over three weeks awaiting these warranty games. These are poorly made boats and the companies are extremely difficult to work with when you have legitimate warranty issues. Happy to share all my original paperwork with anyone. If there are other owners with a similar experience please PM me. Im getting a list together of people this impacts.

When I purchased my 2014 Premier Grandview they were called South Florida Mastercraft. They said the twin Evinrude ETECs were 2014s, they were actually 2013s. Mike Wood agrees its their error but is not helping resolve the issue and/or refund thousands in the difference in sales price.
